43

A.J. Brown

NegativeRole45:40

With Mike Onwenu out for the season, A.J. Brown is now probably the focal point of the Patriots' passing game. The source notes this shift in offensive emphasis due to the offensive line deterioration.

Insight page

Aaron Rodgers

NegativeMatchup38:00

Aaron Rodgers and the Jets face the Lions in Week 3; the Jets' defense has allowed the fewest first downs in the NFL this season while the Lions have allowed the most (63 in two weeks, second-most through two weeks in the last 26 years per True Media database), creating a stark defensive contrast.

Insight page

Alec Pierce

NegativeInjury19:33

Alec Pierce is ruled out for the Colts' Week 3 game against the Texans, removing a key receiving option from Indianapolis' already-depleted offense.

Insight page

Baker Mayfield

NegativeMatchup58:55

The source expresses concern about Baker Mayfield facing the Vikings defense in Week 3. The Vikings rank first in pressures, first in sacks, and first in QB hits. Mayfield has taken the third-most sacks in the league through two weeks. The source is very nervous for Mayfield and the Bucs in this matchup and would avoid Bucs players, expecting this game to be ugly and not a spot where Baker gets back to expected performance levels.

Insight page

Brock Bowers

PositiveInjury70:00

Brock Bowers is trending toward playing in the Raiders-Saints game after being limited in practice. His return is characterized as great news for the Raiders offense.

Insight page

Brock Purdy

PositiveProjection56:24

Brock Purdy has an off-target rate of just 1.8% through two games, by far the best in the NFL. The source describes him as surgical and notes finally catching up with others in marveling at his week-to-week performance. The source highlights a specific play where Purdy got outside the pocket, pump faked, ran past a defender, and threw a pass while drifting left to hit Mike Evans in the only spot possible for completion, nearly resulting in a touchdown. The source concludes: "this guy is actually ridiculously good."

Insight page

Bryce Young

PositiveUsage35:00

Bryce Young and the Panthers have a pass rate over expectation of 9.4 through two games, the second-highest in the NFL; offensive coordinator Brad Idzik continues to call pass plays aggressively even when winning big (Young threw 36 times in a 34-3 blowout over the Falcons), demonstrating commitment to offensive rhythm and scoring.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout36:30

Bryce Young has emerged as a breakout fantasy quarterback, scoring 28 points per game through two weeks after being one of the worst fantasy quarterbacks coming into the season; he is facing a Browns defense that has given up an opposing passer rating of 112 (27th in pressure rate, only eight quarterback hits in two games), setting up another big game opportunity in Week 3.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveMatchup58:55

The source identifies Bucky Irving as one of the few players worth playing in the Vikings-Bucs game, suggesting he is the primary Buccaneers skill player to deploy despite the expected ugly game script and strong Vikings defense.

Insight page

Case Keenum

NegativeRole80:00

Case Keenum is the Bears' number three quarterback, described as a coach being employed to teach quarterbacks how to play football. If Keenum has to play, it would be a disaster for the Bears. He lacks arm strength and can only rely on knowing the offense and getting the ball out quickly.

Insight page

Chase Brown

NegativeUsage7:00

Brown is quietly getting 22 touches per game, which ranks seventh in the league; while he has been average so far and may disappoint those who drafted him early (like 15th overall), the source expects points to come as he is positioned to be the next player to break out.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

NegativeRole46:26

The source mentions attempting to trade Travion Henderson for Colston Loveland in a league, noting that the trade was rejected immediately. The source observes the league mate has both Sam Laporta and Loveland with no strong RB3, making the trade offer seem reasonable. The rejection suggests the league mate is a believer in Loveland's upside.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

PositiveProjection31:00

Dalton Kincaid is an early candidate for one of the best picks in fantasy football; he is the number one scoring tight end in fantasy, has the most receiving yards for tight ends, leads in yards per route run, and is playing more snaps than last year (two-thirds of pass routes versus roughly half last year), though still below the 75-80% typical for most tight ends, suggesting further upside.

Insight page

Daniel Jones

NegativeProjection21:21

The source states that Daniel Jones has not been good and his numbers are not very good, expressing concern about his performance heading into Week 3 against the Texans; this is part of a broader critique of the Colts' offensive direction.

Insight page

David Montgomery

NegativeUsage19:00

Montgomery had only 10 yards rushing in Week 2 against the Bengals; the Texans' run game has been ineffective, though the source still expects him to be playable against the Colts' historically poor defense (allowing 1,029 yards in two games, the most in the NFL and most allowed in any two-week span in 10 years).

Insight page

Drake Maye

NegativeProjection43:18

Drake Maye's expected points added per drop back ranking has collapsed from first last year to 32nd this year. The source expresses concern about Maye's footwork and decision-making, noting: "his feet have just been a mess" and "Drake May's feet are really scattered." The source observes Maye is not seeing defenders or open receivers, moving out of clean pockets, and appears hesitant. The source compares this to Carson Wentz's early career struggles, though ultimately believes Maye will be elite.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

PositiveProjection39:00

The source projects Garrett Wilson as a must-start this week and believes he could go nuclear over the next few weeks. With the Lions having a horrific defense, the Bears having a bad defense, and the Browns having bad vibes, Wilson faces favorable matchups. The source notes Wilson is getting a third of the targets and states: "Garrett Wilson, from now on, for the next month, could be the number one receiver in fantasy. And that wouldn't blow my mind."

Insight page

Geno Smith

PositiveProjection54:00

The source believes Gino Smith has been playing better than his stats suggest, with only one touchdown through two games due to weather and running the ball into the end zone. The source projects Gino Smith to throw three or more touchdowns at plus 580 odds (six to one) in the Lions-Jets game in Detroit's dome with a high total. The source states: "I think Gino's playing sharp."

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeInjury75:00

JK Dobbins is dealing with a hamstring injury and is on the Broncos injury report for the Rams game, creating uncertainty in the Broncos backfield.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveMatchup4:00

Chase had 16 catches against the Steelers last year (with Flacco), including a 23-target game where he was frequently uncovered; the Steelers' top cornerback Joey Porter Jr. is currently unavailable due to contract holdout, creating a favorable matchup for the league's best receiver.

Insight page

Jameis Winston

NegativeRole49:06

Jameis Winston takes over as the Giants' quarterback following Jackson Dart's season-ending injury. The source notes Winston is pretty decent but expresses resignation about the Giants' season prospects, suggesting the team will likely win only three games.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

PositiveMatchup4:00

Burrow scores 4 more fantasy points per game against the Steelers versus all other NFL teams; the Bengals have averaged 30 points per game over the last four seasons in matchups against Pittsburgh.

Insight page

Jonah Coleman

NegativeInjury75:00

Jonah Coleman sprained his ankle during the Broncos game and is not practicing, making him unavailable for the Rams-Broncos matchup. The source had identified Coleman as their top running back recommendation on the waiver show just two days prior, but the injury occurred immediately after.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveRole19:36

The source emphasizes that the Colts need Jonathan Taylor in their Week 3 matchup against the Texans, positioning him as a critical part of the offense despite the team's overall struggles; the Colts' offensive line and defensive issues make Taylor's workload and efficiency central to their game plan.

Insight page

Jordan Addison

NegativeMatchup58:55

The source explicitly states they would not play Jordan Addison in the Vikings-Bucs game. Given the expected ugly, run-heavy game script with the Vikings' strong defense and the Bucs' defensive performance against Deshaun Watson, Addison is not recommended as a play.

Insight page

Jordan Mason

NegativeInjury58:55

Jordan Mason is out for the Vikings-Bucs game, removing him from consideration as a play option.

Insight page

Josh Allen

PositiveProjection31:30

Josh Allen is playing the best football he has ever played heading into Week 3 against the Chargers; the Bills have 10 days rest and are at home with new uniforms and stadium, creating ideal conditions for Allen and the offense.

Insight page

Justin Herbert

NegativeProjection26:12

Despite having two all-pro tackles (Sean Slater and Joel) back on the field, Justin Herbert is being pressured at the second-highest clip in the league; the source notes this is remarkable and disappointing given the elite pass protection he should be receiving, and attributes some of the pressure issues to interior line collapse and injuries to key linemen like Tyler Biotis.

Insight page

Justin Jefferson

PositiveMatchup58:55

The source identifies Justin Jefferson as the only Minnesota player worth playing in the Vikings-Bucs matchup. Given the Vikings' strong defense and the expected ugly, run-heavy game script, Jefferson is positioned as the primary passing option and the safest Vikings skill player to deploy.

Insight page

Kalif Raymond

PositiveRole80:00

Khalif Raymond is expected to be a key target in the Bears offense if Case Keenum plays. With Keenum's limited arm strength, Raymond will be part of the quick-release passing game, making it Khalif Raymond day.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveRole42:24

Kenneth Walker is described as the new Tyree Hill for the Chiefs, functioning as a force multiplier. The source explains: "He's the force multiplier. He's opening everything up. It used to be like sending Tyree deep, and now it's the threat of the run. It's completely opening everything up." Walker is currently on pace for 476 touches through two games, which would be the second most ever, though the source acknowledges this extrapolation is premature and the workload will likely be scaled back.

Insight page

Kyle Juszczyk

NegativeRole58:48

Kyle Juszczyk, the 49ers fullback, was fined $15,000 for chugging a beer as a celebration on his touchdown. The source finds this ridiculous given that beer is an official NFL sponsor and questions the inconsistency of the league's celebration rules.

Insight page

Luther Burden

PositiveRole80:00

With Case Keenum potentially playing for the Bears, Luther Burden becomes a key target. Keenum lacks arm strength and will rely on quick releases to his weapons, making Burden a primary option in the passing game. The source expects Burden to be heavily fed in this scenario.

Insight page

Malik Nabers

NegativeInjury47:02

Malik Nabers has played only 68 snaps with Jackson Dart through two games (technically three, but none were finished). The source expresses frustration about Nabers' limited opportunity and the Giants' overall situation, suggesting the season is essentially over for fantasy purposes.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

PositiveProjection54:54

The source likes Mark Andrews for an anytime touchdown bet in the Ravens-Cowboys game. The source notes Andrews has been one of Lamar's favorite targets and historically finds ways to get into the end zone. The source states: "I just like Andrews in this offense. He's been one of Lamar's favorite targets in the offense. And I think looking back the last couple of years, he just finds the way to get into the end zone."

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeRole4:57

The source characterizes Marvin Harrison Jr.'s situation as dire, noting his career appears over with the Cardinals and suggesting he might get traded. The analysis attributes his poor performance to his inability to handle adversity; he has been the best player on every team his entire life and has reacted very poorly to losing, lacking effort and focus. The source notes that most elite athletes struggle when physical abilities even out with peers and effort becomes the differentiator, and Harrison Jr. simply doesn't try.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeInjury75:00

Puka Nakua is probably not going to play in the Rams-Broncos game, as confirmed by Sean McVay on the radio. His absence will significantly impact the Rams passing game and create opportunities for other receivers.

Insight page

RJ Harvey

NegativeInjury75:00

RJ Harvey is dealing with a hamstring injury and is on the Broncos injury report for the Rams game, creating uncertainty in the Broncos backfield.

Insight page

Sam Darnold

PositiveRole10:00

Darnold is trending towards playing in Week 3 against the Seahawks; the source notes that if Darnold starts 16-0, he would not be benched, indicating confidence in his current role as the Seahawks' starter.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

PositiveProjection14:00

Diggs has been incredible through two games for Washington; the source would still be willing to start him in Week 3 against Seattle despite the team's struggles, though this is characterized as a desperation play rather than a high-confidence start.

