Alvin Kamara

PositiveUsage8:12

Alvin Kamara had 14 touches in week two (10 in the first half alone) against the Ravens, significantly outworking Travis Etienne. The source notes Kamara doesn't look great by his standards but is still serviceable. Given the Saints' high-volume, fast-paced offense running so many plays per game, Kamara could accumulate catches and touches. The source views him as a viable season-long value play and a potential one-week fill-in if other backs are injured.

Insight page

Anthony Richardson

NegativeInjury58:43

Penix is barely practiced, suggesting limited availability or readiness for the upcoming game.

Insight page

Baker Mayfield

NegativeMatchup57:00

Mayfield has been a sack and turnover factory, leading the NFL or co-leading in fumbles this year and each of the last two years, with interceptions and other turnovers. This makes the Vikings defense a strong play against Tampa Bay in Week 3.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

NegativeRole33:20

Brock Bowers is expected to return next week for the Raiders, which could limit Trey Tucker's role and target share.

Insight page

Bryce Young

PositiveProjection53:30

Young is the source's number two quarterback in fantasy football for Week 3 streaming purposes, playing at Cleveland. The source notes he's playing great and 'has the joy back in his eyes,' making him an easy stream regardless of matchup.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

NegativeUsage9:40

Bucky Irving has fewer raw snaps than Travis Etienne through two weeks, per the source's snap count analysis.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveInjury2:21

Caleb Williams avoided any major injury to his hamstring; test confirmed. The team is not ruling him out for next week's game on Monday Night Football against the Eagles, though Ben Johnson indicated he's planning for Williams to miss some time, likely a week or two.

Insight page
NegativeProjection53:30

Williams is not playing in Week 3 and owners should stream a backup QB instead. The source recommends Young, Shuck, or Geno Smith as alternatives for Williams owners.

Insight page

Cam Ward

NegativeMatchup57:00

Ward is starting for the Titans against the Giants in Week 3. The source notes the matchup is interesting because Brian Dable is the Giants coach (formerly the Titans coach), and expresses some worry for Dart (likely referring to another player). The source also notes Ward can throw pick-sixes, making the Giants defense viable.

Insight page

Charlie Kolar

NegativeInjury48:00

Kolar was reported to be in a sling after Week 2 with a shoulder or collarbone injury and has been placed on IR with a forearm injury, removing him from tight end consideration.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

NegativeUsage9:40

Chuba Hubbard has fewer raw snaps than Travis Etienne through two weeks, per the source's snap count analysis.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeInjury34:40

DJ Moore got hurt early in the game against Detroit, creating opportunity for Keon Coleman; Moore's return status is uncertain.

Insight page

Dalton Schultz

PositiveProjection39:00

Dalton Schultz is the number-one tight end waiver add after week two; he had 12 targets for 140 yards in the last game, a spike driven by Nico Collins being out; he's rostered in only 21% on ESPN, making him available in most leagues.

Insight page
PositiveValue39:30

Schultz is the source's number one tight end to add on waivers entering Week 3, with significant rostering disparities across platforms (ESPN at only 21% rostered on Yahoo). The source ranks him above Pat Fryer muth and other tight end options as the safest pick.

Insight page
PositiveUsage39:30

Schultz had 12 targets for 140 yards in Week 2 against the Bengals, a direct result of Nico Collins being out; the source notes Xavier Hutchinson had a tough game and other Texans receivers couldn't step up, leaving CJ Stroud to rely heavily on Schultz. If Collins remains out in Week 3, the source would feel good about starting Schultz again, and notes he had over 100 targets last year.

Insight page

Darren Waller

PositiveRole48:00

Waller is highlighted as an upside tight end option who has been a red zone specialist since coming out of retirement; he had two touchdowns in Week 2 and another touchdown called back on a procedural penalty the week before. Since retiring and returning, Waller has eight touchdowns in approximately 12 games, functioning as a closer/relief pitcher in the red zone rather than a high-volume receiver.

Insight page

David Njoku

NegativeInjury48:00

Njoku was carted off during Week 2 with a knee or leg injury and has been placed on IR with a fibula injury, removing him from tight end consideration for the foreseeable future.

Insight page

Denzel Boston

NegativeProjection21:40

Denzel Boston is the clear number-one waiver-wire receiver add after week two; he had five catches for 95 yards and a touchdown this week after scoring in his first game, is playing 93% of snaps, runs the most routes on the Browns, and has top-10 usage at the position with top-10 to top-15 route participation and targets per route; he's the most talented player available and if you redid the draft, he'd be a top-20 pick, though the Browns' offensive inconsistency and Deshaun Watson's limitations create some week-to-week volatility risk.

Insight page

Deshaun Watson

PositiveProjection57:00

Watson had an actual good game by his standards in Week 2, which the source mentions when discussing the Panthers defense as a play against the Browns in Week 3. The Panthers had five turnovers in Week 2, suggesting defensive opportunity.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup59:11

Deshaun Watson just had an actual good game by his standards but faces a difficult home matchup against the Browns; the source expresses concern that despite the win, Watson will face a weird vibe at home and the Panthers cannot bench him now, creating an awkward situation heading into the game.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

PositiveProjection30:00

Historically, when Dallas Goddard is out, Devontae Smith sees increased production and goes 'crazy'; with Goddard sidelined, Smith should benefit from additional target share.

Insight page

Emanuel Wilson

PositiveRole20:30

Emmanuel Wilson looked good in garbage time against the Cardinals and will be the Seahawks' early-down back if Jadarian Price can't play; Helani will handle third-down and long-distance situations.

Insight page

Emmett Johnson

PositiveValue7:41

Emmitt Johnson is the Chiefs backup running back who looks great but is not playing a ton behind Ken Walker. The source recommends adding him as handcuff insurance if you own Ken Walker, noting that if Walker gets hurt, Johnson would get significant work.

Insight page

Geno Smith

PositiveProjection53:30

Smith is recommended as a third QB option for Week 3 and beyond, particularly for deeper leagues or those with Caleb Williams/Jaden Daniels. The source notes the Jets face the Lions (down their entire starting secondary), then the Bears (bad defense), then the Browns, giving Smith favorable matchups. He had 250 yards and a touchdown in Week 2 in the rain and played well in Week 1 against Tennessee despite running in touchdowns.

Insight page

Jadarian Price

NegativeInjury20:20

Jadarian Price suffered a shoulder injury with unclear severity; Mike McDonald said it was not serious, but Price could miss time, creating opportunity for Emmanuel Wilson.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

NegativeUsage9:40

Javante Williams has fewer raw snaps than Travis Etienne despite Etienne's limited role in the Saints offense. The source uses this as evidence that the Saints' high-volume, fast-paced offense generates enough plays for multiple backs to accumulate snaps.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeProjection53:30

Daniels is not playing in Week 3 and owners should stream a backup QB instead. The source advises against playing Marcus Mariota versus Seattle as a Daniels replacement.

Insight page

Jayden Reed

NegativeInjury22:00

Jaden Reed suffered a scary-looking injury on the Packers' second play of the game, creating uncertainty around his availability.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

PositiveBreakout5:01

Jonah Coleman came in late in the Broncos game, looked good, and scored a touchdown with 10 rushes for 39 yards on 42% of snaps. RJ Harvey missed the game with a hamstring/groin injury and JK Dobbins left with a hamstring injury. The source wants to grab a piece of Coleman's upside now before he potentially starts for multiple weeks, making him the top running back waiver add entering week three.

Insight page

Kalif Raymond

PositiveUsage34:00

Kalief Raymond is getting a lot of targets for the Bears, leading receivers in targets so far; he's being used on quick routes and hot routes when the offense is under pressure, making him a player to monitor on waivers.

Insight page

Kendre Miller

NegativeUsage9:10

Kendra Miller had nine carries and scored a touchdown in week one for the Saints, adding to the uncertainty in the Saints backfield rotation alongside Travis Etienne and Alvin Kamara.

Insight page

Keon Coleman

PositiveProjection34:40

Keon Coleman had a big game for the Bills after DJ Moore left the game against Detroit; however, his role may diminish if DJ Moore returns, making him a cautious add with limited long-term upside.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveProjection53:30

Murray is expected to play versus the Buccaneers in Week 3 after being injured, and the source notes he may be available in many leagues since people might not have picked him up or forgot about him due to his injury. He's a viable third option after Young and Shuck if those are unavailable.

Insight page

Makai Lemon

PositiveRole30:00

Makai Lemon is a good stash and is playing a lot for the Eagles; with Goddard out, he could inherit over-the-middle, short intermediate, run-after-catch, and screen opportunities, though he's still rostered in more leagues than Wicks despite being a first-round receiver.

Insight page

Marcus Mariota

NegativeMatchup53:30

Mariota is starting for Washington in Week 3 but the source advises against playing him versus Seattle, despite his rushing upside as a backup QB. The source prefers Bajit against Philadelphia over Mariota against Seattle.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeRole10:50

Marshawn Lloyd fumbled late in the Packers' week two game, leading to Caleb Johnson starting the overtime period. The source notes Lloyd has not looked that good and may lose carries to Johnson going forward.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

PositiveValue7:09

Mike Washington Jr. is the Raiders backup running back. The source recommends adding him as handcuff insurance if you have Ash and Gentty, whose ankle got tweaked at the end of the week two game. The source advocates for adding backups to injured starters when the backup is likely to get significant work.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveInjury39:20

Nico Collins was out this week for the Texans, which resulted in increased target volume for Dalton Schultz; Collins' absence created opportunity for other receivers.

Insight page
NegativeInjury40:00

Collins is expected to miss Week 3, which the source describes as 'devastating and incredibly frustrating.' His absence directly benefited Dalton Schultz's production in Week 2 and will likely continue to elevate other Texans receivers if he remains out.

Insight page

Rashod Bateman

PositiveProjection33:00

Rashad Bateman had 88 yards and a touchdown this week and is a top waiver add if Zay Flowers is out; with Tez Walker and Jacoby Lane also out, Bateman is essentially the only left professional receiver for the Ravens and should be prioritized if you have Flowers on your roster.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeInjury5:58

Saquon Barkley suffered a stinger in week two with unclear etiology—possibly a neck, disc, or shoulder issue. He came back in the game but needed an MRI after, and as of Monday afternoon recording, no updates on his status were available. The Eagles play Monday night football against the Bears, creating uncertainty for Sunday lineups.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

PositiveValue5:58

Tank Bigsby is the Eagles running back and a strong one-week or two-week add if Saquon Barkley is out. Saquon suffered a stinger with possible disc, shoulder, or neck issues and needed an MRI after the game. The source recommends adding Bigsby as insurance if you have Saquon, or to block an opponent who has Saquon, since the Eagles play Monday night football against the Bears and you may not know Saquon's status by Sunday.

