Downs could replace Adams' man-coverage role, but Rams may not need direct replacement.

The source discusses Devante Adams' role with the Rams and proposes Josh Downs as a potential replacement for the functions Adams was performing. The source notes that while Downs has limitations, he could fill the man-coverage-beating role that Adams provided, though the Rams may not need a direct replacement given their other offensive weapons.