Insight page

Terrance Ferguson

PositiveRole75:00

With Puka Nakua out, Terrence Ferguson is expected to be the number two receiver on the Rams in the Broncos game. The source believes Ferguson could put Alex Singleton in a blender and will be a key option in the passing game.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeProjection14:00

McLaurin has only 4 catches through two games (with Jalen Daniels); the source would not trust starting him in Week 3 against Seattle, even in desperation situations.

Insight page

Tyson Bagent

NegativeRole80:00

Tyson Bagent will start for the Bears against the Eagles with Caleb Williams out. Case Keenum is the backup, described as a coach being employed as the number three quarterback who might as well be a mole teaching quarterbacks how to play. Bagent's performance will determine the Bears' offensive approach.

1:05I don't have other things to say. That's mostly the episode, right, Craig?
1:09That's right. You got that right, Danny. I agree.
1:12We usually try to list all the things, but that's really concise.
1:15That will be most of the show. One stat for every game.

1:50My name is Danny Heifetz. I'm joined by Danny Kelly, Craig Horlbeck, and we are previewing week three of the NFL season.
1:57A lot of backup quarterbacks. Wow. Already got Marcus Mariota, Jameis Winston, and then Tyson Bajan and or Case Keenum three weeks into the season.
2:04Downer. Come on, DK. Brutal. Brutal. I mean, when was the last time Case Keenum played?
2:09Like three years ago. Case Keenum's played four games since COVID.
2:12He's kind of in that Chase Daniel camp where he's just like a career backup, and he's like the elder statesman of
2:19backups, where he's just kind of always in the league.
2:22He's always there. He had one really good season, I think.
2:25He's a coach. Like, if you're a quarterback like that, you're the third guy, and you're a vet.
2:30You're being paid to just basically be like a coach who's like a mole, and you're hanging out with the quarterback all
2:37the time, and it's like a cool older brother to give you advice when you won't listen to mom or dad.
2:43Like, that's really what his role is in the NFL.
2:46Dude, it's one good season. He was a starter for the Vikings in 2017.
2:50He had 22 touchdowns, seven picks. 2017. That just feels like a lifetime ago.
2:55I don't even know what we were doing back then.
2:58So we'll see what happens. Caleb Williams. Yeah, I mean, that's Monday Night Football.
3:02Should we just doing that now? Are we just starting with that?
3:05I mean, I feel like it did end up being the news of the week was of all the quarterbacks.
3:11Jackson Dart walking off the field ended up being out for the season.
3:15And then Caleb Williams carted off crying into the towel as like, yeah, maybe like two weeks, three weeks.
3:21We'll see. So you want to do the last game of the week first?
3:25I think we did by accident. That's kind of like the entire one.
3:29But maybe we'll circle back at the end. But I guess we should start with the earlier games in the beginning.
3:35The morning slate. We're doing one stat for every game.
3:38I'll start. Bengals-Steelers. Game of the year. The Bengals are favored by three and a half points to win this game.
3:44It's in Pittsburgh. My one stat. The Cincinnati Bengals have allowed a league low 78 rushing yards to running backs.
3:50Wow. This year. They are top five in rushing yards allowed per game.
3:54And they are top five in rushing defense success rate.
3:57The Bengals defense is kind of a thing now.
4:00And it's not something you really ever associate with the Bengals.
4:03They used to be Cowboys North or whatever you wanted to call it.
4:07Or the Cowboys or Bengals South. But the Bengals are a little bit more balanced now.
4:12And this game, look, I think the Bengals always play well against the Steelers.
4:16I went back and I looked up how Burrow does against the Steelers versus every other team in the NFL.
4:22Burrow scores four more points a game against the Steelers versus all the other teams.
4:26Which is like not nothing. That's interesting. In fantasy or real life?
4:30Oh, sorry. The Bengals. When Burrow was the quarterback for the Bengals, they scored 30 points per game over the last four seasons.
4:37Ooh. Jamar Chase had 16 catches against the Steelers last year.
4:40Remember that game? That was Flacco. The 23rd target of the game for Jamar Chase.
4:45He was uncovered. It was like Madden where you were on easy mode and you would just run, you know, crossers on easy mode or just always.
4:53It was just that. He would just catch like 12 yard passes every single series.
4:57Well, what do you make as a Steelers fan of Joey Porter Jr.
5:01just still kind of being in a holdout fake back injury?
5:04They won't pay him. The Steelers don't do deals middle of the season.
5:08So now it was one thing when the Steelers were playing Atlanta and New England, but now they're playing Jamar Chase, the
5:15Bengals in a divisional game against like the best receiver in the NFL.
5:19And Joey Porter Jr. is not going to be out there.
5:22Like where, how do you feel about that? I blame the Steelers, not Joey Porter.
5:26And I think the Steelers should pay him. And I think their rule of you, we don't pay anybody midseason is stupid.
5:33Pay your good players. He's young and good. And maybe you have to pay a little bit of a premium, but that's how this stuff works.
5:41And you waited too long and you should have done it.
5:44The only interesting thing is, is now that he's, he's not on the injury report anymore.
5:49So Joey Porter doesn't play. He's there's a chance he could start losing money, not getting paid.
5:54So they're in a very weird spot right now where he might have to come back despite not having a contract.
6:00A new contract, I should say. So it's. Well, they did add him to the injury report.
6:05It says they have it as not injury related.
6:08They have it as conditioning. Exactly. I don't know.
6:10Yeah. But if he. Conditioning. If he doesn't play and he's not on the injury report, he would be forfeiting his checks.
6:17I don't know what's going to happen. The whole thing's been super weird.
6:21It's like classic Steelers. They're like still negotiating like it's 1982 and everything they're doing is outdated and old.
6:26Everything they do is like it's 1982. Even their quarterback was born in 1982.
6:31When was Aaron Rodgers born? Honestly, I think right around.
6:34I kind of nailed that. Yeah. I think that the.
6:37But nothing's changed about the team in general, too.
6:39It's weird. It's so funny. That was pretty good.
6:42It's weird to see Mike Tomlin criticizing the Steelers when nothing's changed.
6:46Like Mike, like the Steelers are the second worst offense by EPA and the best defense by EPA.
6:51And their offensive line kind of sucks. And they can't protect Rodgers.
6:54Even the defense. I'd push back on the defense.
6:57I think they're doing a good job. I think Patrick Graham's doing a good job.
7:02But like they played the Falcons and then the Patriots who are a mess.
7:06But I do agree. The defense. I've always said the defense is good.
7:10But to the Bengals point, I just have to ask an important question, Craig.
7:14What do you think changed with the Bengals defense?
7:17What could have possibly be the difference? Maybe it's Dexter goddamn Lawrence not being on the Giants and going to the Bengals
7:23and being an absolute destroyer of worlds. That has appeared to have worked.
7:27They have good corners. Yeah, the Bengals defense. And honestly, the lines on the Bengals, offensive and defensive, I think are both very underrated.
7:34And it's taking a little while for us to come around to the fact that they're maybe not great.
7:40But they're certainly league average or maybe a little above that.
7:43So I think the Bengals are going to win this game.
7:46I think Chase Brown is a guy who quietly, he's maybe not a bylaw because he hasn't been bad, but he's been pretty average.
7:54And I think you might be a little disappointed if you took him like I did, like 15th overall in the Ringer League.
8:00But he's quietly getting 22 touches a game, which is a lot.
8:04Seventh in the league. So I think the points will come for him.
8:08I think he's the next guy to pop. Yeah.
8:10I'm so mad the Giants traded Dexter Lawrence for one pick.
8:14I still can't believe that they just got one pick for Dexter Lawrence.
8:18Heifetz, is it triggering at all? Whatsoever that Dexter Lawrence is helping potentially transform the Bengals defense.
8:23And Leonard Williams has transformed the Seahawks defense. Why?
8:25Because the Giants traded both away? Yes, that's why.
8:28Are you trying to trigger me? Just a little.
8:31Are you happy for Dexter Lawrence at least? Sure.
8:33I'm mad that I did. I not say this the moment that he was fucking traded, that this was a mistake and they didn't get enough.
8:41And still, nobody has explained to me why Max Crosby's price went before they redid the trade was basically double what the Giants got for Dexter Lawrence.
8:49I still don't understand it. And the whole thing was premised that Dexter Lawrence is not the same player anymore.
8:55He's clearly great. And this is a huge mistake.
8:58And I understand. I don't think there's some. Honestly, I think it's just bad trade.
9:02That's all there is. Once again, we said at the time, if it was the 11th pick and they couldn't, the Giants
9:09couldn't hide behind the fact that it was two top 10 picks because no one would feel say top 11 doesn't sound as good in a bad draft.
9:17Everyone would be like, oh, 11th pick in a bad draft.
9:21And instead, whatever. It's just, again, he's such an impactful player that, you know what?
9:25Whatever, man. Well, speaking of Leonard Williams. Yeah. Okay.
9:28I got the Seahawks commanders game. And my stat for this game is that the Seahawks, this is according to NFL researcher,
9:34the Seahawks are giving up a passer rating of 2.8 on passes of 10 plus yards down the field.
9:40They've basically given up almost nothing downfield. And they have four picks on deep passes.
9:44And that's against Drake May, who was last year one of the best deep ball passers in the NFL, if not the
9:51best deep ball passer in the NFL. And Jacoby Brissett, who is kind of like Baker Mayfield and just loves to, you
9:57know, rip it, rip the ball down the field.
10:00So the Seahawks pass defense has been incredible. Now they get to face Marcus Mariota in a really kind of struggling commander's offense.
10:07And Seattle hasn't even had their full group. Right.
10:10They've been completely, there's been injuries. Edmund Worry just kind of is like making his way back.
10:15Their cornerback group is pretty thin right now. And they're relying on guys like that have not really played before.
10:21So it's really impressive what they've done so far.
10:23And a part of that is, a big part of that is they're just incredible at getting pressure on the quarterback.
10:30Are you worried about the Ewing theory with Sam Darnold or what?
10:33Am I worried that actually Drew Locke should just be the starter?
10:37Is that what you're saying? Yeah. Even though they won the Super Bowl in 14 games with Sam Darnold.
10:42How many games in a row would Drew Locke have to win for you to be like, don't put Darnold?
10:48Probably the Super Bowl. Seven? Eight? Eight? Eight's not even that many.
10:52If they went eight, no, I'd start being like, well, maybe they should just see what Locke has here.
10:58But no, not really. They will go back to it.
11:01Sounds like Darnold is trending towards playing. Like if he starts 16 and 0, you're not benching him.
11:06Let's be real. Yeah. I said eight. But then you said not really.
11:10I mean, I would start thinking about it. We know this.
11:13DK doesn't like to answer questions. He hates questions.
11:16The man can't be asking questions. Jesus Christ. You guys ask me these hypotheticals and then you like make me like bet
11:22my whole life on it or something. Stupid questions.
11:25Like who's going to win the Super Bowl? The basis of all male.
11:29That's not the question. Interaction and friendship is on stupid hypothetical questions.
11:33Yeah. And I gave you answers. Then you keep pressing me on it.
11:36Speaking of stupid questions. Did you guys see that Kurt Warner?
11:40He's like, stop pressing me. I answered the question.
11:42Stressing me out. Kurt Warner had an incredible pivot.
11:45Obviously, everyone kind of like poke fun at Kayla Williams all week for getting carded off and he had a hamstring injury.
11:52Kurt Warner had an incredible pivot, which was actually Jada Daniels is the one who's a bitch.