Insight page
NegativeRole20:00

Tank Bigsby is expected to be a one to two week fill-in option, contingent on Saquon Barkley's injury status; his role is temporary pending Barkley's recovery.

Insight page

Travis Etienne

NegativeValue8:12

Travis Etienne is a buy-low candidate after a disappointing week two. He had two touches in the first half and was outworked by Alvin Kamara (10 touches) despite being paid roughly the same guaranteed money as Ken Walker in free agency. The source notes Etienne looks better than Kamara and believes the Saints' high-volume offense will eventually feature him more. However, the source cautions that Etienne is only a buy-low if the owner has panicked and regrets drafting him early. If Etienne continues to underperform in week three, the source would consider trading for him as panic selling would intensify.

Insight page

Tre Tucker

NegativeProjection33:00

Trey Tucker had five catches for 119 yards this week but is a boom-or-bust option; he had a similar spike last year around week three with 145 yards and three touchdowns before fading, and with Brock Bowers potentially returning next week, Tucker's role may diminish; he's comparable to Josh Downs but faster.

Insight page

Xavier Hutchinson

NegativeProjection39:40

Xavier Hutchinson had a tough game for the Texans this week, limiting his waiver appeal.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

NegativeInjury33:00

Zay Flowers' injury status is uncertain; if he's out, Rashad Bateman becomes a must-add waiver priority for Ravens receivers.

1:58We're going to go position by position. We're going to give the top pick from a position.
2:03And then like the waiver wire, only one of us gets them.
2:07So we'll do a trivia tiebreaker and then we'll figure it out.

2:16It's not that complicated. I promise you'll figure it out.

