Caleb Douglas doing a lot with little; breakout profile superior to Chris Bell.

Matt Kelley highlights Caleb Douglas as doing 'a lot with a little'—scoring two touchdowns and a 63-yard catch despite not being peppered with targets or having a huge target share; Kelley argues Douglas's outside receiver technician profile (compared to a taller DeVante Smith) has a much better probability of breaking out and finding a real NFL role than Chris Bell's manufactured touches, and states Douglas should now rank ahead of Bell in dynasty rankings.