11:57Not a quote, but Kurt Warner basically was like, you know, I had the same injury.
12:01I played through it. Didn't miss a game. I was like 36.
12:05Don't see me out here crying about it. It was kind of an incredible.
12:09Former high level quarterbacks are kind of like the most annoying guys on in football.
12:14They are veteran retired stars talking about the next generation of athletes.
12:17They couldn't hate anybody. I think bad opinion havers.
12:20I forget who it was. I think Steve Young said, if you want to be around a weird group, a weird dynamic
12:26of like all alpha males, be around like 12 Hall of Fame quarterbacks, like at that, like Super Bowl 50.
12:32They're all in the same little green room of like before the Super Bowl and they have 15 Hall of Famers.
12:39Everyone's trying to big dick each other like the entire time.
12:42It's the weirdest environment ever. Kurt Warner said, quote, I suffered the exact same injury as Jada Daniels back in 2007.
12:48I played the next week. I braced it up.
12:51Obviously, a couple shots along the way, like the injections.
12:54I had to hand the football off with my right hand in both directions.
12:58But this to me is something because it's the left arm.
13:01If he wants to play through that, get back out there and help his team.
13:06I believe he can. I actually think he's right.
13:08Jada Daniels might come back sooner than he thinks.
13:11But there's also just this element of I don't know.
13:14Kurt Warner, he's still so mad he didn't win that other Super Bowl with the Cardinals.
13:19I think he's just mad that he's not involved in these conversations.
13:22I don't know. Yeah, the kids are soft now.
13:25Well, we'll be saying that for the rest of time.
13:28When I'm 60, I'm going to be saying the kids who are 20 are soft.
13:33It's just it is the natural cycle of life.
13:35The world keeps spinning. The podcasters, you know, the podcasters that couldn't have made it in our era.
13:41That's what we're going to say. DK, do you think you should start, you know, if you're desperate maybe, but if you
13:47have kind of a normal fantasy roster, you're not decimated by injuries.
13:51Are you starting a single player on Washington? I think I would still be willing to start Diggs.
13:56Really? Not McLaurin? No, not McLaurin. I mean, McLaurin has what, like four catches in two games.
14:01And that was with that was with Jane Daniels.
14:04I don't I don't know if I would trust him.
14:07But Diggs has been incredible. And I do think they'll try and get him the ball a lot.
14:12This is a desperation type situation. I'm not saying like he's like going to be highly ranked or anything like that, but I still would feel OK.
14:20I think starting Diggs, but not anyone else on this team.
14:24Certainly not the run, the running backs. Maybe. Yeah.
14:26No, I think Diggs is probably the only guy I would think about.
14:30I think one more question. Everybody. I would sit everyone.
14:33I wouldn't play Diggs. DK, one more question. Is that OK?
14:36Another question. What did you think of the Mike McDonald, Sean Payton thing?
14:40That was juicy. Juicy, juicy situation here. For those who didn't know, basically, Mike McDonald had this interview with I think that
14:47guy like has they know each other really well, but he was doing this podcast.
14:51And then for whatever reason, they posted the pre interview question that was like clearly like it was not off the record, not part of the interview.
14:59Like when he kind of got a private story.
15:02The main camera went on. It was like the back wide camera.
15:06You could see the whole set. It looked like a Nathan Fielder documentary or something going on.
15:11And it obviously was like a private private account of like Sean Payton and Sean Payton basically accused them of like Spygate.
15:17Right. And then they were like, hey, Sean, it turns out these videos fans took of your practices were just on Twitter and we watched them.
15:25And then Sean Payton was really. We looked at Twitter, Sean.
15:28Yeah. So he just then he was like, oh, my God, these are on Twitter.
15:33And he's like, why do we let fans into the practices?
15:36But Mike McDonald recounted all this about they were going to threatening to sue each other or whatever.
15:41And then it became a whole drama. But I got a lot of people tagging me this week saying one more reason to hate Sean Payton.
15:49It's like him getting mad about fucking looking at videos from Twitter and accusing the Seahawks of cheating.
15:54Once again, this is an older generation, younger generation thing.
15:57Yes. Not knowing how the Internet works. My take on it is, damn, Mike McDonald, he is really searching for edges.
16:04I mean, if they were like they're making a full cut up and like doing some scouting based on Twitter videos from fans.
16:11Now, to be honest, always competing. My first thought was like this does kind of open the floodgates of like fans getting
16:17quietly hired by teams to take or like not not hired, but like this field.
16:22This now feels like something I never thought about that is possible.
16:25Doesn't it? I'm sure this isn't the first time anyone's thought of doing that.
16:29Yes. But yeah. But I never really considered the fact that fans could just film like 10, 20 straight minutes of like
16:36whatever and just kind of post it. Yeah. For the world to see.
16:40Yeah. Teams know that people do this. They've really clamped down.
16:43The media is only allowed to have like their videos for very certain portions of practice.
16:48But yeah. Yeah. Those those those wait till you have those.
16:51Everyone's 10 years from now and we're all wearing Snapchat glasses.
16:54Just wait. Oh, my God. Everyone's going to be recorded.
16:57They're all that. Everyone's wearing sunglasses. They're going to.
17:00Here's the deal. You just can't do anything secretive at these training camp practices.
17:04Did you guys see that the new iPhone apparently has a setting?
17:08I don't know if it's the automatic setting or you have to like toggle it on where it records the sound that is going on at all times.
17:16And whenever you want, you can click a button and it'll it'll play you the last 15 seconds of sound that has taken place.
17:23I saw this and I assumed I misunderstood it because I was like, who wants that?
17:28That is always recording. Yes. Well, it's like the succession.
17:31We're we're we're always listening. We're always listening. We're listening.
17:34We're listening. No, no, no. It means we're listening.
17:37Yeah. What's wrong with that? We hear you. Yeah.
17:39Well, well, the problem is we are listening. My phone can just play back 15 seconds of audio from my life whenever I want.
17:46It's funny because like this was a conspiracy like less than 10 years ago where people were like, I was talking about
17:53an ad and I think it was like listening to me the whole time.
17:57It was like actually someone else you were texting that about Google it and they probably walked on your Wi-Fi and now it's like, no, no, no.
18:05That's like a feature. They're like, hey, hey, cool.
18:08Like we're listening to you the entire time. I might have to go back to a flip phone.
18:13I don't know. I yeah. Next game. Next game here.
18:16The Houston Texans are at the Indianapolis Colts. Both are 0 and 2, which is just incredible.
18:21The Texans 0 and 3 would be shocked, would be very surprising.
18:25The irony is the Texans started 0 and 3 last year and made the playoffs, but it doesn't feel like they'll do that this year.
18:32Whoever starts 0 and 3 this year is probably missing the playoffs.
18:36My one big fact for Texans Colts. I am going to paraphrase Stephen Holder, who does a great job covering the Colts at ESPN.
18:43The Colts have given up 1029 yards in two games, which is not only the most in the NFL, but it is
18:50the most that any team has allowed through two weeks in 10 years.
18:54Oh, the last last team that allowed more than a thousand and 30 yards in two weeks was the 2016 Raiders.
19:00So a big game because either the Texans offense is going to like really struggle again against the worst defense of the
19:06league or the Colts were going to go 0 and 3, even though they traded their first round pick.
19:12Both are pretty disastrous. I mean, it doesn't look like Nico Collins is going to play in this game.
19:18His hamstring thing seems to be lingering. So, and they could not, and Houston could not run the ball for shit last week either.
19:25David Montgomery had like 10 yards rushing. It was a mess.
19:28Dexter Lawrence destroyed the Texans offensive line. Yes. Are you playing David Montgomery in this game?
19:33Yeah. I mean, yeah. I mean, the Colts allowing the most yards over the last like 10 years, I think you have
19:39to, if they can't run on the Colts and three touchdowns week one.
19:43I feel like it'll, it'll even out a little.
19:46Okay. I'm just going to ask you my own start sick questions throughout this episode.
19:50Yeah. That's helpful. Do you, do you guys like the Texans in this one then?
19:55I do. I don't, I don't know. Yeah. I, I think the Texans are going to win this game.
20:01And I, I think the Colts, if the Colts lose there, I mean, again, I think Chris Ballard, the GM is going
20:07to get fired at the end of the season.
20:10We had this email from Joseph. I really wanted to read it, but it was like a blog.
20:15It was so long. And Joseph, I want you to know, I heard your email.
20:20He basically just eviscerated Chris Ballard. We hear you.
20:22We hear you. We're listening. Yeah. He basically says, Chris Ballard's the most overrated GM and he called the Colts.
20:28They are all caps. He's like the culture, they have ended their last three seasons, nine and eight, eight, nine, eight, nine.
20:35They're the Pittsburgh Steelers without culture, history, or even being able to make the playoffs.
20:39It's funny. It's like they all, they almost beat Patrick Mahomes like six days ago.
20:44Yes. Well, that's, he wrote it after that game.
20:46He made the point that kind of did strike me, which is that the Colts kind of haven't had a good defense
20:53for like 20 years, which is true. Even when they won the Superbowl, it was like the defense was good for like six weeks.
21:00But anyway, yeah, if the Colts trading for Sauce Gardner, if the Colts go under 500 this year, it's like an absolute
21:07catastrophe because Sauce Gardner, again, hasn't won a football game in America in like two years.
21:12So, yeah, I, I, I, such a random stat, a football game in America for two years.
21:17Okay. But yeah, the, I don't, I'm not breaking any news here either, but like Daniel Jones has not been good and
21:23he, he needs to, I mean, if he, if you look at his numbers, they're, they're not very good.
21:29Both teams. I mean, again, Alec Pierce is out, is out for this game.
21:33I mean, the Colts, they're, they're not in a good spot.
21:36We'll see what happens. They need Jonathan Taylor. I just think the Texas defense is not playing elite either, but it's a, I, I really don't have faith.
21:45We'll see. Whoever's obviously in a huge thing. Cause you have CJ Stratton didn't sign a contract before this season.
21:51If they start 0 and 3, but I think the Colts are going on 3.
21:55The vibes would be horrific because they have just absolutely doubled down on this build on, on Daniel Jones, on Alec Pierce, on all these players.
22:03And frankly, on Chris Ballard and the owner, Carly Ursae-Gordon has basically said, yeah, I'm going to fire everyone if they don't make the playoffs.
22:10So it's just like terrible vibes. So I do think it's a, there's been some discourse about the Ursae daughter on the
22:17field, taking notes, got the headset in. People are kind of like making fun of her.
22:22I kind of think it's cool. I think it's a cool look.
22:25Who cares? I think it's kind of fun. She's engaged.
22:28Yeah. She's fucking locked in. Let her listen in and take notes.
22:32Who cares? I think the problem is. The players maybe?
22:35Why? I don't know. What's she doing? She's just walking around taking notes and trying to be engaged in the fucking team that she owns.
22:42So what? I think the problem is. You guys know.
22:45No, go ahead. I actually don't have a strong take on this.
22:49I can understand like from the players. The players from the players want any women.
22:53It doesn't matter if they own the team. DK, you've said to me before off mic that you don't like women on the sideline.
23:00I think you should say it. He's okay with cheerleaders.