2:21A lot of players got hurt this week. Caleb Williams, Jaden Daniels, Saquon Barkley, J.K.
2:26Dobbins, Rico Dattel, Jadarian Price, Jonathan Brooks, Mike Evans, Jaden Reed.
2:29There's a range of... Brutal. Out for the season to boo-boos and everything in between.
2:33We will go. With running backs. But we do have to start with Caleb Williams, who I thought was getting carted off with like a torn ACL.
2:41I would not see him play football for a year.
2:44To our own Tom Palacero here at the Ringer posting that Caleb Williams avoided any major injury to his hamstring Sunday.
2:51Test confirmed. And the team is not even ruling Caleb Williams out for next week's game on Monday Night Football against the Eagles.
2:57Well, Ben Johnson then said that he's planning for him to miss some time.
3:02Yes. So maybe a couple weeks. In theory, it could be practiced.
3:05He'll miss a week or two. And now, so, D.K., what do you make of Caleb Williams going from a fallen hero
3:12to now kind of a meme where everyone's like, oh, look, it's like my dog when he gets back from the vet
3:18and it cost me $800 and he's fine. Yeah.
3:21The most popular meme on socials today was basically me stubbing my toe and then it's like a picture of Caleb Williams
3:27like getting carted off, like pumping his fist, like, you know, crying and whatnot.
3:31Not maybe, you know, look, it's easy to make fun of that in the moment.
3:36I'm sure he thought it was hurt really badly.
3:39But why did you tell me when you pulled your hamstring?
3:42And I saw it. It was a giant bruise on your hamstring.
3:45You had a grade one hamstring strain. How painful was that in the moment?
3:50You know, I didn't have the game on the line like Caleb did.
3:53Also didn't scream that much. My friends thought I was fine for two hours, you know, so.
3:58We all have different pain thresholds. Exactly. Yeah. So, you know, ultimately great news, though, for the Bears.
4:04I. Yeah, you're right. Look, he was in pain.
4:06You don't want to mock anyone for the reaction to pain.
4:10Having said that, should we rank like the best memes of Caleb Williams getting carted off?
4:15Sure. My favorite. You have a power ranking? I think the number one has to be the.
4:20Someone posted me waking up with a sore back on that weird hospital couch while my wife is giving birth.
4:25Yeah. Taking the towel off your head and waving to the crowd.
4:29Running back. DK. Actually, a lot of players on waivers this week.
4:33I feel like week one was a little light.
4:35There was Devon Vele, maybe Kaelin Black. And then Kaelin Black got hurt as soon as we did the episode.
4:41Copy that it's Monday Night Football is later tonight.
4:44Rams Giants. That's obviously needless to say, if there's any big injuries in Rams and Giants, that would affect some of our thoughts here.
4:51But with that said, there's some big names on the board.
4:54DK, I'm curious. Who is your number one running back you would add after week two entering week three for fantasy football?
5:01There's a couple of good options at running back this week.
5:04And it's hard to figure out which one is the top one.
5:08I think I lean Jonah Coleman of the Broncos, who basically came in late in the game, looked pretty good, scored a touchdown.
5:14He had 10 rushes for 39 yards. He played 42 percent of the snaps.
5:19RJ Harvey missed the game with a hamstring injury, I believe, or a groin hamstring injury.
5:23And Dobbins left the game with a hamstring injury.
5:26The thing that complicates this is we don't know when RJ Harvey will be back.
5:30It could be this week. And apparently Dobbins is OK, or at least that's what he told reporters, that he's going to be fine.
5:38So there is a very uncertain, you know, rotation with the Broncos going forward.
5:42But I just kind of want to try and grab a piece of that upside right now before, you know, if he
5:48ends up starting for them for like three weeks or longer, you kind of want to get on that train right now.
5:55So I'd probably go Jonah Coleman. I agree with that.
5:58It's running back is tricky this week because, you know, you have until the end of Tuesday to submit your waivers.
6:04And the next 24 hours will be very important in terms of what the injury news says, because the other guy I'm
6:10thinking about specifically for like you need a one week pick.
6:14Tank Bigsby, the Eagles running back. If Saquon's out, I think I would take tank.
6:18Yeah, it's just he had the stinger and people think it's like a neck.
6:22Is it a disc issue? Is it a shoulder issue?
6:25No one really knows. And he came back in the game, but then he ended up needing an MRI after the game.
6:32So we're in there was, you know, recording Monday afternoon.
6:35We still don't have any updates on Saquon. So if Saquon's missing the game, tank is number one for me.
6:41If not, Jonah Coleman is number one for me.
6:43Yeah, I agree with that. I think that no matter the results of Saquon's MRI, like if you have if you have
6:50Saquon Barkley, I would just add tank Bigsby. I like or if you're going against Saquon because the Eagles play Monday night football against the Bears.
6:58So, you know, if you if Saquon's out for that game, you might not know on Sunday when you sit the rest of your lineup.
7:05So just having tank Bigsby in your lineup will make your life easier.
7:09Or if you're playing against Saquon, like having tank Bigsby would make their life harder.
7:13Overall, I'm kind of like if you're if you're running back, it's one thing to not handcuff your running back before the season.
7:20Once your running back gets hurt even a little, I'm like, just add the backup.
7:25If you know, their backup is going to get a lot of work.
7:29I feel that way for Ash and Gentty with Mike Washington Jr.
7:32The Raiders just have Mike Washington. Gentty's ankle got tweaked at the end of that game.
7:37Just have Mike Washington on your team, even if Gentty is going to play.
7:41And honestly, Emmitt Johnson for the Chiefs, who looks great and he's not playing a ton.
7:46But at this point, Ken Walker is so good.
7:48But if you have Ken Walker, just add Emmitt Johnson.
7:51You know what I mean? There are certain players that do feel like they would get a lot of the work for
7:58the starter and tank Bigsby's at the head of the line.
8:01However, I do think the number one guy is Jonah Coleman this week.
8:05That would be my pick this week for everything you said.
8:08None of you guys think Alvin Kamara is the actual pick here?
8:12Or what do we do with Alvin Kamara? So we have to talk about Travis H.
8:17So the first half of Bill Barnwell pointed this out immediately.
8:20Travis H. Had two touches in the first half and Alvin Kamara had 10 for the Saints game against the Ravens.
8:2610 touches for Kamara. Travis H. Got paid basically the same amount of guaranteed money as Ken Walker in free agency.
8:32And Ken Walker is basically leading the NFL on everything.
8:35All purpose yards, touches, all this stuff. And then Travis H.
8:39And is, again, like being outtouched in the first half by Alvin Kamara, who we thought was retiring six months ago.
8:45Yeah. I kind of don't really understand it. I guess the Saints were losing for the majority of the game and maybe Kamara.
8:52But again, it was the first half. The game wasn't a blowout.
8:55I was really surprised that Kamara was playing so much because H.
8:59And week one had seven catches. And then this week he had two catches and Kamara came in and played a lot more.
9:06So now I'm kind of like, I don't know.
9:08I think I'm less bullish on Kamara and I'm more just nervous about Etienne or H.
9:13My gut is, like how much of a disaster is this?
9:16Like is Etienne a buy low or do you guys feel like this is a bad sign and a huge red flag?
9:23I think H. And it's a buy low, but he's a buy low because the people who drafted him are worried that
9:29it's like the worst pick they made in the entire season.
9:32And maybe you use your fourth pick on Travis H.
9:35And the Saints are running the most plays and being amazing and having a great like comeback offense.
9:41And Travis H is barely part of it. So I think that's what you need for a buy low is like the
9:47person has to totally regret taking that player. Travis H looks better.
9:51Like he has way more juice. And I do kind of think it's a quirk of, I don't want to say randomness, but I don't think it'll continue.
9:59I think Travis H will get the ball more going forward.
10:02Put it this way. We'll probably do a buy low, sell high episode after three weeks because it's kind of hard to make a trade after two weeks.
10:11So we usually do it after three. If Travis H and it continues this week, I actually would try to trade for
10:17him because people are going to panic if Travis H doesn't get a larger workload next week.
10:22Because the Saints are running a ton of plays.
10:25They did just lose their tackle, Calvin Banks. The Saints.
10:28Yes. So Calvin Banks. I mean, that's a minimum of 10 weeks to the high ankle sprain.
10:33So they're getting surgery. Yeah. So the Saints do a left tackle.
10:37I mean, honestly, I don't think it's a sprain.
10:39I think he broke his ankle. He had a severe high ankle sprain is what I read.
10:44So he has to get surgery on it, like that tightrope baby or whatever.
10:48I would be a hard avoid for the Saints backfield because not only does Alvin Kamara throw a huge wrench in it,
10:55but if you remember back in week one, Kendra Miller had like nine carries.
10:59He got the touchdown. It's just weird. I think they're going to be a little bit weird.
11:04I think that they're going to pay him. I think there's an element of hothead.
11:09I think what it comes down to, I just think sometimes there's randomness.
11:12But here's the thing. Most of the times, I'm pretty happy to be like, oh, right off this backfield.
11:18There's four backfields you don't want in any given year.
11:21The problem is the Saints are running one of the fastest offense in the NFL and so many plays.
11:27Not just because they played a bunch of overtime and they've been throwing, but the pace.
11:31They're running so many plays per game that, believe it or not, Travis H.
11:36And as much as it's kind of a disaster, if you just look at straight snaps, right?
11:41Travis H. And is, believe it or not, ninth in snaps total.
11:44Now, part of that's overtime and the Saints having more drives.
11:47But he has more snaps than Javante Williams or Chuba or Bucky Irving, just raw snaps.
11:52And I'm like, the Saints offense, because it's running so many plays and Tyler Shuck looks really competent, even with the left tackle going down.
12:00I'm like, I think he's a huge buy though.
12:02So all that's to say is I kind of think Kamara is also a viable player because I'm like, damn, well, if
12:09Kamara is going to play and the Saints are going to be throwing this much, I'm like, Kamara might get a lot of catches.
12:16You know what I mean? So 14 touches in this game.
12:19That's the thing. I'm like, he doesn't look great, but I don't think he looks.
12:24I don't think Kamara will necessarily stop playing like, you know, it probably is his last season.
12:29Maybe I don't think he looks like great Alvin Kamara standards, but I think he's serviceable.
12:33Yeah, he's still Alvin Kamara. It's kind of crazy.
12:36He probably is the most season long value. But if you're really in a pinch for this week, if J.K.
12:42Dobbins comes back and these people come back, you could play Alvin Kamara.
12:46I, you know, it's a fascinating thing. The ETN thing.
12:49If you like, if you should go after him, because you could probably get him for very cheap right now.
12:55And half the discourse online is like, he's one of the worst picks in drafts and he's in a complete timeshare.
13:01And others are like, this is an obvious buy low.
13:04You should go after him now. I think it's a buy low.
13:08I think it's a, I think you should always remember this time of year, how much things can change.
13:13Like even within one season, this is a thing I want to be better about next off season.
13:19When we talk about fantasy of like, we're like, this is what he did last season.
13:23This many points. It's like, dude, it's a roller coaster, man.
13:27It goes up and down and the vibes. And for any player, you look at like Bryce Young last year, just in December beats the Rams.
13:34And then the Monday night football against the Niners.
13:37We were like, maybe he shouldn't start. And then they almost want to play off game against the Rams.
13:43They're like a five week stretch. So it's this simple.
13:46They are paying him 14 million a year. Like, like he's going to play and he's not like, he, he looks good kind of.
13:53So I, I, I'm, they gave him $12 million per year for two years.
13:57Like he's going to play. So I think Travis H.
14:00It's a buy low, but that doesn't mean Camaro is not a viable player.
14:04So we're landing on Jonah Coleman, correct? Yeah. All right.
14:07I think he's the, yeah. That means it's time.
14:10Wait, hold on. Whoa, whoa, whoa. I have an important announcement.
14:13Okay. Today's showdown time is presented by Carhartt. Oh, nice.
14:16Every showdown needs a stage, which means someone has to build the stadium, prep the field, assemble the goalposts, even make the footballs.
14:23Carhartt makes the gear for those hardworking people. Now let's get into the hardworking players we're adding to our roster this week.
14:29How do you guys? Ooh, love it. Love Carhartt.
14:32I own some Carhartt pieces. Um, pieces. Okay. Okay.
14:34Okay. That means it is time for the Jonah Coleman showdown time.
