I'm extremely concerned for neighbors and Likely now... If he was just trying to hit Isaiah Likely on the most basic hitch route, six yards in front of him, Isaiah Likely just putting his hands out and defending it himself.

STACKED’s take

Negative signalProjection

Winston's poor accuracy and Ravens' run-heavy approach threaten Likely's receiving volume.

Puka Nakua expresses extreme concern for Isaiah Likely's fantasy viability given the Ravens' quarterback situation. Jameis Winston demonstrated poor arm strength in weeks 2-3, unable to complete basic routes to Likely (missing a six-yard hitch route where Likely had to defend the ball himself). With the team trading for J.J. McCarthy and planning to be run-heavy (29% neutral pass rate in week 3, lowest of the week), Likely's receiving volume and efficiency are at risk. The uncertainty around the quarterback position creates a floor-less scenario for the tight end.