23:03That's it though. Oh my God. Yeah. No, it's, I think it's like, it's a matter of, do you want like your
23:10boss breathing down your neck when you're fucking podcasting?
23:12Do you want bill right behind you? Like it's like the Sean Payton thing, like right next to Davis Webb or whatever.
23:19It's like, I don't know if that's like a really a helpful thing at all or not, but I don't actually care
23:26that I don't, I don't have a strong opinion on it.
23:29Bill Walsh wrote about this in his book. And he's like that.
23:32And we were talking about this when Brandon Bean got promoted for the bills while Sean McDermott got fired and he said,
23:39well, the coach is at like grinding film and he got to the facility at five and is still there at 10 o'clock.
23:46The owner is at dinner with the GM eating a giant steak and the GM is telling him why it's the coach's fault.
23:53And the dynamic Chris Ballard has hit two draft picks in six years and Shane Steichen is just turning Daniel Jones into
23:59like one of the most incredible quarterbacks and Jonathan Taylor into like modern day Walter, like Eric Dickerson and the, like, but the owner doesn't know football.
24:07So they have to lean on a football person to be there like person.
24:11And Chris Ballard is that guy for the Ursa family.
24:14And the problem is that like, they're going to have to fire Chris Ballard and Shane and absolutely they should keep Shane Steichen.
24:21And for whatever reason, I just feel like they might clean house.
24:25Firing Steichen would be insane. He's been so good and made everyone around so much better.
24:30And frankly, Chris Ballard has missed a ridiculous around at men of picks, but he is beloved in media.
24:35And so he's, he has like not get hammered.
24:38Steichen is like the most under discussed great play calling head coach in the league.
24:42Yeah. Yeah. He's excellent. I mean, yeah, he's again, the Eagles, the Superbowl that they lost, but it's like the Eagles, like
24:49they should have had 35, almost 42 points in that game.
24:52So by the way, if you don't understand sarcasm, Craig was joking about that.
24:56I didn't actually say that thing to him about.
24:59What are you talking about? Some people just don't have, they can't understand that it is sarcasm.
25:04So I just want to make that clear. You're saying that you did say it, but you were being sarcastic.
25:10It's like a Mike Penn sideline thing. He's like, no lunch.
25:13No, I didn't say it. And I wasn't, there was no intonation because it wasn't said.
25:18The fact that you're trying so hard to clarify is actually worrying.
25:22I think next game here, the Chargers are 0 and 2 at the Buffalo Bills who are 2 and 0.
25:28This is also just an incredibly important game for vibes.
25:31If nothing else. Totally. This is one of the two, this is like one of the two marquee early games for me,
25:37because while the Chargers might not be an exciting team to watch literally narratively, they're fascinating.
25:42And so my stat is that the Chargers have gained 20 or more yards on 2% of their plays, which is ahead
25:49of only the Cardinals and the Giants. Meanwhile, the Bills gain 20 or more yards on 10% of their plays, which is fast.
25:55One in every 10 plays, the Bills get 20 or more yards.
25:59I like that stat because 20 yards is cool shit.
26:02Yeah. It's like the Bills do five times as much cool shit.
26:06Sounds exactly right. Um, we don't need to beat the like, what's wrong with the Chargers thing into the ground.
26:12I would, the one thing that's bothered me the most is that Herbert is, the Chargers are second to last in pressure rate this year.
26:19And I, and I, I just don't know, like last year.
26:22Herbert getting pressured or you mean defense? Sorry, Herbert getting, he's getting pressured at the second highest clip in the league.
26:29Justin Herbert. With his two all pro tackles, Sean Slater and Joel are back.
26:33Don't you remember? It was only a month ago, a month or two ago.
26:37I would talk about this a lot and everybody would.
26:40The stats around what Herbert was able to do just when one of the all pro tackles was on the field.
26:46When Joel played four games last year, Justin Herbert by EPA was like the best quarterback in the last five years.
26:52And now you have both of them back. And I know the scheme has changed, but it's remarkable how different and how
26:59shitty it still is, despite the fact that they have like two of the best 10 tackles in the fucking league.
27:05I mean, I think one, that's a small sample size in that group, which is part of the reason like, you know,
27:12it's not all those teams had great pass rushers that they were playing last year.
27:16And also just the interior of the line is completely collapsed because a lot of the optimism was around Tyler Biotis, the
27:23new center who immediately got hurt for the entire season.
27:26But it's not just that. It's like Joel got abused by Max Crosby.
27:30Joel had like four penalties in the game. Like not.
27:33Yeah. Well, the Giants don't have Max. Well, yeah, but the stats where he was like, like, yeah, Max Crosby is better than Joe Walt.
27:40Also, Joe, all these guys are recovering from injuries, which never gets discussed.
27:44Like you guys season an injury. You're coming back.
27:47Like you're rehabbing from a season ending injury. Like you're not probably not 100%.
27:51And then you're playing Max Crosby. Also, it's like now you have big Deionnie Walker coming in facing this Chargers.
27:57The largest man in the world. Oh, my gosh.
27:59He's been awesome. And the Chargers interior offensive line is an actual problem.
28:03DK, you nailed that in the draft when Deion Walker was drafted.
28:07When we were to go to the combine, you're like the person I want to see the most Deion Walker.
28:13I don't know if he's good at football. He's the biggest person I've ever seen.
28:17He'll probably play for 10 years. I'm a subscriber to Planet Theory.
28:21I like the Planet Theory philosophy where there's just only so many people his size walking around on Earth.
28:27Six foot seven, 330. He's just he's really quick footed and powerful.
28:30There was some like stuff like injury stuff and concerns like that going into the draft is I think big reason why
28:37he fell because he's a big man and and everything around that.
28:40But yeah, he's been he's been really, really impressive.
28:43Like people talking about him as one of the best young defensive tackles in the NFL right now.
28:48He's he's really rising. I think he's only like 22 years old or something like that.
28:53Yeah. So yeah, he sets the tone for them.
28:56A couple more things I want to hit in this game.
28:59One, it seems like Ladd McConkie is going to play.
29:02He's he had a rib injury, broke a rib.
29:05It seems like he played through it last week.
29:07Seems healthier. Now the Chargers so far this year have put up twice as many yards when Ladd's on the field versus when he's not.
29:15So that matters a lot. I think Arande Gadsden is a good dart throw tight end play this week.
29:21Both their other two tight ends are on IR.
29:23Gadsden. Actually, Charlie Kolar is not going on IR.
29:26Oh, weirdly enough. They changed their mind or they reversed course on that.
29:30On that note, though. So the charge. So again, you mentioned the two tight ends for the Chargers are hurt.
29:36You have Arande Gadsden, not necessarily a blocker. So a few weeks ago, the Chargers signed Justin Herbert's younger brother to their practice squad.
29:43Yeah. And I kind of thought that was like a bit, you know, like a Giannis situation.
29:48You know what I mean? You're like, is the NASA's really going to play?
29:52No, but like, I guess he brings vibes to practice or whatever.
29:56And now the Chargers are down two tight ends and they got his brother in the practice squad and they either have
30:02to elevate this man because he's the tight end of the practice squad or they have to cut him and admit that
30:09that was a bit and they actually have no intention of fucking playing Justin Herbert's brother.
30:14Either way, it's kind of fucked up because either they're going to play Justin Herbert's brother or at least make him on
30:20the active roster or admit that like there was kind of no reason that he was there because they're very close.
30:26Justin Herbert stayed at Oregon a year longer because he said he wanted the chance to play his brother as a freshman
30:33at Oregon and he wanted to play together. So I don't know what's going on there, but keep an eye on that.
30:39I think it's I don't know what they're going to do.
30:43His name is Patrick. His name is Patrick Herbert.
30:45Patrick Herbert. I'd completely forgotten or memory hold the fact that Justin Herbert had a brother that was playing in the NFL.
30:52The Giants should have gotten Justin Herbert the number like they were Giants wanted to take him really high in the draft
30:59the year that the Giants wanted to trade up, but then he didn't come out.
31:03That was the year with Kyler Murray. Sure. Speaking of tight ends, Dolan Kincaid is an early candidate for one of the best picks in fantasy.
31:11Yes. The number one scoring tight end in fantasy.
31:13He has the most receiving yards for tight ends.
31:16Number one in yards per route run. And he's still he's playing more than he did last year, but not a ton.
31:23Not like a ton. He basically was like running routes on half of the passes last year.
31:28Now he's like two thirds. But most tight ends are like 75 or 80 percent.
31:32So he's still not even all the way there.
31:35And he's been fantastic. Generally, I mean, dude, the bills are on 10 days rest.
31:39The Chargers are going across the country to Buffalo.
31:42The vibes could not be higher for Buffalo. Josh Allen's playing the best football he's ever played.
31:47They got their new stadium. They got their new uniforms.
31:50The uniforms suck. Sorry, did I interrupt your point?
31:53You did. I had like a whole fucking thing, but it's fine.
31:56Yeah. The uniforms suck. God damn it. Sorry. No, it's good.
32:00You're all bad because I pointed out that you don't like women on the sidelines.
32:04Yeah, you fucking deserve that shit. I'm actually not sorry anymore.
32:07Wow. You deserved me wrecking your joke. I think.
32:10Tell me about these uniforms, Craig. Well, I don't know what the obsession is with the color gray, but it's obviously the worst color for a uniform.
32:18It literally lasts. Pink is better. Every color is better than gray.
32:22They're horrible. It's all gray. Who the fuck wants gray in a uniform?
32:26The helmet's got like a red swoosh going around it.
32:29They literally took the bill off, the buffalo off the helmet.
32:32The coolest part of the bill's uniform, the whole thing is the buffalo.
32:36They're like, yeah, fuck the buffalo. They are all gray.
32:39It is a grout fit and it looks like shit.
32:42And they are, I believe, the worst uniforms in the NFL.
32:45A close second is the Rams from Monday night, the highlighter yellow.
32:48Oh, yeah, the yellow. That was, yeah, that was like a walk in the room.
32:53You're like, everyone was like, what is this? I will say the bill's one, they look like a bad XFL uniform.
32:59They're kind of unrecognizable because of the helmet change to this.
33:03It is so weird that. So again, with respect to whoever did this, this is the most overthinking it I've ever seen.
33:09All due respect to this piece of who took the bill's helmet was like, what about half of what about a red line going like halfway?
33:17Who the fuck did that? Who does these unis?
33:19Who says yes? Who saw these and they were just like, oh, it's too awkward to say no.
33:25Who approved this? This is Nike. I think we're in a really bad place.
33:29They had to have a lot of eyes on this.
33:32This is why Nike's losing cultural clout. This is unbelievable.
33:35I think we're in a really bad place with uniforms.
33:38It's also funny because it's kind of the easiest job.
33:41Which is just do something from the 90s or the 80s.
33:44Everyone loves throwbacks. Do less. Heifetz always says like, I could be a GM and we joke like, Heifetz could be a good GM.
33:51And I know everyone is always like armchair experting themselves.
33:54If I walked into the NFL jerseys office tomorrow, I'd fix them on an hour.
33:59I really feel that way. It's unbelievable. I don't get it.
34:02Yeah. If you think we're exaggerating Google, you'll see them.
34:05The hell? I can't get over it. Okay. Next game.
34:08You know what? Real quick before we move on.
34:11One thing I've noticed and found over my years covering the NFL is people have really weird opinions about what looks good.