14:38Love it. Gong's the best part of my day.
14:41Okay. We should say before we go into this week's trivia, the total score from week from last week is I'm in first with seven points.
14:48Heifetz was six. DK with five. John. This email is John.
14:52John. J-Bone. Johnny. His breakfast was an Earl Grey tea and a Greek yogurt.
14:56Lovely. Said he's getting a colonoscopy. Oh. Okay. I mean, that sounds healthy.
15:00Yeah. Staying clean. So, John. So, the last episode, Sunday night, DK, the band we did, or the song at the end was ZZ Top was the band.
15:08So, John writes that ZZ Top famously played the LaGrange tour in 1974 where 80,000 fans unexpectedly showed up and the concert
15:15resulted in a riot at the University of Texas where the fans were upset that they had to pay for a barbecue
15:21plate that was not included in the ticket price of the concert.
15:25They started a riot. Yeah. How much money was the concert ticket?
15:28What year was this? 1974 for ZZ Top. 1974.
15:31So, the concert ticket price did not include a barbecue plate?
15:34No, it did not. And they were upset about that?
15:37Okay. And people were like, screw this. I'm spending so much money.
15:41You're telling me barbecue is not included? That is what I'm telling you.
15:4474. I don't know. How much was the concert ticket?
15:4780,000 people showed up? Yeah. I guess I don't know what that means with 80,000 people showed up, but I guess it means paid for a ticket.
15:55All right. Wow. I kind of have no idea where to go here.
15:59Okay. All right. This was 50 years ago? Yeah.
16:02You guys ready? Yeah. All right. Three, two, one, seven.
16:05$60. $60? Yeah. You have to say something. I wrote down my guesses ahead of time because I don't want to be accused of anything.
16:12So I guessed two. Okay. $2? I'm shocked. Yeah.
16:15A gallon of gas used to be like a quarter.
16:1850 years ago, a popular band, $2 ticket for a popular band?
16:22Well, here's what I went on. My dad always taught.
16:25My dad went to college for like $250 a semester or something or $400 a semester.
16:29And I was like, okay, well, if my dad went to college for $300 a semester 50 years ago, then like what did a concert cost?
16:37And I kind of just went with two bucks.
16:40Houses used to cost like $12,000. Yeah. Dude, Mad Men is so funny.
16:43Mad Men, they're like, should we buy this apartment?
16:46It's upper, the West Side Central Park. It costs $28,000.
16:49My initial thought was $20. And I was like, no, it's got to be more than that if they were pissed that food wasn't included.
16:57But maybe I'm- I know. That's the only- I said two.
17:00You said 60. What did you say, DK? Food wasn't included.
17:03What did you say, DK? Well, I mean, minimum wage was like $1.20, I think.
17:08I said seven. Good job. The answer was eight, DK.
17:10Well done. Yeah. All right. Yeah, eight bucks. All right.
17:13That was my bad. That was my bad. That's a myth.
17:1760. All right. I'm going to take Jonah Coleman.
17:19I want to- There's a couple other guys that I want to mention if you guys don't say them, too.
17:25Yeah, go for it. Let's get into this. I mean, 14 touches.
17:29He's a veteran. The team really trusts him. It's probably the right answer.
17:33I don't love it, but yeah, that's what I would go with.
17:36New Orleans is playing the Raiders this week at home.
17:39The only other person I'd go with is like Caleb Johnson, who's on the Packers.
17:44I'm a little torn. I think I worry the Packers are one of those teams that the run game will suck.
17:50The Packers offensive line is devastated. I was going to say Caleb Johnson, too.
17:54I'm glad you mentioned him because I think- And this is something that can happen every game.
17:59You see like Ramondre Stevenson and Trevion Henderson had this last week, too.
18:03But Marshawn Lloyd, I think, fumbled late. And then Caleb Johnson was the one who started overtime period.
18:08And he looked better to me. I just thought- Like he also fumbled.
18:12They got the ball back on his fumble, so maybe that matters.
18:16But he's just running downhill. And I thought he looked pretty good in the scheme that they were running.
18:21And maybe he ends up being the starter for them going forward.
18:25Because Marshawn Lloyd, to me, has not looked that good.
18:28Caleb Johnson, the issue with Caleb Johnson to me- Well, the upside to me is easy, which is they play the Falcons on Thursday night football.
18:36And then the Packers play the Bucs, the Bears, Dallas, Detroit.
18:39Like teams you could run on. Carolina. Like you can run on the Bears.
18:43He would have 10 days to acclimate. And then you have Bucs, Bears, Cowboys, Lions.
18:47That could be a good thing for the Packers.
18:50My problem is if you have a running back who's banged up and you have to make the decision on Thursday, you're probably not going to play them.
18:58Like just realistically, like you're not going to necessarily want to speculate and put Caleb Johnson in for Thursday football.
19:04Here's my other issue with the Packers. And this is just why I'm concerned about the Packers overall.
19:10So I couldn't believe this. Rob Domovsky, ESPN had this.
19:13The Packers used all eight of the offensive linemen that were active on Sunday.
19:17They literally had three linemen get hurt. So they were down to their final five offensive linemen.
19:22Then one of them got a stinger. So the offensive staff for the Packers on Sunday had to talk on the sideline
19:28about whether they would put Tucker Craft in at offensive line.
19:32All right, Craig, who you got? Tank Bigsby. All right.
19:35I think Emma Johnson. I think Tank is good.
19:37I think Emma Johnson should be on rosters. I think you absolutely should add him.
19:42I mean, they already talked about Andy Reid was talking about how he's going to earn more opportunities.
19:47But again, if if if Kenneth Walker gets hurt, look, Johnson has like league winning potential.
19:52If Caleb Johnson wasn't playing on Thursday night, I might have taken him because I do think him playing the Falcons and
19:58him looking like the best running back on the team is not nothing.
20:02And Tank Bigsby is a one, maybe two week thing.
20:05Knock on wood. If Saquon's not that hurt. But there's a chance that Caleb Johnson is the best season long pick on this list.
20:12There is a chance of that. Yeah. And I think that he will just kind of be the starter.
20:18But the problem is, will he just Caleb Johnson just going to be a starter for a team that can't run?
20:24Yeah. We'll see what happens. The other guy to mention real quick is Emmanuel Wilson for the Seahawks.
20:30Jadarian Price. I was calling Jadarian Price Jadarian for this whole time.
20:33And I think it's actually Jadarian. That's what they've been saying on these broadcasts.
20:37Anyway, Jadarian Price shoulder injury. Unclear if it's going to make him miss any time.
20:42Mike McDonald said today that it was not that serious of a shoulder injury, but he could miss time.
20:47But you think he should add Emmanuel Wilson? I think Emmanuel Wilson looked good in this game.
20:52It was mainly garbage time against the Cardinals. That's a huge caveat, of course.
20:57But I thought he looked good. He's going to be their early down guy if Jadarian Price can't play.
21:02And then I think Helani will come in and play like third down, long down and distance, things like that.
21:08All right. Showdowns like that could never happen without the people who make it possible.
21:13Carhartt is proud to outfit the trades people behind the game from the stadium to the field and everything in between.
21:19Learn more at carhartt.com slash join the trades. All right.
21:22Wide receivers. A lot of receiver injuries this week, too.
21:25DJ Moore got hurt really quickly in the game.
21:27Jaden Reed had a really scary looking injury on basically the Packers' second play of the game.
21:32Just a lot of injuries this week in general.
21:35DK, who's the number one receiver you would add on waivers after week two entering week three?
21:40I think it's pretty clearly Denzel Boston of the Browns.
21:43He went for five catches, 95 yards and touchdown this week after scoring a touchdown in his first game last week.
21:49I thought Deshaun Watson played a lot better. And most importantly, Denzel Boston is playing almost every snap.
21:55He's played 93% of the snaps this year. He's running by far the most routes on the team.
22:00His role in the offense is, I think, pretty well established, at least through the first two weeks.
22:05He looks great. I really liked him coming into the draft.
22:09He made a ton of noise in training camp and preseason.
22:12And so far, he's been awesome. So I would say at the very least, you have to grab him and kind of
22:18just see if this is real after two weeks.
22:21I echo that. He basically has like top 10 usage at the position.
22:25If you look under the hood a little bit at like route participation and targets per route, he's like top 10, top
22:3115 in terms of how they're using him and how much he's out there.
22:36And I agree with everything DK said. I liked him coming out of the draft.
22:40I think he looks good immediately. He was good in preseason.
22:43He's catching touchdowns. He's like the only guy on this team that's making big plays.
22:48So as much as it pains me to recommend a Browns wide receiver, they are playing Carolina this week.
22:53So you could probably do worse. I was thinking about Denzel Boston too.
22:57It's weird because on one hand, you're going with the Browns.
23:01I actually think Deshaun Watson played fine this week.
23:03Like he actually played okay. It was the best he's looked at a minute.
23:07He was a lot of short passes, but yeah.
23:10Yeah. Well, that's the thing is it was competent, but by his standard as the worst quarterback we've seen in years, it
23:17was like Denzel Boston had one huge play where he broke a tackle, ran for a touchdown.
23:22And if not, it would have been four catches for like 30 yards.
23:25But that's the point is he's like Nico Collins or Ted Arroyo McMillan, where Denzel Boston's a giant receiver who can break
23:32tack, who can break tackles, get open, win contested catches, but still like get yards after the catch.
23:37He can move for his size really nicely. The problem is with the Browns.
23:41I think if there's five receivers this week that you could add on waivers that I think are widely available that I
23:48think will are more likely to outscore Denzel Boston than not.
23:51Like I kind of think Denzel Boston's the riskiest receiver to just get one catch for 18 yards this week.
23:57But also Denzel Boston, I think is by far the most talented player available at receiver.
24:02And over the course of the season, you do want to bet on young, really, really talented people.
24:07So that's why I lean Boston. But it is like, like, dude, we could go through the names, but I have five
24:14people that I think will, could slightly outscore him this week.
24:17I totally agree with you, Heifetz. Like it's a risk to grab a guy on the Browns whose offense can be completely miserable game in any given game.
24:25And then again, you know what I talked about all off season.
24:29It's like later in the season, they start playing that home games.
24:32The weather's terrible. I think all their games down the stretch are outside.
24:36Yes. And so that is obviously a concern. But I just I'm basically just marrying the steady drumbeat of praise that we've seen from him basically since July.
24:45If you redid the draft, the real life draft right now, if you redid the real life draft right now, is Denzel
24:51Boston a top 20 pick in the real life?
24:54I think absolutely. Yeah, that's that's what this is.
24:56I mean, that's what we thought he would be.
24:59He fell in the draft. I think the Browns were like, oh, he's still here in the second round.
25:05Like we have to take him even after they took Casey Concepcion.
25:08And by the way, Casey Concepcion is also playing a lot, but they're kind of using him for those shorter plays.
25:15I think that's why it's kind of hurt Fannin a little bit to start the season is they're trying to get Casey Concepcion manufacturer touches now.
25:22And so that's, I think, kind of what made Fannin so good last year.
25:26And I don't know. Again, it's the it's the Browns grain of salt.
25:30But I'm just betting on the talent and, you know, basically the production out of two games.
25:35All right, Craig, I think it's time. It's time for the Denzel Boston showdown time.
25:40All right. Big money, big money. No Emmys, no Emmys.
25:43All right. This one's from Matthew in Houston. Matt.
25:45Matty. Matt, you're our guy. Trivia. Matt says, my dad has always enjoyed another sport on Sunday.
25:50PBA tour bowling. Oh, wow. Yeah. I always wondered who was watching that.
25:54I assumed 97% of the people watching the ESPN bowling had the ESPN pregame show on and they let it running and it was bowling.
26:02I love it. I was like, I didn't know who was watching the bowling.
26:06Professional bowling association. Is that PBA? I know there's no.
26:09Yeah. I know there's no pregame culture as much on the Pete on the Pacific time zone.
26:14But if you had the ESPN one on and you left it on for like, I feel like my entire life it
26:20was bowling would come on at one o'clock. Sure.
26:23So how much, how much, you know how the, what's the sideways movie kind of like ruined Merlot for like the international market.
26:30How much on the, on the opposite side of that, how much do you think the, who do you think you are?
