From the episode

I think I would rather have Brock Bowers and Ashton Jenty rest of season, just straight up. Like if I was doing a draft today, and I think like that, that was not, that was not, that was a no discussion two weeks ago. And I think at this point it would be Brock Bowers over Jenty in my rankings.

Harmon now prefers Bowers over Jenty ROS; Jenty dropping passes, lacking explosiveness.

Matt Harmon would now rank Brock Bowers over Ashton Jenty rest of season in a redraft, a significant reversal from two weeks prior when Jenty was the clear preference; Jenty has dropped passes in consecutive weeks (two this game, three last week) and lacks explosiveness on the ground, mirroring last year's performance issues.
