From the episode

Luther Burden, he scores the touchdown. He was heavily involved early on in the game... Luther burden definitely, this was his best game for sure... I think you're starting Luther burden as a wide receiver three with upside.

Burden's best game yet with TD; Harmon backs him as WR3 with downfield upside.

Luther Burden scored a touchdown and was heavily involved early in the Bears' offense. Matt Harmon notes this was his best game of the season (first two games were rockier) and recommends starting him as a WR3 with upside. Burden plays about half the snaps outside of 11 personnel; he has 4.45 air yards per target and is capable of getting downfield. Harmon expects him to eventually get going down the football field.