34:17They do. No, that's true. They do. They do.
34:20They do. Some people just have really fucking weird opinions on like what looks good on your body.
34:25But they're capable of doing it though. The Bengals having the all white uniforms was awesome.
34:30Yeah. Like snow. Like, yeah. I don't know. I know what you mean, DK.
34:34I'm just saying there's a lot, a lot of bad drivers out there.
34:38A lot of bad, like uniform opinion havers. Next game is the Carolina Panthers at the Cleveland Browns who are both one and one.
34:45And this is the first Browns home game. Can't wait for this one.
34:49Yeah. Actually, the Panthers are kind of fun. I shouldn't show up.
34:53The Panthers? I was going to say, how dare you?
34:56Yeah. That's what I was. Bryce Young, number two quarterback.
34:59No, I like the Panthers. Sorry. Sorry. It's okay.
35:01Craig, do we need to talk things out? I feel like we're having a hard one today.
35:06All right. One stat. Do it. Talk it out.
35:09I expose you. It's all right. One stat for the Panthers-Cleveland Browns game.
35:13Through two games, the Panthers pass rate over expectation.
35:16This is according to Fantasy Points. It's 9.4. That is the second highest in the NFL.
35:20They are passing a lot. They can't really. I mean, they're just not even trying to run the ball.
35:26And this isn't a game where, especially last week, where they absolutely blew out the Falcons.
35:31They were up 34 to 3. Bryce still threw the ball 36 times in that game.
35:36And I just salute offensive coordinators, in this case, Brad Idzik, who are willing to keep doing what works, even if you're winning by a lot.
35:43So, I don't know. I just like that. I'm in favor of it.
35:47There was a famous interaction between Pete Carroll and Marshawn Lynch during the Pete Carroll era, where Lynch literally went over to
35:54Carroll and was like, Hey, can we keep scoring points?
35:57And Carroll was like, yeah, yeah, yeah, we can.
36:00And he's like, no, but seriously, can we keep scoring points?
36:03And I think about that all the time, because so many coaches, when you get up, play like one or two touchdowns,
36:09like one touchdown, they're like, okay, we're going to play conservative, not turn the ball over.
36:14We're going to rely on our defense. And then you have these teams hang around until the end of the game.
36:20And all of a sudden, you're in a bad situation in the fourth quarter or whatever.
36:25So, I just applaud teams who keep their foot on the fucking gas throughout the game.
36:30And that's what we've seen so far with Panthers.
36:33Bryce is the QB, too. This all happened because of what we did in that draft, right?
36:38Of course. Yeah. Like, we forced Heifetz to take Bryce Young, who has been like in his whatever coming into this year
36:44was one of the worst fantasy quarterbacks imaginable. And now he's scoring 28 points a game through two games.
36:50He'll probably have another big game here. Yeah. Against the Browns, who are not very good defensively so far.
36:56They've given up an opposing passer rating of 112, which is really, really bad.
37:0027th in pressure rate. Only eight quarterback hits in two games.
37:03This could be another big game for Bryce. This episode is brought to you by Chevrolet.
37:08Chevy drivers need a truck that shows up the same way they do.
37:12That's why Chevy Silverado is number one in manufacturer loyalty.
37:15So they can go where others won't. Make their own way there and always get it done.
37:20And as long as Chevy people keep showing up, we'll keep building trucks that do the same.
37:25Chevrolet. Together, let's drive. Visit chevy.com slash trucks to explore the lineup.
37:28This episode is brought to you by Nationwide. Everyone knows that to win in fantasy, you need players that can be so much more.
37:35The QB that can throw for 400 yards and rush for a touchdown.
37:39The defense that can snag a pick six. Or the running back who can also bring in 15 receptions.
37:45It's like how Nationwide is so much more than a great insurance company.
37:49They're one of America's largest financial services companies, too.
37:52Now that gets the start. For your insurance and financial needs, Nationwide is on your side.
37:56Nationwide Investment Services Corporation. Member FINRA, Columbus, Ohio. The Jets are at the Lions this week.
38:01Both teams are one and one. Obviously, Aaron Glenn is the coach of the Jets and he was the Lions defensive coordinator for a long time.
38:09So here's a defensive related stat for you, which is Aaron Glenn's Jets.
38:13The Jets have allowed the fewest first downs in the NFL this season.
38:17While the Lions have allowed the most. The Lions have allowed 63 first downs on defense in two weeks, which so staggered me.
38:23I looked up where does that rank in the entire True Media database since 2000?
38:28And the answer is the Lions have given up the second most first downs through two weeks in the last 26 years.
38:34Wow. Hot knife through butter. I'd like to zoom in on the Jets here for one second and discuss the possibilities of
38:41what would happen if they win this game. If the Jets beat the Detroit Lions in this game, for the first time
38:48in a long time, like the Jets are really on the verge of having legitimate juice.
38:52Don't you think? Yeah, I do. The first time since this summer when I said they had a lot of juice.
38:59Well, that was off mic. You didn't say that on mic.
39:02You were talking about Carl Ears saying, Gordon, the Jets.
39:05We didn't know what you did. But it feels like we're very close.
39:09It's percolating. There's little bubbles on the water. Something's down there.
39:12And if they actually can come out and win this game and beat the Lions in Detroit, it's like, holy shit, the Jets have juice.
39:19I totally agree. They should have won last week.
39:22I know. I wish they would have fucking finished that game because then we could have been talking about them in a completely different light.
39:30I mean, Aaron completely botched the last quarter of that game, but they were so close to being too close.
39:36Oh, yeah. You know what? I'm saying it again.
39:38This is the week the Jets get the interception.
39:41I know. This is the week the Jets get the pick.
39:44They haven't had an interception in like two years.
39:47Dude, this is the week. Since the start of last year, the Jets have zero picks.
39:52The next worst team is the Cowboys with six.
39:54The Bears, who are number one in the last two years in interceptions, have 24.
39:59They have 24 interceptions in the time the Jets have had zero.
40:02That's why the Jets signed to Sean Wright for the Bears.
40:06No, it is interesting. I mean, Aaron Glenn versus the Lions, obviously.
40:09I mean, the Lions, I've talked to this. The Lions are down an entire secondary.
40:14Literally, Kirby Joseph, Brian Branch, Terion Arnold, Ennis Rakestraw, Vontae Maddox.
40:17They're down an entire secondary. And the D-line's fine.
40:20I just, you know. But yeah, the Jets would be really cool.
40:23I think he'd play Garrett Wilson as a must start this week.
40:27I think Garrett Wilson could go nuclear the next few weeks.
40:30Lions, horrific defense. Bears, bad defense. Browns are bad vibes.
40:33Patriots is good defense. But then it's the Dolphins.
40:36Like, Garrett Wilson, from now on, for the next month, could be the number one receiver in fantasy.
40:41And that wouldn't blow my mind. I don't know if it's likely.
40:45But, like, those are bad defenses. And he's getting a third of the snaps, or a third of the targets.
40:51Yeah. Yeah, A.D. Mitchell, I think, is usable. I think the Jets' offense is going to be really good for the next month.
40:57But the defense is the thing that I kind of was really dubious of.
41:02I felt like Aaron Glenn grabbed play calling to save his own ass.
41:06And I was very skeptical of the Jets. I mean, the coaching staff, everything.
41:10Frank Reich being out of the league for two years.
41:13Craig Frank Reich defended his shotgun run in fourth down.
41:16I think he heard you. He said that there's a 4% better chance running him on fourth down from a shotgun than there is under center.
41:23And then Frank Reich said, Craig Krollbeck, go fuck yourself.
41:26Good. I like that, actually, in an OC. Defend your picks.
41:30Defend your calls. Old man using math. You're like, whoa.
41:33By the way, A.D. Mitchell was added to the injury report with a finger injury yesterday.
41:37Or today, I should say. Is it bad that I want to be like, which finger?
41:42I've got nine more. Yeah, I kind of, the Lions are level, but I actually kind of do want the Jets to win this game.
41:50That'd be nice. Yeah. We like the Jets. I kind of like the Jets.
41:54Chiefs are at the Dolphins. Against the Lions of all teams.
41:57I know. The America's team. I know. I like the Lions too.
42:01But Chiefs are at the Dolphins. Not much here.
42:03Chiefs are favored by 10 and a half. My stat here is that the Chiefs have 372 rushing yards through two games,
42:10which is their most in a season since 1978.
42:13And to couple it with that, Patrick Mahomes has completed a career-high 14 passes with play action over the first two weeks.
42:19And so it's the Kenneth Walker effect. The Chiefs being able to run the ball.
42:24Kenneth Walker is the new Tyree kill for the Chiefs.
42:27He's the force multiplier. He's opening everything up. It used to be like sending Tyree deep, and now it's the threat of the run.
42:34It's completely opening everything up. I do want to point out with Ken Walker, it's two games, so the extrapolation is a little bit over the top.
42:42But he is currently technically on pace for 476 touches, which would be the second most ever.
42:47Yeah. That's 100 more than Saquon got the year they won the Super Bowl.
42:51They're going to scale that back a wee bit.
42:54They're going to scale that back. That's why Rashi Rice is going to get more of this stuff, I think.
43:00Yes, I think so too. But yeah, I just wanted to start there.
43:04The Chiefs running game and the play action passing is perfectly in tandem and totally working.
43:08We don't have to linger here, do we? Okay, no.
43:11The Chiefs are favored by 10 and a half.
43:14This game sucks. The next game, the Patriots are at the Jaguars this week.
43:18My stat is last year, an expected points added per drop back.
43:22Drake May ranked first. And this year, Drake May ranks 32nd.
43:25So that's a big difference. Where are you at on the panic scale?
43:29One to 10. 6.2. I'm not as panicked as others.
43:32Yeah, I'm not panicked. But I acknowledge that. Which one of you said that what is the percentage chance that Drake May is Carson Wentz?
43:39It was an intrusive thought I had on Sunday night.
43:42I was like, what if he's a fear deep down in my gut?
43:46What if he's Carson Wentz? I think you're wrong.
43:49But I also admit that you've given me a thought virus where now that bounces around in the back of my head.
43:55Like our intro at the beginning of the show.
43:58That is just like, I can't get rid of it.
44:01It's just bouncing here. And every week that he plays poorly, I'm going to be like, huh?
44:06I do think- Every pick he throws. Uh-oh. Well, it's similar.
44:09Carson Wentz had an incredible run against Met Competition.
44:12And it was mostly this unsustainable third down shit.
44:15Second year of his career. Yeah. Super Bowl that he didn't get to go to.
44:19Drake May, I think it will be elite still.
44:22Having said that, this season, his feet have just been a mess.
44:25And your footwork, a quarterback's footwork is just a window into a quarterback's mind.
44:30And Drake May's feet are really scattered. And Drake May, for whatever reason, and I don't totally get it, is just not seeing things.
44:37He doesn't see defenders right in front of where he's throwing.
44:40Drake May is not seeing open receivers that are like the intended target of the play that are wide open.
44:46And he's moving out of clean pockets. He's just bounced.
44:49Like, his footwork indicates this, for whatever reason, hesitation.
44:52And hesitation affects execution. And so he's just not getting passes there, which is weird because his arm strength's fine.
44:58But it's all connected. And he doesn't have- I don't know if he's thinking like Brooks Koepka style, where Brooks Koepka was
45:04like- I remember, you know, the comment he made about Scotty Scheffler, where he's like, the best golfer in the world is not thinking about shit.
45:12You know what I mean? And then, like, Drake May looks like he's thinking.
45:16And he's way better when he's not thinking. And I don't know how much- Yeah.
