Positive signalRole

McCaffrey is key separation option in 49ers' three-target system with Evans.

The source identifies Christian McCaffrey as one of three reliable separation options for Purdy when the 49ers offense is functioning optimally with Mike Evans on the field. McCaffrey is part of the trio (Evans, Kittle, McCaffrey) that creates consistent third-down conversions and wide-open receiving spots. Without Evans, the 49ers' ability to get McCaffrey open and productive diminishes, potentially limiting his checkdown and receiving upside.