26:36I am guy help the bowling association in terms of like getting people excited about it.
26:41A lot. He undid all the damage that Kingpin did.
26:44Oh God. Come on. No, I enjoyed Kingpin. I'm like Craig.
26:47Oh, she said it was dog shit. Heifetz is, he's actually lying out of his teeth, but that's fine.
26:53He fell asleep. Which is arguably worse. Yeah. I don't think falling asleep is bad.
26:58I think the problem was when I woke up, I forgot I had been watching it and went about my day.
27:04Let me ask. That was the problem. It is fun.
27:07It's fun. If you thought the movie was hilarious, you probably wouldn't have fallen asleep.
27:11It's hard to fall asleep when you're laughing. Do you know my honest review of the Odyssey was the next day, I
27:18forgot I had seen it till like two o'clock in the afternoon.
27:21And I remember thinking that blew my mind. I didn't think about it at all.
27:26I didn't, I just completely forgot. I had seen the movie until like the mid afternoon.
27:30Did you like the Odyssey or Kingpin more? You know, closer in runtime than you would have thought.
27:36Yeah, now Kingpin will long. Look. It's a good movie.
27:39I think if you guys watched the movie with me, you'd have liked it more.
27:43I think that's probably true. With that laugh, I could read the phone book with you.
27:48It's contagious. Okay. So Matthew says, my question, how many perfect game 300s have been televised on the PBA tour in its
27:54entire 64 year run of being televised? So 64 years of PBA television.
27:58How many times have people bowled with it? Sensational question.
28:01How often, how like often is, are these PBA matches taking place?
28:05Is there like 10 a year? I don't know.
28:08Or like a hundred a year? No clue. Okay.
28:10I want to know what the tour is like.
28:13Like, is it an eight city tour? Are we talking like they're going all over the country?
28:18Are pros hitting 300s all the time? Or is it like pretty hard to do?
28:22No clue. I made my guess, but I honestly didn't even think to ask how much they are bowling.
28:28Well, that's part of the, that's part of the genius of these questions is it's fucking impossible.
28:33So 64 years. I'm making it less impossible. If you've noticed, I'm trying, I'm doing less.
28:38How many atoms are in the universe? I'm trying to make them somewhat doable.
28:42I appreciate that. Right, right, right. All right. Whatever.
28:45I have a number. So it's a 64 year history of the PBA.
28:48Oh my gosh. Okay. I think I'm ready. Three, two, one.
28:5235. 300. I guessed low. Craig guessed high. I said 120.
28:55I just kind of said two a year ish and I just kind of left it at that.
29:00Okay. Shit. I feel like I guess way too low.
29:03So I said 120. You said what? I said 35.
29:06And you said. 300. The answer is. DK. 36.
29:09Whoa. Holy shit. I think the reasoning I went with it very clearly is I think they're more rare than you think.
29:15It's very, very hard to. Clearly. Yeah. Wow. Wow.
29:18So, okay. Well done DK. So, so DK gets Boston.
29:21Heifetz are up next. So we just, so while we were just doing this, so Adam Schefter just posted that Dallas Goddard,
29:28the tight end for the Eagles has a MCL sprain and is going to miss a few weeks.
29:33And so I think that that's, I think that pushes Dontavian Wicks for the Eagles to the top.
29:38It's like always a little stressful to have the Philadelphia Eagles receivers, but Wicks has been good.
29:43Wicks is starting over Makai Lemon. Like it's Devontae Smith and Dontavian Wicks, but if Goddard's out, like there's been a history
29:50of when it was AJ Brown, Devontae and Goddard.
29:53Anytime Goddard was out, Devontae Smith would go crazy.
29:55And Devontae Smith being out, Goddard would go crazy.
29:58We'll see how much, but the passing, it gets distributed around.
30:01And so I do feel like Wicks and Devontae will end up with a lot of the passing this week.
30:07And so they're, and also the Eagles are playing the Bears.
30:10And even with Tyson Bajan, like the Bears defense is bad.
30:14And so I know the Eagles are going to want to run the ball, run, run, run.
30:19But like, I just think Wicks is competent to get five catches, 74 yards.
30:23Like he just looks good. And the, we'll see, you know, the drops are always a thing, but, you know, if Goddard's
30:29out, I think that kind of is an easy tiebreaker.
30:32Yeah, I agree with that. I think Lemon is maybe a low key someone to keep an eye on because he's a good stash.
30:39He's playing a lot as well. And he could maybe inherit some of the over the middle, short, intermediate sort of run
30:46after they catch stuff, screens, manufacturer touches, things like that.
30:49I feel like Lemon is still rostered in more leagues than Wicks.
30:52Even though he's a first round receiver. Yeah, first round receiver.
30:56Wicks is good, dude. When he was on Green Bay, he like can't catch.
31:00But when he catches the ball, he actually does jump off the screen and is very athletic and can really make plays.
31:06So DK, does Wicks, would Wicks jump above Boston for you now, knowing this Dallas Goddard news?
31:11No, I think I'll still go with Boston. I think I'll still go with Boston, but I think it is closer with the Goddard injury.
31:19The difference to me is that Denzel Boston, again, is the most talented of the players and that as time goes on,
31:25Makai Lemon's probably going to eat into Dontavian Wicks' playing time in a way that Denzel Boston will just keep playing for the Browns.
31:32Obviously, the Eagles are a better team and going to win.
31:36But yeah, also the one thing, although for Deshaun Watson, you guys sees that Todd Monken, the head coach of the Browns,
31:42said that Deshaun Watson's a young player who's going to continue to develop.
31:46He said in his eyes, he's still a young player.
31:49I forget. I'm sorry. I forget who pointed this out, but someone noted that Deshaun Watson is older than the coach who
31:56replaced Todd Monken at his last job. I kind of think Monken is doing well with this whole thing.
32:01He is. He basically told Mike Tomlin to fuck himself.
32:04He's been given just a shit sandwich. Yeah. He's actually done fine.
32:08He's like a mean old man who's like, fuck all you guys.
32:11Browns are going to Brown. Look at us now.
32:14Wow. We beat the Bucs. Didn't he say Browns is the Browns?
32:18Fuck that or something like that? Because Juju said the Browns are the Browns and then the Browns beat the Steelers in the playoffs.
32:25Tomlin said Browns are going to Brown on NBC and then Monken was quoting him.
32:29Because I think Juju said that about the Browns before they playoff game, right?
32:33And then the Browns had a crazy comeback against the Steelers, which kind of everything was downhill after that.
32:39Okay, Craig. So Boston's gone and then I took Dontaven Wicks.
32:42They're still like really good receivers. Like a very high level of replacement value at receiver this week.
32:48Yeah. I'm looking at guys like A.D. Mitchell on the Jets, Rashad Bateman on Baltimore, Trey Tucker on Vegas, I think are all reasonable ads here.
32:55Again, this is like you have another 24 plus hours to monitor injuries.
32:59If Zay Flowers is out, I would probably go with Rashad Bateman, who had 88 yards and a touchdown.
33:05Jacoby Lane is still out for Baltimore as well.
33:07Trey Tucker, I will lay off that a little bit.
33:10Trey Tucker pops every once in a while, but if Brock Bowers is coming back next week, I don't know.
33:16Trey Tucker last year had another similar. It was right around week three.
33:20He had like 145 yards and three touchdowns and then never really did anything again.
33:25I think Trey Tucker is a good player, but I think I would probably go Rashad Bateman number one or A.D.
33:31Mitchell. They're playing the Lions. The Jets are. A.D.
33:34Mitchell had 12 targets this week. He's like the number two receiver in this offense.
33:38That's actually doesn't look that bad. But I think I would lean Bateman if Zay Flowers is out.
33:43Yeah, I think the simple answer is the same way that I'm like, if you have Saquon, you have to get Tank Bigsby.
33:50I think if you have Zay Flowers, you have to get Rashad Bateman because the fact that it's also Tez Walker's out
33:57and Jacoby Lane's out, Bateman is like the kind of left professional receiver left for the Ravens.
34:02It's him and Chris Moore was off the practice squad.
34:05Like, I think you need Bateman if you have Zay Flowers.
34:08But I agree. The only, the Trey Tucker, I feel like will just be a thing all season.
34:13Brock Bowers is coming back probably for the Raiders this week.
34:17But overall, I'm like, Trey Tucker is, Austin keeps yelling about this, that Trey Tucker is just Josh Downs, but faster.
34:23And I think that's fair. He had five catches for 119 yards.
34:26The other guys to mention here, Kalief Raymond for the Bears.
34:30I don't know how long this whole Kalief Raymond thing is going to keep going, but he's getting a lot of the
34:36easy button slash quick, you know, like hot route type deals when, when they're doing the pressure.
34:41Hot route. Hot route. Hot route. I don't know what that means.
34:45Just go stand over there. Just go stand over there.
34:48So he's been getting a lot of targets. I mean, he's, he leads the receivers and targets for them so far, and maybe that won't change immediately.
34:56So he's a guy to keep in mind. Keon Coleman for the bills.
35:00I, I hesitate to do this because if DJ Mark comes back, I don't think Keon Coleman is going to continue to be involved that much.
35:07But he had kind of a big game after DJ Moore left this last week against Detroit.
35:12And then Craig, your guy, what's it going to take your guy and Josh Palmer's name, the germ.
35:18Well, Josh Palmer too, but your, your real guy here is the germ germ.
35:22Jeremy Bernard Steelers. Yeah. Zero. I don't know. I wouldn't recommend it.
35:25Short lived. I, yeah, I, no, I, I would, I would stump for player, but yeah, maybe in a dynasty league, I would stump for someone Craig mentioned.
35:34I would stump for 80 Mitchell on the jets who had 12 targets.
35:38He had six catches and like, I think, oh, I lost it here, but I think maybe 60 something yards.
35:4360 yards. He had six catches for 63. And so can I, well, it's not just the lions.
35:49So the lions, the bears and the Browns, the next three weeks for the jets.
35:53And I think the jets have been perfectly. And again, that was a rainy ass game.
35:58It was 80, 80 Mitchell. And the lion's secondary is.
36:01A mess. Horrendous. The lions are secondary. If you consider Brian branch and Kirby Joseph, basically two safeties are just on injured reserve.
36:08Still. They lost to Ryan Arnold to the legal situation earlier in the year.
36:12And then Ennis rake straw is he has, he's this second rounder.
36:15They took, he's barely hasn't played for them in two years.
36:19And then you now Avante Maddox is out for the season.
36:22That's an entire starting secondary. That's three cornerbacks and two safeties.
36:25It's again, week two. And so I look at this jets lions game and I'm like, man, if I had to pick
36:32which of these guys would be use of, like, I actually think could be like 18 points next week.
36:37I actually think it's 80 Mitchell and you could play him for a few weeks, maybe into the early buys.
36:43So I, I, that's the guy. Gito kind of looks good.
36:47Rashad Bateman also playing the Cowboys. The Ravens are playing the Cowboys.
36:50So that also could be a shootout. Okay. I got to bounce back on trivia.
36:55My goodness. Two, two third places. Yeah. It's all right.
36:58Ringer fantasy football shows brought to you by FanDuel Thursday night football just got even better with FanDuel with early win.
37:04A fast start could be all you need to win big for Falcons versus Packers.
37:08Just bet the money line. Then if your team jumps out to a seven point lead at any point in the game, you'll win instantly.
37:16So whether your team scores in the opening drive or builds an early touchdown lead, you could be celebrating before the game's even over.
37:23I'm going to take the Packers in this one.
37:25And I know the Packers look terrible, but I'm going with the Packers.
37:29Michael Penix just got announced. He's going to start this game.
37:33And you know, if you couldn't figure from Cooper Rush, Jack Strand, Craig, you think that the Jack Strand, the fan who
37:39wanted Jack Strand to be put in his crush that Jack Strand's not going to start this week?
37:44You mean Jack Strand's cousin? I'm assuming. Yeah. I can't wait to see what sign he has this week.
37:50He's probably working on it right now. Yeah. So Penix is going to start.
37:54This had to happen. Cooper Rush got benched 27 to three and the Jack Strand threw a pick six in his first career throw.
38:01And then he had another phantom throw fumble where he just like let it go.
38:06I, I am hesitant to pick between the quarterback of the Falcons who have a quarterback who's barely practiced with them versus
38:12the Packers and a team that used eight offensive linemen like four days earlier, but man, the Falcons defense is also pretty toothless in the defensive line.
38:20So I just kind of, I think I would just do the Packers money line, man.
38:25I'm not super convinced the Falcons are going to be incredibly game ready with very, very, very little practice time with Michael Panik so far.
38:33So check out Fandle's early win for Falcons versus Packers in the Fandle app.
38:37Just another reason why this is your most rewarding season ever on Fandle.