45:21And so we'll see what happens. But part of it is Mike Unwenu is the best offensive lineman for the Patriots.
45:27And he broke his ankle last week. And he's out for the season.
45:31The Patriots would probably have to make the Super Bowl for Mike Unwenu to come back this year.
45:36He was their best lineman. And this was not a good offensive line.
45:40So now A.J. Brown is probably the focal point of the passing game.
45:44And Mike Unwenu is kind of the focal point, but he's the best offensive lineman.
45:48That's not good. Because Drake May is not in a good place and just lost his best offensive lineman.
45:54So, you know, you're not going to play the Seahawks and Steelers defense every week.
45:58Yeah. But the Jaguars defense is kind of- That is kind of who you play every week.
46:04So I kind of think this is like a really- Whoever the Patriots are this week, I kind of think it's how they're going to be.
46:11By the way, the Jags also have 24 interceptions in the last two years.
46:15Tied for first. God, 24 is so many more.
46:18That's crazy. That's so many. You know- It's so many times more than zero.
46:22That's just so much. It's such a bigger number than zero.
46:26Zero is like impossible. You know, I tried to trade Bill like an hour ago.
46:30He has Colson Loveland. I tried to trade him Travion Henderson for Colson Loveland.
46:34He said no. Oh, interesting. Okay. Yeah. Believer. He has Sam Laporta and Loveland.
46:38And he has like no RB3. So I was like, this is perfect.
46:42He's got two- That is actually- I'm giving him Travion Henderson, which I think is like reasonable offer.
46:48Shot it down immediately. I don't know if that says more about Loveland or Travion, but- Or maybe he just doesn't want to fucking trade with you.
46:56You ever have that? I don't think so, but maybe.
46:59Well, Loveland has one good game. It bounces back.
47:01The Titans are at the Giants. Titans are 0-2.
47:04Giants are 1-1. My one fact is 68 snaps.
47:07That's how many snaps Jackson Dart and Malik Nabors have together.
47:10It's basically two games. Jackson Dart and Malik Nabors have played two games.
47:14I mean, technically three, but like none of them finished any of the games.
47:18Yeah. It's just brutal. I guess week one, I guess technically they did.
47:22But like even that one was like the one game they played together and finished.
47:26It was like an absolute miracle. And Dart gave Malik Nabors the football.
47:30And I'm wondering if that will actually just be the only great moment they have together in their careers.
47:36It's going to be really annoying because as we go along this season and we're sorting all our stat columns and everything,
47:42it's always going to be Jackson Dart right at the top.
47:46Like success rate, EPA for drop back, completion rate.
47:48And it's just like Jackson Dart, two games. It's like a monument to the fallen.
47:53Yeah, the filter. I was just every every stat I was searching for for the show.
47:58I was like, oh, there's Jackson Dart. Oh, that's so dark.
48:01He out for the season. He damaged his meniscus, his MCLs, PCLs, ACLs intact, which great.
48:06The kick in the nuts was they're like, if the Giants make the playoffs, maybe we'll be back.
48:11I'm like, yeah, sure. Fucking what are you talking about?
48:14Can I give you a medical theory that's definitely wrong, but I kind of but I believe that I know is incorrect, but I believe.
48:21Okay, sure. I think Jackson Dart's season ending injury is Caleb Williams's fault.
48:25Okay, because Jackson Dart walked to the locker room.
48:28He like he heard it even more on the walk to the locker room.
48:32I think I think he made it worse. He also walked back onto the field and was fucking hanging out on the sideline.
48:39He was standing and I'm like, I think he walked back there because Caleb Williams got carded off and Dart saw 24 hours of Caleb Williams getting memed.
48:47So he walked and I don't know if it get worse, but it didn't get better walking to the x-ray room.
48:54And then look, walking off the field, I get it.
48:57You're tough. It's the adrenaline. You want to get off.
49:00Once you're on the sideline, I can't believe they let Jackson Dart with a season ending knee injury, MCL, PCL, meniscus.
49:06They let the motherfucker walk with cleats on concrete, which is slippery to the x-ray room because Caleb Williams got memed.
49:12I mean, look, yeah, but one, they didn't know he did that to his knee and two.
49:17Well, that's why you put them on the cart, Craig.
49:20Well, because they don't know. I'm assuming it's that's all Dart.
49:23Dart is probably like, I'm fine. It twisted a little bit.
49:27It's all right. Sure. I guess we'll get tested, but I feel fine.
49:31He tried to come back in the damn game.
49:33Yeah. And if Caleb Williams had not made fun of Dart would have been like, I'll get the cart.
49:39Yeah, but who's got it worse? Would you rather would you rather be memed for a couple of days or miss the entire season?
49:46I actually don't know. Really good question. Anyway, I know that I'm wrong.
49:50Like potentially ruin your career or get mean? I mean, both of them are potentially ruining careers.
49:55Yeah. DK, would you rather let's just ask you a non-athlete, a podcaster.
49:59Sure. Would you rather be memed into oblivion for a week or like break your arm?
50:04Break my arm. I think, you know, the rule is like you never, ever want to be the main character on Twitter.
50:10Like that's the lowest of the low. Yeah. For a day.
50:14You just don't ever want to be the main character on any given day.
50:18You're like the number one trending on Twitter for something really stupid.
50:21I think I'd rather break my arm. It doesn't hurt your career or anything like that, but it's really embarrassing.
50:27I'm going arm. Okay. Physical pain. Break it, Pepe Le Pew!
50:31Ew! Ah! Just say I like really thin pancakes.
50:33Anyway. Yeah. I could talk about this game. Is this the first true like who cares?
50:38Like James Winston and the Giants. You can play Malik Neighbors, play Scadaboo, play Isaiah Likely.
50:43That's it. I'll tell you. I mean. The one thing.
50:46The most embarrassing part of this game is that the Giants are favored by two and a half points.
50:51Like Jesus. Oh, it's tight. And also the Dart thing is a real like air out of the balloon for this is Brian Dable versus the Giants.
50:59Brian Dable is the offensive coordinator for the Titans.
51:02Dable obviously is the reason they got Dart. He coached Dart, got fired because of how he put Dart back in the game.
51:09The irony is that now Dart is out for the season with an unrelated reason to Brian Dable.
51:14But now I don't even care that we're facing Brian Dable.
51:18I feel like this whole season is fucking ruined.
51:20So I don't even give a shit. I just can't believe their favorite.
51:24Hey, Fitz. Go for it. The tone he said that.
51:27I don't even fucking care. I don't. I honestly like I maybe that's a not professional thing to say, but like how
51:34much I cared about this game and facing Dable when Dart was playing versus not.
51:38Like I honestly like I don't. This season's so over.
51:41It's like the wedding crushers thing. It's like, hi, it's it's Luke.
51:45It's Owen Wilson. Whatever. Whatever. I mean, don't worry.
51:47Love's not real. But that's OK. Because friendship's not real either.
51:51So would you rather that like Jameis is pretty decent?
51:54You guys win six games, seven games, or would you rather win like three?
51:58Just give me three. I'm used to it. It doesn't even affect me anymore.
52:02Maybe three games. I've done that. Craig, I've done that four times in eight years.
52:06I don't fucking care. It's fine. Andrew Thomas, the left tackle's hurt.
52:10He might play. Ryan Burns is out. Like, I just I can't believe how many players got injured.
52:15Neighbors is going to play at least. Yeah. Sure.
52:18Great. That almost like put him on ice. Yeah.
52:21Great. Put him in cryo for all I care.
52:23Yeah. He should probably just take a month off.
52:26Right. Get healthy. Yeah. Why? Yes. You should just take a month off.
52:30Yeah. They should just give up. They should. Pay a fine and don't play the season.
52:35Scadaboo, rest his leg. Malik Neighbors, rest his knee.
52:37Just pay a big fine and quit. Put him on cryo.
52:41God. God. All right. Before we get to the late slate, Fandles got your back to start the season, giving everyone Bet
52:47Protect Plus for free all September long so your bets are covered if your player gets injured.
52:52So we're going to each give you our favorite touchdown score of the weekend.
52:57I wish the Giants had Bet Protect Plus. That would be really nice.
53:00That would have been great. My touchdown bet of the week is Jackson Smith and Jigba.
53:05It's only even money for Jason to score a touchdown this week.
53:09Seattle's playing Washington. There are all these memes of like what last week Mike Sandras still in coverage for Washington.
53:15Just he didn't know what month it was. He didn't know where.
53:18I don't know if he knew what sport he was playing.
53:22It was probably the worst game he's ever had.
53:24JSN is going to put Mike Sandras still in a blender.
53:28And the fact that it's even money for Jason to score, I was kind of shocked.
53:32And I think it's actually going to change. So that's mine.
53:36Mike Sandras still. I like Mike Sandras. Good slot.
53:38Liked him at Michigan. He's having a tough go of it.
53:42He's listening right now. And he just threw the meme of the headphones.
53:45The guy throwing them off. He just did that.
53:48Let me tell you something. Mike knows. Oh, yeah.
53:51Who is that? That guy's a soccer coach, right?
53:53I forget his name. He's the famous soccer coach.
53:56Everyone know what? Like soccer screaming at me. Screaming.
53:59My bad. Yeah, I'm going to. I want to talk about Marino.
54:02Jose Marino. I figured it out. Marino. Shit. Yeah.
54:05So is it. Marino. I'm going to talk about the Lions-Jets game.
54:09We talked about it earlier how, one, we think the Jets could win this game.
54:13It's going to be a really high total. What was it?
54:16The Lions have given up the most first downs, second most first downs like ever.
54:21Yes. For two weeks. 63 first downs in two weeks.
54:24Unheard of. I think Dino Smith has been playing a lot better than his stats suggest.
54:29He's only thrown one touchdown through two games because honestly, mostly it was either raining or they ran the ball into the end zone.
54:36And I think now playing this game in Detroit, in the dome, high total.
54:40Gino Smith to throw three touchdowns is plus 580.
54:43It's basically six to one for Gino to throw three or more touchdowns.
54:46So I'm going with that. I like it. I think Gino's playing sharp.
54:50Mine is for the Ravens-Cowboys game. I'm just going to say Mark Andrews, anytime touchdown.
54:55I just like, I like Andrews in this offense.
54:58He's been one of Lamar's favorite targets in the offense.
55:01And I think looking back the last couple of years, he just finds the way to get into the end zone.
55:07So I'm going Mark Andrews. That's really big of you to wager your own capital.
55:11Kind of back in on Andrews. Yeah. He did.
55:14He did absolutely see a ball brick off his hands in the first game.
55:18Like maybe one of the worst I've ever seen.
55:21And then, you know what? He bounced back and now he's been pretty solid.
55:25Okay. I like that. So you have Mark Andrews.
55:28I have JSN. Craig, who is yours again? Gino.
55:30Garrett Wilson. Oh, Gino himself. Yeah. Three passing touchdowns.
55:33Oh, passing touchdowns. Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to put these all together and I'm going to Gino having three passing touchdowns.
55:39So I'm trying to figure out, sorry, what happens if we all win these bets?
55:44If Gino has, I'm just going to put over one and a half touchdowns.
55:48If we all hit that, that would be 10 to one.
55:51There you go. There you go. And then we get just Matt Ryan would be president of football.
55:57We become president of FanDuel, I think, if we hit that.
56:00Formally. That's it. They made it. They promised us that.
56:03Check out our bet on the FanDuel app. And remember that FanDuel has your back all September long with free BetProtect Plus to cover you against any injuries.
56:11Before this, there's this. As you celebrate the game, take a deeper look at its roots.
56:16The people growing the grass, bathing the lots, welding the goalposts, inspecting every football.
56:20The hardworking people that make every Sunday possible. Carhartt is proud to outfit the crews behind the game.
