Eagles' static passing game (dead last play action, 26th under center) limits skill player upside.

The Eagles' passing game structure has remained largely unchanged through three weeks despite offseason talk of change. The team ranks dead last in play action rate (down from 24.3% to 9.3%), is 26th in under center rate, and 30th in motion rate. This static offensive design limits the upside of Eagles skill players, including running backs who might benefit from play action and motion concepts.