38:51Somewhere out there is a Chevy truck. And the person who drives it, well, that's a Chevy person.
38:56You probably know one, your buddy, your sister, ones who always show up.
39:00They're the first to rise, the last to leave.
39:02They always have that little extra something. And maybe you've got it too.
39:06Chevrolet. Together, let's drive. Visit chevy.com slash trucks to explore the lineup.
39:10Tight ends. 60 bucks was easy top. 60 bucks was, dude, the boomers were paying rent for 60 bucks a month.
39:16Like, how much would a ZZ top ticket cost today?
39:19Honestly, I don't know if it's 60 bucks. I don't know if it's 60 today.
39:24Well, they're a large. Well, they were more popular back then.
39:27Yeah. I guess the demand taking a hit. Tight ends.
39:30So we mentioned Dallas Goddard sprained his MCL. Dallas Goddard sprained his MCL.
39:34DK, who's your number one tight end after week two entering week three that you would add?
39:39I think it's Dalton Schultz or the Texans. There's some weird disparities in terms of, like, how often he's rostered.
39:45And Yahoo and ESPN. ESPN leaks only 21%. So he makes the cut.
39:48He had 12 targets for 140 yards in this last game.
39:52And I think that was a direct result of Nico Collins being out.
39:56They just didn't really have any other guys that were able to step up.
40:00Xavier Hutchinson had kind of a tough game. They don't play Jalen Noel hardly enough.
40:04Kayshawn Booty, I think, is still working his way into the offense.
40:08So the guy that the quarterback whose name is escaping me.
40:11On the Texans? CJ Stroud? CJ Stroud. Sorry. Stroud.
40:14Yeah, Craig, you want to burn into his mind really quick?
40:17Craig, as you know, I have brain farts here and there.
40:20No, no, that's fine. That was, I feel like you're older right now.
40:24That was like a demarcating line. And like, I will say, I've always had trouble recalling names.
40:29I don't know why. It's just been kind of a thing for me.
40:33Anyway, CJ Stroud, very obviously the quarterback of the Texans.
40:36Anyway, he doesn't trust anyone else, I think. And Dalton Schultz was a huge beneficiary of that.
40:41He scooped up a ton of volume in this last game.
40:44If Nico Collins is out again, I think I would feel pretty good about starting Dalton Schultz again.
40:50And by the way, he had like over 100 targets last year too.
40:53Yeah, it seems like Nico Collins is going to miss week three, which is just devastating and incredibly frustrating.
40:59And I agree. I think there's a teardrop after Dalton Schultz.
41:02I think there's another guy in this tier. That's interesting.
41:05I do too. It's a sneaky one. Hyphens, is it a Ronda Gadsden?
41:09No. Oh, interesting. Because Charlie Kohler and David Njoku got hurt in this last game.
41:14It's just hard to trust a single charger. That's very true.
41:17Who else is on the, I think it's just Schultz.
41:20Who else is next to Schultz for you? Oh, I think it's Pat Fryermuth.
41:24Really? For sure. Pat Fryermuth, again, because why did Dalton Schultz get 14 targets last week?
41:29It's because it was against the Bengals. And this week, the Steelers are playing the Bengals.
41:33And again, the Bengals last year turned, and Trey Mc, every tight end averaged basically being Trey McBride versus Cincinnati.
41:39It's a good point. The Bengals last year, again, were the first team.
41:43And I, I, there's, it's a hard thing to measure, but at least 16 years, but depending how you measure ever to
41:50like, just have two rookies with no experience, start a season at linebacker and the Bengals linebackers are still the weakness of
41:56the team, even with Dexter Lawrence playing better. And I think there's a re it was a perfect storm last week for
42:03Dalton Schultz to get 14 targets, but I don't think it happens necessarily against another team.
42:08So Schultz, I'm not going to argue 140 yards, like, you know, and now Nico, Nico's out.
42:13But if you can't get Dalton Schultz or he's already rostered, I think Pat Fryermuth this week, Aaron Rodgers is going to throw to him.
42:20Aaron Rodgers is already mad about Mike McCarthy's play calling.
42:23They're going to target tight ends because they're playing Cincinnati.
42:26And again, Rodgers trust Fryermuth. He won't stop talking about it.
42:29It's been four weeks now. If I'm talking about Fryermuth's the guy.
42:33So I think Fryermuth has a serious chance to have like the best game he has the entire season this week.
42:39So I I'm happily streaming him. If you don't, you guys think that Aaron Rodgers is going to tell Mike McCarthy that
42:46he should call more plays that are good and that Pat Fryermuth should be the target in those plays.
42:51I already did. He did that publicly. Why would he have to say it privately?
42:56Cool. I, I hear you. Heifetz and I have them written down, but I don't think it's like if I see Dalton
43:02Schultz and Pat Fryermuth's name, I think it's an easy selection of Schultz.
43:06I don't think they're in the same tier, but I think if Schultz is gone, Fryermuth is a fine pick.
43:12I don't, I don't, I know it seems ugly.
43:15I'm going less on like the total faith in the Steelers.
43:18Here's my difference. I don't think Pat Fryermuth could have 12 catches for 140 yards in any Steelers game.
43:24And Dalton Schultz already did that. Fair enough. Yeah.
43:26I really want Fryermuth to be a thing though.
43:29Dexter Lawrence might like kill Aaron Rodgers, so I don't know.
43:32He should get immunized. Okay. So Dalton Schultz showdown time?
43:35Yeah. Yeah. Is this bleak? Tight end is always the most bleak.
43:39It's Dalton Schultz showdown time. It's not bleak if he had 14.
43:42There are players sometimes where they haven't had 14 targets in a month.
43:46No, I know. I know. All right, fine. All right, it is the not bleak Dalton Schultz showdown time.
43:52This question's from Jared. J-Bo. Jared. Like Jared. Breakfast was a glass of chocolate milk in a press.
43:57What the fuck was that? What was that? I'm in the zone, like Jared.
44:01It's a fat bastard. Somebody loses all the weight?
44:04Yeah. Oh my God. We don't talk about Jared anymore, of course.
44:07But yeah, I always, I do like a good fat bastard quote.
44:11I'm in the zone, like Jared. I didn't have any corn.
44:14Dude, I love my Wyatt team is ready. Guys, incredible.
44:17Jared, breakfast, glass of chocolate milk in a protein bar for Jared.
44:21Jared. Chocolate milk. I feel like kind of underrated.
44:23Crazy underrated. Yeah. Chocolate milk is delicious. Every time I drink chocolate milk, I'm like, this is the best thing I've ever had.
44:30Elite athletes crushing chocolate milk after working out, you know?
44:33Yeah. Jared writes, so on the show earlier this summer, you guys discussed hockey players, like NHL professional players, were playing without a helmet.
44:40And they got grandfathered in. And we just couldn't believe this.
44:44We're talking like Gordie Howe, you know? Yeah, Gordie Howe, I think, was it?
44:48Yeah. So Jared writes, it's even crazier is that hockey goalies also used to play without a mask.
44:53Like, goalie masks were also grandfathered in if you were not wearing one.
44:57So his question is, what is the last year that had an NHL goalie playing with no face protection?
45:03Ooh, another great question. I really do like these questions, Syphers.
45:06You're doing great on picking them. I like that you're making them related to the show.
45:11That's, I feel like, the big change is that you should just be like, how many mountains are there on Mars?
45:17And now it's like, oh, last episode we talked about this.
45:20I enjoy that. You know, I actually do have one on Mars.
45:24That's funny. All right. I'm polstering it. Yeah, yeah.
45:26Heifetz is cooking. Heifetz is cooking right now. Yeah, just let him cook.
45:30Heifetz is like Drew Locke. Drew Locke level play right now.
45:33You guys didn't give me enough time to talk about Drew Locke last night, by the way.
45:38He's fucking cooking. We let you talk about him.
45:41We're at the time Drew Locke had like a Tom Brady 2007 level quarterback rating to cost the Giants the number one.
45:48Yeah, I do remember that. Like one of the best quarterback performances of the century.
45:52It was like 2013 Peyton Manning, 2007 Tom Brady, 2018 Mahomes and Drew Locke.
45:56The question is going to be, do they even need Donald?
46:00You know what I mean? Locke? I know. No picks through two weeks.
46:03He's playing. Anyone could have done it. Do they have to go back to Super Bowl champion Sam Darnold?
46:09I don't know. Don't rush it. Megan Schuster is having the greatest time right now, by the way.
46:14She's the biggest Drew Locke fan in the world.
46:17Shout out, Meg. Why does she like Drew Locke?
46:20She went to Mizzou. I think I got her Drew Locke jersey like six years ago and kind of just figured she had thrown it away by now.
46:28You don't throw away something like that. No. Okay.
46:31Wait, what was the question? Oh yeah, what was the last year?
46:34Oh, shoot. There was a goalie in the NHL with no mask.
46:38Goalie. I can't tell if this is just a fact or if it's a fun fact because it's way later than we think.
46:45I know. Yeah, I know what you mean. Fudge.
46:47You know, I'm like, is this just a fact because we've talked about it or is it like specifically this guy was
46:54like, no, this is one of the best hockey facts of all time because it's like 1997.
46:59Okay. I think I have a year in mind.
47:02I don't know. I have no idea how far off I am.
47:05Three, two, one. 87. Okay. Okay. Okay. So I was thinking what Craig was thinking, which is I bet it's way later than we think.
47:13I said 1991 because I was like, I bet they're emailing it because there's, well, I just, because I don't know.
47:19I agree. That's my mind first went off. I was like 97.
47:22I was like, no, there was probably one guy like who was like, well, there's probably one guy who was a rookie
47:29when they made the rule and then had like some 20 year career.
47:33And I'm like, you know, and I'm like, but so I said 87.
47:37Craig said 70. What? Four. The answer is in fact, 1974.
47:40Great job. I'm back. You needed that. Andy Brown was the last NHL goalie to play a game without a mask.
47:46Yeah. April 7th, 1974. It could have been the 90s.
47:49That would have been insane. I, as soon as I said it, I did.
47:53I, you guys thought about this way longer than I did.
47:56I just like, I took three seconds. I just wrote something down.
48:00I will say. I feel like we took 10 seconds, but yeah.
48:04Without a doubt. This is what a doubt a doubt.
48:07The best trivia we've ever done. There's no way.
48:09Cause you got that answer exactly right. And then DK was one off both the other answers.
48:14There's no way we've been. Wow. A combined two off over three questions before.
48:18Um, all right. So I get Dalton Schultz. Who's second DK second.
48:22I was. Um, yeah. So I think the, the safe pick is Pat Fryer with Patty fries.
48:27He's the most likely to catch five passes for 45 yards.
48:30A hundred percent. But I think if you're going for upside, the two guys are a Rhonda Gadsden for the Chargers and Darren Waller for the Panthers.
48:38I'm going to go with Gadsden just for shits and giggles.
48:42Darren Waller, dude. I, all he does is catch touchdowns.
48:44Yeah. He had, he had, he had two touchdowns this last week and he had another touchdown.
48:50And I want to say the week before that got called back on some like procedural play or penalty.
48:55Um, but I'm going to go with Gadsden simply because when he got opportunity to play last year, he was awesome.
49:01He was catching tons of passes. And David and Joku and Charlie Kolar both hurt.
49:06Kolar, uh, according to reporters was like in a sling after the game.
49:10I think he hurt his shoulder collarbone or something.
49:12And then in Joku had to be carted off in this game.
49:16I think his knee or leg. Um, so that might just leave Gadsden the opportunity to really play a lot.
49:22And every time he plays a lot, he catches a lot of passes.
49:26So I'm just going to say, go for upside, take Gadsden and see what happens.
49:30I, I can't hate it. Cause it's, it's Gadsden's kind of like Terrence Ferguson.
49:34We'll see what, again, we're recording for giants Rams.
49:37Maybe Terrence Ferguson makes me look serious. Silly and Terrence Ferguson has one catch for three yards and matches close to level in this season.
49:44Uh, but you know, obviously if Puka's hurt or if anything happens to the Monday football, Terrence Ferguson looks good.
49:50I could be into Terrence Ferguson. Part of me always thinks Colby Parkinson will just have nine touchdowns to get every year,
49:57but the Darren Waller thing is insane. By the way, sorry to, sorry to interrupt you, but I literally just got a push notification from Schefter.
50:05They, the chargers place both David and Joku and Kolar on IR.
50:08Well then good call DK for Rondae Gadsden. So Charlie Kolar had a forearm injury and David and Joku had a fibula injury.
50:15You need those. Uh, yeah. So Rondae Gadsden, good call.
50:18And then I'll take fireman. That's the right answer.
50:21Yeah. Okay. All right. Well, that makes things easy.
50:23And again, unless Terrence Ferguson has a big game, I think he, he's like way tier below with like Kenyon Sadiq on
50:30the jets, just because the teams that the jets are playing.
50:33I will just say to Waller, I think the only problem with Waller is he doesn't get volume over the middle of
50:40the field, but all he's done is catch touchdowns.
50:42Like he came out of retirement. Like he retired with the giants and then came out of retirement in week four last year.
50:49And then just caught two touchdowns on 16 snaps, which is like Aaron Donald wishes he could come out of retirement and
50:56catch, you know, whatever the defensive equivalent of two touchdowns since, uh, 16 snaps.
51:00Darrell Waller had four touchdowns in his first three games, then another two touchdown game.
51:04And then this week had two touchdowns. So I'm like, Darren Waller since retiring has eight touchdowns in like, uh, 12 games,
51:11but he doesn't really get targeted elsewhere. He's like old school Jimmy Graham.
51:15It feels like there's just players now that are just red zone players.
51:18I don't know. Maybe that's always been a thing, but it really does feel like there are closers and like relief pitchers
51:25now in football where they just come in inside the 20 yard line.
51:29I think that the way that all these athletes can play later now in just in general, I think that there are
51:35certain players who have a skillset that have been like, I, there, it does feel like there's more of them.
51:41I agree with you. Like there used to be just Jimmy Graham, but now it's like, I think it's smart.
51:47Mike Evans, these guys. Yeah. It's, they can still get open.
51:50It's like closers. Yeah. That was like Jim Nance and JJ Watt.
51:54Did you guys see that? That was exactly. Sorry.
51:57I was looking, I was looking up an eighties baggers real quick.
52:00Cause I forgot. I will say I would give Deky shit for just constantly being on Twitter during the show.
52:06But then every now and then, Hey, you find all the injuries.
52:10I wasn't on Twitter. I was technically I was on Spotify.
52:13DK. Did you see the, uh, that's fine. Watt thing?
52:16No. What? What? Literally. God. It was in between plays.
52:19Watt was talking about how some player was given the game ball last week and how it meant it was a big deal to him.
52:26Literally says that sentence. I forget which player it was.
52:29Whatever. Let's just pick a player. Jeremy Bernard won.
52:32Got the game ball last week. And it really meant a lot to Jeremy.
52:36There's like a two second pause. And then Nance goes, and Jeremy Bernard also got the game ball last week.
52:42It meant a lot to him. It's crazy. It just wasn't listening.
52:46They have a better excuse than I do. Because they're like being fed constant stream of information by like their people that
52:52are helping out with the broadcast and everything like that.
52:55So I understand being distracted. I'm just looking up.
52:58I was just looking up sick 80s songs, really.
53:00It is. It is amazing. Like Inception actually happens all the time.
53:04Yeah. Constantly. Evening. Buyers remorse. Buy a new car.
53:07I'll be moving in. Let's get started. Sorry. I think there's been a mistake.
53:11I bought it from Carvana. You what? Yeah. Great price.
53:14I even have seven days to love it or return it.
53:17So there's no... No. No buyer's remorse. More like buyers rejoice.
53:20I guess I'll let myself out. Congratulations. I mean it.
53:23Buyers rejoice. Buy your car today on Carvana. Limitations and exclusions may apply.
53:27See our seven day return policy at Carvana.com. Before this.
53:30There's this. As you celebrate the game. Take a deeper look at its roots.
53:34The people grow in the grass. Baving the lots.