56:25Visit Carhartt.com slash join the trades to learn more.
56:28All right. Late slate. DK Cardinals one and one.
56:31They are playing the 49ers 2 and 0 divisional NFC West game.
56:34Yeah, I'm going with my one stat for this game is a Brock Purdy stat.
56:39Brock Purdy's off target rate through two games is 1.8%.
56:421.8% by far the best in the NFL. This man is surgical through two games.
56:46He's been incredible. I think I'm finally starting to catch up with everyone else.
56:50And just marvel at him week to week. And just some of the throws that he's making.
56:56Top 10 Brock. There's one play. Despite how ugly he is.
56:59Because you ranked him as the 32nd hottest quarterback in the NFL.
57:02I know. I know. I've come around on it.
57:05Maybe he's a little cuter than I thought. The refs were, when they were introducing themselves to him prior to the game last week.
57:12There was like a behind the scenes thing. The refs were like, don't hit that Dougie on me.
57:18Don't hit that Dougie. He's one of the only white quarterbacks really willing to dance.
57:22You know? Yeah. Yeah. There was one play last week.
57:25One play last week where I was just like, damn, this guy is actually really good.
57:30And he got outside the pocket. He pump faked.
57:32Got a guy to jump in the air. Ran past him.
57:36And then threw a pass as he was drifting to his left.
57:39He threw a pass and hit Mike Evans. Like only spot that he could have put the football to make that completion.
57:46Evans almost scored a touchdown on the play. And I was just like, this guy is actually ridiculously good.
57:52This was an important moment because when disrespected quarterbacks, when you're bitter divisional rivals who hate you, it finally admit, yeah, that guy is really good.
57:59Yeah. It actually is the final level. He's been to a Super Bowl.
58:03Yeah. He's good. I like that. It took like six years to be like, yeah.
58:08Look, he's on one of my fantasy teams this year.
58:11So that's all that really matters. He was like very close to winning the Super Bowl.
58:15Literally, they had the lead in the fourth quarter of a Super Bowl.
58:19They went to overtime of a Super Bowl. And they should have gone to another one, but he couldn't play.
58:25I don't remember any of that. Anyway, pretty playing awesome.
58:28He is. The Cardinals, you know, the Cardinals are plucky, I think, and better than probably I think people think they are.
58:35But I like the 49ers a lot in this game.
58:38Their offense is just an absolute buzzsaw right now, even with all the injuries that they're going through.
58:43There are two things from this game I really do want to talk about.
58:47One is Kyle Juszczyk, the fullback for the Niners, got fined for chugging a beer as a celebration.
58:53This is so ridiculous. On his touchdown this week.
58:5515K. $15,000. That's ridiculous. Kyle Juszczyk's like, my name is Juszczyk.
58:59Everyone calls me Juice. It's a juice. I don't even drink beer.
59:02Also, I believe Bud Light. So he got fined 15K for drinking something.
59:06Isn't Bud Light the official beer sponsor of the NFL?
59:09Yeah. All you see during the football is beer commercials.
59:12You don't want to drink it or? I don't get it.
59:15Yeah. You want us to do it or not?
59:18Pick a side. Getting a lot of mixed signals here, NFL.
59:21You know? It is like the funniest thing. You can't chug.
59:25The celebrations thing. Miming chugging is problematic? I don't know.
59:27Someone this week should do like a wine glass and have their pinky up.
59:32Because the whole thing is, it's like not classy apparently.
59:35Like what is the language? Do you guys have it?
59:38Oh, yeah. This is an NFL statement. Oh, that was a voice crack.
59:42Sorry. NFL statement. The NFL said players are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the game and is consistent with standards of sportsmanship.
59:50If you do the wine glass pinky in the air.
59:53That's classy. Yeah. That connotes intellect. Or if you cheers with someone first, maybe that's like showing good camaraderie.
59:58Sure. Something like that. Even though, aren't there guys this year, I believe, who have scored and they do the shotgun thing?
60:05Oh, do they? Oh, maybe? With the ball? Well, the other celebration was the Bengals one with Jamar Chase.
60:11And they find him for, you know, who knows what this could be.
60:15Sure. And he said it's the people's elbow. It's a wrestling move.
60:18Is that what they're calling it? I feel like it's definitely not that.
60:22Oh, man. I like that. The people's elbow. We did Recipe Club.
60:26The episode came out a couple weeks ago. And we shotgun beers on Recipe Club.
60:30I was bummed that didn't make it to the breakouts.
60:33That wasn't on Instagram. We all shot in a pod studio.
60:36They would have fined us. The classy move. Right.
60:39It's not classy. So apparently people's elbow, I guess the rock that is the rock's move.
60:44I'm looking at people's elbow now. All the WWE people screaming.
60:47The rock does that. But I feel like it's a dick joke.
60:51It's got to be a dick joke. Also, people's elbow is ridiculous.
60:54That's a crazy name. I feel like there's a large YouTube compilation of this.
60:58The fun thing to do, I feel like as an NFL athlete, is to come up with very like ambiguous sexual or
61:05inappropriate celebrations, but then find an alibi. Find something that you can claim that it's actually about.
61:10An alibi. Find an alibi for your celebration. It's the rock.
61:13Oh, that's good. Oh, my God. Okay. The only other one, maybe we'll do this later, but like Marvin Harrison Jr.'s career is over.
61:20And the Cardinals, it seems like they hate him.
61:23He's not going to leave the league immediately. No, I do think he might get traded.
61:28T.J. Hanzada had an incredible breakdown of this. And anyway, I do think Marvin Harrison Jr.
61:33is going to get like traded. I don't know if this is a big week because they're either going to force him
61:39the ball and try to get Marvin Harrison, the football to put this to bed or they're going to.
61:45Yeah, no, fuck this guy. He's our fourth. The Houshman's out of thing was funny because it was simultaneously like, oh, that's
61:51yeah, that's interesting hearing from a former pro, like how to play the game, how to do it, everything right.
61:57But then like his suggestion was, hey, man, you got to try harder.
62:01Yeah. Like, yeah, no shit. Like, I hope someone told him that.
62:05Do you think anyone told him that? I think Houshman's out of like, if I had to give him some advice, I would say you should try harder.
62:13Well, it was interesting. Yeah. Insight though. Because it kind of did.
62:17I feel like it was the simplest answer of like, why is Marvin Harrison Jr.
62:21so bad? Yeah. And the answer is to me, he's only been the best player ever on the field his entire life.
62:28And he just has reacted very poorly to adversity.
62:30Honestly, like he has handled the adversity of the situation horribly.
62:34And he just doesn't try. It probably happens with a lot of athletes who are naturally gifted and, you know, the higher
62:40rungs of the sport that you get to, your physical abilities start to even out with everybody else's.
62:46And then it becomes more of an effort thing.
62:48Yeah. A focus. Habits. Yeah. And also, most of these guys are never used to losing.
62:53Most of these guys have not lost football games.
62:56Like, even like Mark Sanchez is, well, I guess that's bad now.
62:59But like people who became punchlines in the NFL.
63:02Most of these guys have lost single digit games in their entire life.
63:06Many have not lost more than two or three in their entire life.
63:10And then you go three and 14. Yeah. That's like the Kyler Murray thing that you always talk about.
63:15He lost two football games. You have to learn to deal with losing in the NFL.
63:20Yeah. That's kind of crazy. Speaking of Kyler Murray.
63:23Vikings are at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week.
63:26Yeah. Vikings are favored in this game by a point and a half.
63:29My stat is that the Vikings defense is first in pressures, first in sacks, and first in QB hits.
63:35And the Bucs, Baker Mayfield has taken the third most sacks in the league.
63:39I'm very nervous for Baker Mayfield and the Bucs.
63:42I guess the zag here would be this line is closer than I thought it would be.
63:47It seems like Kyler Murray's back and he's going to be playing.
63:51Maybe Vegas is worried about Minnesota's offense. But this line is closer than I thought it was going to be.
63:57I would have expected that this is a game to avoid for a lot of Bucs players, that this is not going
64:03to be the game that Baker's going to get back to what we thought he was going to be.
64:09And the Bucs just let up a pretty good performance to Deshaun Watson.
64:13And so I was much more inclined to focus on Minnesota this week.
64:17So I was very surprised by the line being so close.
64:20It's just the cards and wents of it all.
64:23But I, yeah, I think the Vikings, I mean, if the Buccaneers come in and they paid Baker Mayfield this big contract
64:29and then the Bucs start 0-3, I mean, Todd Bowles is not going to make it past the season if the Bucs lose the playoffs.
64:37I don't know if the Bucs would fire Todd Bowles midseason, but I think people, it's hard to, it probably doesn't get
64:43properly calibrated how bad the vibes sour when everyone knows the coach will get fired if you miss the playoffs and then you start fucking 0-3.
64:51Why did you say that Carson Wentz of it all?
64:54Isn't Kyler Murray starting? Oh, yeah. Sorry. That was literally my transition.
64:57Yeah. No, well, sorry. It's Kyler played. Kyler looked terrible in the first 10.
65:02He threw five passes, but yeah. I agree. But the first one was an interception.
65:06True. It was like a legitimate shock. One of which was a pick.
65:10Right. This will be fast. I do agree, though, Craig.
65:13This is a really fascinating matchup. Like the Vikings against the Bucs offenses.
65:17It seems like that could go really poorly for the Buccaneers.
65:20Yeah. I just think this game is going to be ugly.
65:23Like I'm not playing. I don't know. Like the Vikings running backs.
65:27Aaron Jones is banged up. Jordan Mason's out. I think if Wentz was playing with the lingo up or down.
65:33It wouldn't get better for Minnesota. Right. I'm not playing Jordan Addison.
65:36Like I think the only person you're playing on Minnesota is Justin Jefferson.
65:40And I think, I mean, you're in, you're only probably playing Bucky Irving and I guess a Bucca, but even that.
65:47The. Yeah, no, I agree. I mean, yeah. Yeah, I agree.
65:50Next game. Ravens are at the Dallas Cowboys. Both are one and one.
65:54This game is in Brazil. Yeah. You talk about the game, but we have to talk about the field.
65:59Yeah. So I'll give you my stat. This isn't groundbreaking, but my one stat is the Cowboys defense is dead last in success rate.
66:07And success rate again, it's just yards with context.
66:09So it's like third and one, two yards is good.
66:12And third and 10, two yards is bad. And by yards with context, the Cowboys are the worst defense in the NFL.
66:19So in one way, this game is very simple to me.
66:22Jerry Jones traded Micah Parsons and was like, we're going to be about run defense now.
66:27It's like Don Draper, like run defense and not going so well.
66:30And then the, like the cow, you know, now the Ravens are coming off a game they lost because they gave Derek
66:37Henry the ball five times with the lead in the second half.
66:40And so the Ravens are coming in. They're going to want to run and the Cowboys can't stop the run.
66:46And everyone knows that's what they're going to do.
66:49And I think the Ravens are going to be able to do it anyway.
66:53And the Cowboys defense has been bad. But what's incredible is that their last in success rate, even though they got, they've
67:00played four halves and one of them was against Marcus Mariota.
67:03And they're still terrible. When Jane Daniels was playing, they got inside the 10 yard line, three drives in a row.
67:09So I think the Ravens are kind of going to run all over them.
67:14I don't think the Cowboys defense can stop them, but the field might be able to stop Baltimore, which is kind of
67:20why I don't want to, I don't want to touch this game for ringer 107 or anything, but this, the field is the wild card here.
67:28Right. It's just like a variable that we don't know what to do with really.
67:32But I like that. That's a great point. Heifetz is like, everyone's just all over the Ravens this week for not using Derek Henry enough.
