Trey McBride as the premium fantasy asset he is, this obviously has some huge implications... Trey McBride averaged 11.2 fantasy points per game with Kyler, 20.1 fantasy points per game with Jacoby... the difference between Jacoby and Carson Beck is worth like, I don't know, five, six fantasy points to Trey McBride's projection in my mind... he looks like one of the better sell highs... my Trey McBride sell high is a little bit more controversial. This one I think is easy... just about anyone low-end RB2 and up.

Sell-high after 20.1 PPG with Brissett; projects 5-6 PPG downgrade with QB change
Obvious sell-high candidate following the Brissett benching. McBride averaged 11.2 fantasy points per game with Kyler Murray but 20.1 FPPG with Brissett, whose 33% tight end target rate is league-leading. The transition to Gardner Minshew (25% TE target rate) or Carson Beck (projected mid-day three grade) represents a significant downgrade; Ryan Heath estimates the QB change costs McBride five to six fantasy points per game. Short-term (1-2 weeks), McBride should remain fine given Minshew's tight end targeting history (34% target share with Brock Bowers in 2024), but long-term the concern is Beck's eventual arrival; if the Cardinals lose games, they will clamor for the rookie, which would be bad news for McBride. Tight ends are luxury picks, and McBride's owner may not be thinking ahead to Beck's impact. The co-host recommends selling high on McBride despite his 65 fantasy points in two weeks, calling it an easy sell and suggesting targeting a low-end RB2 or better in return.