53:42Carhartt is proud to outfit the crews behind the game.

53:47Okay. Quarterback streamers. Obviously Bryce Young is the number two quarterback in fantasy football.
53:51It's easy. Playing at Cleveland. At Cleveland. Doesn't matter.
53:54He's playing great. And he looks like he has the joy back in his eyes.
53:59So Bryce Young is easy. And if he's gone, Tyler Shuck, who is the number five quarterback in fantasy.
54:04And the Saints are just running the most plays in the NFL.
54:08They have a ton. They're just the pace. Everything.
54:10I just think Bryce Young and Shuck are on their own level.
54:14So that's easy. Especially if you have Caleb Williams.
54:17I also think if you have Caleb. I don't think Tyson Bajit's like the worst option.
54:21If you have Caleb Williams. Like he's mobile. I don't know how much he's going to be able to replicate.
54:27But the Bears love Tyson Bajit. Like they have been saying for years.
54:31They signed Tyson Bajit to like a real backup quarterback contract.
54:34And he's fast enough that he can totally be reasonable as a fantasy option.
54:39And then kind of ditto for Marcus Mariota. The problem is if you have Jaden Daniels.
54:43Like not excited to play Marcus Mariota versus Seattle this week.
54:47Marcus Mariota is going to start for Washington. But I don't want to play a backup quarterback for Seattle.
54:52Generally, Marcus Mariota has upside as a rushing quarterback.
54:55But I don't like that. Bajit, even Bajit versus Philadelphia is not ideal.
54:59But I'd rather do that than Mariota versus Seattle.
55:01I feel like there's no way that's going to go well.
55:05Totally. Yeah. And then also Kyler Murray is going to play versus the Bucs.
55:09Kevin O'Connell announced that. So Kyler, very possible, is available in your league.
55:13Like people might have never had him or caught him because he got hurt.
55:17But if Kyler is available, like, you know, if Bryce Young and Tyler Shuck are gone.
55:22Yeah, you can try Kyler instead of Tyson Bajit.
55:24So I think I feel like between those options, someone is there.
55:28But I would avoid Mariota. But yeah, I think Jaden Caleb Williams are not going to play this week.
55:34The other person I want to throw out there.
55:36Because a lot of people might be like, well, Bryce Young and Tyler Shuck are gone in Malik's.
55:42I actually want to throw out Geno Smith. Hell yeah.
55:44Because again, the Jets the next three weeks are the Lions who again are down.
55:49Basically an entire starting secondary for the Lions is down.
55:52And I know Josh just torched them and looked like an MVP.
55:55And that's a Josh Allen thing. But Shuck torched them.
55:58The Lions have been absolutely shredded on defense. Their defensive line has not been good.
56:03No. And so I think Geno Smith. And again, then Geno Smith plays the Bears, whose defense is also very bad.
56:09And then the Browns. So I actually think Geno Smith could also get you through this Caleb Williams timeline.
56:15If you're in a deeper league. Sorry to cut you off.
56:18No, you're good. But Geno, you know, they beat Tennessee in week one.
56:22And they ran in all their touchdowns. But Geno actually played well in that game.
56:26And then yesterday, 250 yards and a touchdown in the rain.
56:30And also looked pretty good. So like I would even argue that his stats look worse than they actually should have been.
56:36So I think Bryce Young won. Tyler Shuck too.
56:39But if those guys are gone, Geno Smith is like kind of a perfectly fine third quarterback.
56:44And I think that people with Caleb or Jaden will end up playing him.
56:48And they'll be fine. Defenses always weird. Never. I never want to just go on the percentages of how rostered they are
56:55just because there are plenty of very competitive leagues where people drop defenses.
56:58I want the Vikings defense is available in plenty of leagues.
57:02I've seen just because people didn't want them. People saw the Bears score 59 points in week one and they cut the
57:08Vikings because they didn't want to play the Bears defense or the Bears offense.
57:12So the Vikings defense is kind of maybe available in your league and they're playing the Bucs.
57:17And Brian Flores is like clearly just having an incredible season as a defensive coordinator.
57:22And I think there were questions about the Vikings because they lost some players.
57:26The Vikings defense just has special teams is good, too.
57:29Yeah, especially because they're playing Tampa Bay and Baker, who's been a sack turnover factory.
57:33And Baker has led the NFL or co-led the NFL in fumbles this year and each of the last two years, every single season.
57:40You know, the interceptions, everything. So I think the Vikings defense is a must.
57:45Also, the Chiefs defense is a must if they're available because they're playing the Dolphins.
57:49So right there, the Vikings or Chiefs might be available.
57:52And the Chiefs, I don't have to say more.
57:55Miami's terrible. Did you mention your New York Giants playing Miami?
57:58The Giants playing Miami next week? Do I have my weeks wrong?
58:02Are they not? No, they're playing Tennessee. Oh, sorry.
58:04Sorry, that's what I meant. Are Giants playing Tennessee?
58:07Does that move you? I think so. We're recording this before Monday Night Football.
58:11Let's see how the Giants defense plays. I think totally.
58:14Yeah. I mean, the Titans, Cam Ward. It's Brian Dable versus the Giants, right?
58:18Which is kind of fascinating. I'm a little worried for Dart.
58:21We'll see what happens. But I think, yeah, the Giants defense is totally viable.
58:26I don't want to jinx it. But yeah, if they look good against the Rams, the Giants look good against the Titans.
58:32And obviously, Cam Ward can always throw a pick six.
58:35The other ones I'm considering, the Packers, Falcons. Thursday football is always weird.
58:39I don't want to do the Falcons defense. But the Packers against Penix.
58:43Penix is barely practiced. I'm like, man, the Packers, I don't love their defense.
58:47But Lucas Van Ness has had more sacks this season than he had all of last year.
58:52And the Packers defense, you know, they have playmakers.
58:55Xavier McKinney, Evan Williams, who I always laugh at the name because, you know, I feel like I'm throwing up to Evan Williams.
59:01But the Packers defense could make plays on like a pick six.
59:05Atlanta, I don't think you'd be shocked at all.
59:08And then lastly is Carolina Panthers because they're playing the Browns.
59:11And the Panthers had five turnovers last week. And Deshaun Watson just had an actual good game by his standards.
59:17And I kind of feel like Deshaun's going to be home and try to rip it in front of the home crowd.
59:23And they're not going to be able to bench Deshaun now because Deshaun won a game and they were kind of hoping he'd lose.
59:31But now he's going to face his home crowd and the vibes are going to be weird.
59:36But yeah, I think one of those is available.
59:38And in that order, Vikings, Chiefs, Packers on Falcons and then Panthers.
59:42And then we'll see where the Giants are based on how they play.
59:46But one of those defenses has to be available in your league.
59:49Yeah. Okay. A couple emails we got out of here.
59:52Sure. Let's do it. All right. This is from Nizantha.
59:55Is that an N? An N. N-bone. This was about DK pointing out that Matt Ryan is the president of football for the Falcons.
60:02He's not the VP of football operations. He's just president of football.
60:06Right. And Nizantha pointed out that it reminded him that someone, one of his friends got promoted and he saw on LinkedIn.
60:12So this friend worked at Unilever, which is like the giant corporate, like one of those corporations.
60:17They make like soap and whatnot. Yeah. They own everything.
60:20Yeah. Ben and Jerry, like one of those, like, yeah, they own like a thousand brands.
60:25And one of his friends was promoted to president of ice cream.
60:29No way. I looked it up on LinkedIn. God, that's great.
60:32It was real. Technically president of global ice cream.
60:35Not quite as fun, but it was president of ice cream.
60:38President of ice cream. President of ice cream. DK, you got to tell Calvin that that's a job that he could do.
60:44That's like what Will Ferrell, Brennan and what's his name would like, they'd be the titles for prestige worldwide.
60:50I'm the president of ice cream. I'm the president of ice cream.
60:54If a toddler wrote a movie, that's what the guy would be doing.
60:57That's really good. Oh, man. President of football. President of football.
61:01Matt Ryan. I want email us more crazy jobs.
61:03I want to know crazy job titles. President of ice cream were just crazy jobs.
61:08Jobs didn't exist. We talked about there was this guy that had to like, there was this weird light bulb.
61:14This guy had to just change a light bulb on this weird tower.
61:18It was very dangerous, right? Oh, yeah. I remember that or something.
61:21I forget the deal, but what weird jobs can be titles like that.
61:25I don't know what direction it takes your mind, but I want to email us to ringerfantasyfootball.gmail.com.
61:30Funny jobs, weird jobs, job titles, weird postings, whatever.
61:33I don't know. But I think president of ice cream is great.
61:36That's really good. The other. So Jake emailed in.
61:39Jay Brown. Jakey. Jake did not include a breakfast because.
61:42I was going to say, we're kind of getting away from breakfast today, which I don't love.
61:47Concerning. Can't throw a perfect game, can I? Yeah.
61:50I Jake. Jake. Well, I didn't want Jake to do food because he was emailing about the diarrhea situation with the high
61:56rocks, the shart situation, which again, was this like ultra marathon that was ran in China that this woman who won was
