The Lions' pass defense has been atrocious for most of the season, so perhaps this is a get-right spot for Jefferson. But Detroit got safety Brian Branch back from a torn Achilles last week, and the Lions did a reasonably good job of keeping QB Jordan Love and the explosive Green Bay passing game in check during a 20-17 Detroit victory. The Lions' other star safety, Kirby Joseph, has been out all season with a knee injury, but Joseph returned to practice this week and could potentially play on Sunday. This might not be a get-right spot for Jefferson after all.

Lions' secondary reinforcements may limit Jefferson's get-right opportunity.

Jefferson faces the Lions in Detroit on Sunday in a divisional showdown. While Detroit's pass defense has been poor, the Lions got safety Brian Branch back from a torn Achilles last week and kept Jordan Love's explosive Packers passing game in check in a 20-17 victory. Kirby Joseph, the Lions' other star safety, returned to practice this week after missing the season with a knee injury and could play Sunday. This may not be a get-right spot for Jefferson despite Detroit's weak pass defense.
