From the episode

Here's the thing about Kirk Cousins. And we know this about him from watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. If you play zone coverage against him and you leave those windows open, he will throw into them. The Chargers' zone windows, which used to go brrr, are just open for business right now.

Cousins exploited Chargers' zone coverage windows in week 2 win.

Kirk Cousins exploited the Chargers' zone coverage vulnerabilities in week 2; Mina Kimes notes that Cousins has a history of throwing into open windows against zone coverage (citing his Tampa Bay experience), and the Chargers' previously strong zone windows are 'just open for business right now,' allowing him to attack the defense effectively.
