From the episode
Parker Washington is their best wide receiver in my opinion. Okay? He's their best guy. But that does not mean he's going to be peppered with 15-plus targets every single week. Like, it's Liam Cohen's just kind of spreading it around.

Washington is Jaguars' best WR but won't get 15+ targets weekly.
Parker Washington is Jacksonville's best wide receiver in Matt Harmon's opinion, but that does not mean he will be peppered with 15-plus targets every single week. Liam Cohen is spreading the ball around among all receivers cycling in, so Washington's volume will be limited despite his talent.
