Juergens trade may signal Eagles reconsidering Hurts' long-term future and second extension.

The source raises the question of whether Jalen Hurts will receive a second contract extension and remain the Eagles' long-term quarterback answer; the Cam Juergens trade and broader offensive reconstruction may signal an implied evaluation of Hurts' future with the franchise, suggesting the Eagles could be considering alternatives at the quarterback position.
