From the episode

Kyler Murray is going to play versus the Bucs. Kevin O'Connell announced that. So Kyler, very possible, is available in your league... But if Kyler is available, like, you know, if Bryce Young and Tyler Shuck are gone. Yeah, you can try Kyler instead of Tyson Bajit.

Murray expected to play Bucs; may be available in many leagues.

Murray is expected to play versus the Buccaneers in Week 3 after being injured, and the source notes he may be available in many leagues since people might not have picked him up or forgot about him due to his injury. He's a viable third option after Young and Shuck if those are unavailable.