62:03sharting everywhere, down her pants, down her leg, everywhere.
62:05And then we were like, ah. And Jake writes in, listening to your show from Sunday night, and you guys are wildly underestimating this story.
62:13Good. It's one of those things where you're like, oh, she had a little accident.
62:17Clean it up. Move on. And then you see the pictures in the videos.
62:21And I think I did see a picture and I don't know if I, and I don't know if I realized it was real.
62:29I thought it was fake. It, it, it, I have links.
62:32I will send you guys these links. There's like, there's like, there's here, there's videos and photos.
62:37These do. Yeah. Here. If anything, I wanted to see diarrhea.
62:40So here's the thing. I also feel like I had seen photos, but I had not seen the videos and they're shocking
62:47because I think what I underrated was I just had seen photos and I thought that this situation, again, it's like an
62:53ultra, not ultra marathon, but it's like a, like a tough mudder, like a, like a lot of people and they're running,
63:00but it's also like a lot of intense workout, like hit, like CrossFit style workouts.
63:04What I underrated was how close they all were and what the workouts were.
63:08So it's kind of like, imagine doing like a bunch of up downs or burpees where you're like doing a plank pushup
63:15jumping, but you're going somewhere you're going and you have to burpee the whole way.
63:19And the one in first place is actively shitting down her leg, dripping everywhere.
63:23And then you have to now do a plank like 10 times where she just was and she's getting it on everything and she's in first.
63:31So everyone behind her is having to rub themselves in her shit for like the entire race.
63:36This is horrifying. It really is. It's insane. This is shocking.
63:39Do you think this has happened to her before?
63:42She seems very calm. Yeah. She's just powered through it.
63:45Very, very. Also, I can't imagine the smell that she's having to deal with, with every repetition.
63:50It is absolutely. I can't believe I kind of like scrolled past.
63:54I was like, whatever. I can't believe they let her finish.
63:57Dude. Like if one person farts in class, you, the whole class can smell it.
64:01Her legs being covered must smell so bad. Also, there's a ton of spectators right there.
64:06She's four feet away from like a row of spectators.
64:09I think this might be the shard of the year.
64:12For sure. This is a Hall of Fame shard.
64:15There's no way I would continue doing anything. No, this is like impressive.
64:19Like this is stuff you hear about like the drunkest kid in the frat at a college party to something like this.
64:25Like these are, this is an elite level story involving fecal matter.
64:29I would, I would, I would almost at our own risk ask for the greatest shard story that our listeners have.
64:35I'll tell you. Yeah. Email us your best shard story.
64:38Can anyone beat this? Can you beat this? My immediate thought was the Hall of Fame poop story has got to be
64:44the Dave Matthews band bus dumping all the shit on the bottom of the boat.
64:49That's on the Mount Rushmore. Yeah. Yeah. So I'll take stories in the- In one person.
64:54Yeah. All right. Like a personal shard that kind of went down in the history books as a legendary guy.
64:59I don't want her to be Al Roker at the White House.
65:03Like I want, I want things maybe we don't know.
65:06Yeah. Email us shard stories. Mm-hmm. Okay. Email us also fantasy courts.
65:10Maybe it'll be a fantasy court about sharding. That would be great.
65:13That'd be ideal. Worlds collide. Okay. Hopefully the Giants don't shard.
65:16I think the Giants are going to win 31-10.
65:19I believe it. I want you guys on record.
65:22Do you actually think the Giants can win this game?
65:25Absolutely. I want you guys on record. Absolutely, I do.
65:28Tonight? Yeah, I think they can win. I'm worried that they're, I'm a little worried that it's a classic.
65:33The Rams were the second best team in the NFL last year and played poorly because they were on Australia in week one.
65:40And the Giants rocked a very lifeless Dallas defense.
65:43Terrible defense. And this is like Sean McVay. And I'm a little worried that the Giants will be outclassed.
65:48However, I absolutely in my heart of hearts believe they could win and want them to win, even though I know that's kind of stupid.
65:56I think either way, whatever happens, it'll make sense.
65:59Like if the Giants play well and win, I'll be like, of course, I knew it.
66:03They looked legit in week one. If they get their ass kicked, I'll be like, of course.
66:08Yeah. He's pissed. It's about right. Week one, jet lag.
66:11Like, come on. They're the Rams. All right. Thank you, DK.
66:15Thank you, Craig. Thank you, Cam. Thank you, Nikhil.
66:17Thank you, Austin. Thank you, Matthew from Houston. Thank you, everyone for listening.
66:21Emails. We have Power Hour on Wednesday, Friday previews, Sunday episodes, obviously, Monday waivers.
66:25Stick with us. Thank you, Lord. Lord. 80s month.
66:28Rolling on, DK. I am slightly, slightly concerned. I've said this already, but I'm going with it again because it's a great one.
66:35It's an anthem. Nothing but a good time. Poison.
66:37Do you remember? Have I done that one before?
66:40I feel like I haven't. I don't think so.
66:43Give me nothing but a good time. Why can't I resist or whatever?
66:47How can I resist? Sorry. Great song. The name of the band is Poison.
66:51The lead singer is Bret Michaels. Of course. They also look exactly what I thought they would.
66:56You don't know Poison? Bret Michaels did? I do, but I feel like I couldn't conjure an image of Bret Michaels in
67:02my head from the 80s without thinking. You don't remember Rock of Love?
67:06Dude. Well, maybe I could because they're exactly what I thought they looked like, but all these bands look the same.
67:12I loved Rock of Love unabashedly. I don't know.
67:15I actually don't. What is Rock of Love singing?
67:18It was Bret Michaels doing a dating thing and it was freaking hilarious.
67:22It was on MTV, VH1, one of those. I never watched that.
67:25I can't remember. What is this? It was a dating show that he hosted.
67:29Rock of Love? Yeah. Is that where Kelsey got his idea for the dating show?
67:34Maybe. You think Taylor and Travis talk about that?
67:36Did that have to be acknowledged? I'm sure. I'm sure they had.
67:40I think it had to come up. If your husband hosted a dating show, I think it would come up at some point.
67:47Called Catching Kelsey. Yeah. Because it also wasn't like 2009.
67:50It was like four years before they started dating.
67:52It was 2016. Imagine if it had just never come up.
67:56I feel like it's funny. Don't need nothing but a good time.
67:59Do you think Bret Michaels, I always imagine that his headband is actually a clip-on hairdo.
68:04Yeah. That's got to be the case, right? I think it is.
68:08You never see him without the headband and I feel like it has to be attached to a clip-on long hair wig.
68:14Oh, that tracks. That's a... I'm just looking at all these photos of him over like a 40-year period.
68:20I think you're right. He's 63 years old. I immediately think you're right.
68:24There's no... He claims to... The explanation is apparently that he doesn't wear a full wig, but it's like hair extensions.
68:30Oh, interesting. All right. To maintain his rocker look from the 80s.
68:33Yeah. Because if you look at his 80s... He had the feathered hair.
68:37It looks like Heather Locklear. And he had the headband.
68:40I mean, he is to me... Poison and Bret Michaels are some of the most iconic, I think, characters of the 80s
68:47in terms of this type of rock. Bret Michaels is also a big Steeler fan.
68:51Oh, really? Yeah. He's from... He's from Butler, Pennsylvania.
68:54Mechanicsville or Mechanicsburg. I was looking this up earlier.
68:56I actually don't know a lot about Poison. I like know of them, but I never really listened to their music a whole lot.
69:04I know every rose has its thorn, but about that...
69:07Besides that... Every rose has its thorn. Do you guys think that we should start doing that with music where there's like
69:13a saying that everyone says, but there's no song about it yet?
69:17And then it's like your thing? My buddy and I used to do that.
69:21We're like... Because in college, the era was like...
69:23Of all those EDM songs, it was just like a nondescript female voice just singing a phrase around an EDM drop, like a beat drop.
69:31And that's kind of all you needed. Yeah. It would just be like...
69:35Well, it's kind of always been that way. Yeah.
69:37Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know? It would be like what?
69:40I don't know. Like, nothing breaks like a heart.
69:43And then you would just sing a song around that.
69:46You can just find those and just make a song.
69:49Sometimes it's... Dude, Jimmy Buffett just had 5 o'clock somewhere.
69:52I'm like, man, that's good. Just say that over and over.
69:55Yeah. He's so right. It is 5 o'clock somewhere.
69:58You don't buy beer, you rent it. Yeah. Dude, that should be the...
70:02That's Pat McAfee's second album right there. Is that our first album?
70:05Gemma's Piss Club? You don't buy beer, you rent it?
70:08It was called Renting Beer. Yeah, Renting Beer. Ooh.
70:11That's good. That's our lead six. I'd be kind of including for a bar.
70:15Beer rentals. Renting beer. Yeah. You're not keeping it.
70:18Yeah, go watch Rock of Love. There's really not a lot on these days to watch, so go back and watch Rock of Love.
70:25You know, there's not many TV... They don't make any TV shows anymore.
70:29Definitely just spend your time watching Rock of Love in 20 years.