67:40This is going to be all Henry in this game.
67:43They're going to smash mouth. It might get 30 carries.
67:46Can I read you some of this quotes that the, there's some of the soccer players who play in this Brazilian field say.
67:53Sure. So this field, this game is that I'm going to butcher all the pronunciations of everyone's name and everything involved, but
67:59it's the field is at the, um, the Americana.
68:02Which is like a very famous soccer stadium. Yes.
68:05So the, this is from the goalkeeper, Augustine Rossi, Rossi of Flamengo, which is a soccer team there.
68:10Quote, you don't even need to talk about the field.
68:13It's there for everyone to see the way we play.
68:16It's unbelievable that we're playing on a field like this.
68:19Both penalty areas are as bad as shit. If you look at it, there are bumps everywhere.
68:24There's still going to be an NFL game here during the international break.
68:28After that game, I hope the field's in better shape.
68:31And then another old school football right here. Another player said it's getting harder and harder to control the ball.
68:37And if we want to be champions, we have to find a solution because we can't be playing on a field like this.
68:44So the NFL has this giant sewing machine machine, like this giant sewing machine thing they do.
68:49And I think it's the funniest thing in the world because it's this giant industrial thing, sewing grass.
68:54And then the guys following it have the tiniest scissors in the entire world I've ever seen.
68:59They're sewing the grass? They're like, it's like hair plugs.
69:02I don't know. There's like this giant machine and it just shoves grass.
69:06The new turkey. Yeah. Yeah, it's like turkey. They're doing the turkey plane trip for the stadium, shoving grass and like hair plugs.
69:13And then these guys are following it with, I swear to God, they're the smallest scissors I've ever seen in my life.
69:19Clipping blades individually. Little scissors that come out of like a Swiss army knife.
69:23Yes. I swear to God. Guys, they got to get the big long cleats, right?
69:28Like, doesn't this always happen every game that they do internationally where like the guys all come out in their regular cleats
69:34and then everyone switches that like after the first quarter and then it's fine.
69:39They all left Thursday. They're all bringing, yeah, they're bringing cleats.
69:42You know, the spikes have different lengths. They're bringing that.
69:45I, you know, they have a, the problem though, really, is that Rio de Janeiro, Rio has the rainiest September since they started tracking it.
69:52Rio is surrounded by a rainforest. Do you know how much rain they get?
69:57And it's the rainiest one. It has basically, it basically didn't stop raining in Rio from September 1st to September 20th.
70:03Because this is the first game here. The NFL has been in Brazil before, but that was in Sao Paulo, right?
70:09Not here. Yeah. Yeah. It's going to be interesting.
70:12It's going to be a slog probably. The Brazil game two years ago, I think it was Eagles Packers.
70:17That's where Jordan Love got hurt. Yes. And that was where the field was clumping.
70:22So the guy who was in both games is Kenny Clark because he was the defensive tackle on the Packers and he's on Dallas.
70:29Now, Kenny Clark called the field in that game mushy, which it's a good term.
70:33But yeah, so I kind of think the Ravens will run all over, but the Cowboys, but I don't want to bet on it because who knows?
70:42Right. You know, we have sources on the ground.
70:44It's useful. It's useful that the race is like not really a home game for the Cowboys, you know?
70:50Correct. Yeah. It's like, that's an interesting dynamic here.
70:53Correct. No. Yeah. They're in Brazil. It's in a whole different country.
70:56You guys. Technically, it is in America. It's in South America.
70:59What does that do? They're America's team. Oh, okay.
71:02Wow. You landed that plate. I'm really, I'm really, I'm really pushing through with this guy.
71:07Good for you. That was nice. You saved that.
71:10All right. Raiders are at the Saints. The Raiders are at the Saints.
71:13My one stat. You may not know this. You might already know this.
71:17Tyler Shuck is leading the NFL in passing yards through two weeks, which is great.
71:22He's got a lot of three hundred and thirty-two per game.
71:25I love Shuck. His, his, I looked up his first half set slash second half splits and they're hilarious.
71:31In the first half, 59% completions, 93 yards and zero touchdowns and a 3.8 adjusted yards per attempt.
71:363.8 adjusted yards per attempt is horrific. In the second half of two games so far, 75% completions, 237 yards, 9.6 yards per attempt, 119 passer rating.
71:44He is incredible in the second half. He's going full T-Bow, but he's actually good.
71:49He is. It's, uh, the heroics just really show up as the game goes along.
71:53I want to see him play four quarters of good football.
71:56Um, weirdly, and I'm not just like listening to Austin.
71:59The Raiders defense has been pretty good through two weeks.
72:02Um, their pressure rate is 47%, which is second only to the Vikings.
72:06Crosby is looking incredible. It's funny that they like had to keep him, but now he's been like amazing for them.
72:12Um, they're tied for the Lehigh with eight sacks.
72:15They're third in quarterback hits first and success, uh, success rate on defense.
72:19And they rank eighth in defensive DVOA. Obviously, um, you know, the, the, the competition is a factor here and I want
72:26to see them play some good teams, but overall pretty surprising job by the Raiders defense.
72:30It also looks like Brock Bowers is going to be back in this game.
72:34Yep. He was limited today. Trending, I think trending towards playing.
72:38So that's great. These are two teams that it's that I think whoever wins this game will be a, this team is for real.
72:45If the Raiders go three and O, I think people will start to think about them differently.
72:50And I think if the saints can get another good win, people will start to take them seriously.
72:55Sunday night football Rams are at the Broncos. They're both one-on-one.
72:59Man. My, my, my, my one fact is Aaron Donald played 32 snaps and got double teamed seven times.
73:04And I just, I feel like everyone's like, yeah, I'll be on a snap count, all this stuff.
73:10His first game back, he played half the snaps and I don't, I, I, people like, yeah, he'll rotate it.
73:16And I'm like half the snaps in week one after you unretired two weeks ago feels like more than just rotating in.
73:22I thought Aaron Donald was incredibly impactful. I thought his return got overshadowed by Jackson dark, getting hurt.
73:28And I, it's one thing to do it against the giants.
73:31Also Aaron Donald made the biggest play of the, of the game, which the third and two where the J stuff Najee Harris.
73:38And then the giants couldn't even go for it on fourth down.
73:41Like that went, that like ended the game basically.
73:44And then the Rams ran up the score, but it's the Broncos have a great offensive line.
73:49They have one of the best interior offensive lines.
73:52It's the strength of their team. A lot of people think they have the best offensive line period.
73:57If Aaron Donald is like, we will Sunday night football.
74:00And I think that matters because if last week's game was on Sunday football, Chris Collinsworth would have like came in his pants talking about Aaron Donald.
74:08And I think Chris Collinsworth going to do that.
74:11Like he's got, Oh, Aaron Donald, Mike, like I can't do it as well as Craig.
74:15Mike, 35 is the new 25. Mike. He's just going to, he's going to talk about he won defensive player of the
74:22year after missing week one, like five years. I'm just saying Aaron Donald being back.
74:27It's Chris, just prepare. Craig, have you ever done a Chris Collinsworth orgasm?
74:30Have you ever like, can you do that? Have I ever done one?
74:34No, I've been saving it for the right moment.
74:37Okay. Well, it's going to be this week. I hope it happens this week.
74:41We need Aaron Donald to almost sack Patrick Mahomes and then Mahomes escapes.
74:45And I think that'll be like the big Chris Collinsworth moment.
74:48I've heard a Chris Collinsworth orgasm before during the second beast quake for Marshawn Lynch.
74:53Midway through the run, he's like, Oh, you can just like hear him because he's like Marshawn had like had broken like
74:59five tackles by the point he gets into like open field and you can just hear Collinsworth go.
75:05Oh, that was when he had Al. Al. Oh, Al.
75:08Oh. It's the best. So good. Pukinaku is probably not going to play this game.
75:12Sean McVay went on the radio. Yeah, that'll make a great progress.
75:16And it's like almost jarring to hear a coach just say that.
75:19Do you think he's very, he's very forthcoming? I feel like Sean McVay is.
75:23McVay really has like, like, um, why am I?
75:26Like Danny Glover in lethal weapon energy. We're like, he's just like, I'm too old for this shit.
75:31You get too old for this. Which is ironic because he's 40.
75:35Totally. Like he has such grizzled, like old vet energy.
75:38Sometimes despite the fact that he's still one of the younger coaches.
75:42McVay is in this really weird spot where he's coming up on being with the, like if Andy Reed retires, I forget.
75:48McVay might be the longest tenured coach in the NFL with the same team.
75:52I think that might be right. Dude. Because Tomlin and Harbaugh left.
75:56And so if Andy Reed's gone, maybe I'm forgetting someone, but I'm like, there's a world where he's like, ends up being
76:02the seventh youngest coach in the NFL, but also the longest tenured with his team, which is kind of insane to think about.
76:09Maybe I'm forgetting someone. By the way, Heifetz, Danny Glover was 40 years old when he delivered the line.
76:15I'm getting too old for this shit. Stop! In legal weapon?
76:18Dude. Yeah. 40 years old. Oh, I guess legal weapon won.
76:22Yeah. Oh my God. I would say he was communicating 50 plus in that movie.
76:26That's what you think he is. Everyone in the 80s was like way older looking, I feel like.
76:31Oh my God. Of course. I mean, everyone. You see the starting lineups for like high school football teams and these guys
76:38look like they're 35 with a mortgage. That is.
76:41You know what's going to be kind of a bummer situation for the Rams-Broncos game is like everyone, including myself, who's excited
76:47about Devontae Adams to puka out again. Sir Tan's going to be on Devontae.
76:51And I just feel like it's probably not going to be the same thing that happened against the Giants.
76:57Big Terrence. I would add Terrence Ferguson. If Terrence Ferguson's not added, I think Terrence Ferguson is going to be the number
77:04two receiver on the Rams basically every week that puka is out.
77:07And I agree. Because again, Alex Singleton, Broncos fans got it.
77:10I don't think Broncos fans love Alex Singleton, which is a whole thing.
77:14But I think Terrence Ferguson could put him in a blender.
77:18And also all three Broncos running backs are on the injury report.
77:21I know we said adjuno Coleman. He sprained his ankle during that game.
77:25So I kind of don't want to deal with the Broncos backfield.
77:29RJ Harvey, JK Dobbins having hamstring injuries and Jonah Coleman's got an ankle screen.
77:33Welcome back to hell. And then the Broncos are Sunday at football.
77:36So if anything changes, you can't make it ad.
77:39You can't really change anything. It's just kind of a nightmare.
77:42So like two days after we get done doing our waiver show and talking about Jonah Coleman as our top running back
77:49thing, he was hurt and not practicing. And RJ Harvey and JK Dobbins were practicing.
77:53I always just stay away from that. Just love it.
77:56It's so fun. Monday Night Football, Eagles are at the Bears.
78:00Eagles are 2-0. Bears are 1-1. We mentioned this at the jump.
78:03But yeah, so the Bears, we'll see Tyson Bajan, Case Keenum.
78:06It's a backup quarterback. Case Keenum, he really is like a coach.
78:10Like he's a coach being employed to be the number three quarterback.
78:14But he might as well be a mole. And he's there to teach the quarterbacks how to play football.
78:19And Case Keenum having to play would be like a disaster for the Bears.
78:23What if he just plays really well? Well, I feel like Luther Burden with Case Keenum.
78:28Nick Hill and I were talking about this. Feed your weapons.
78:31Case Keenum is not going to have the arm strength.
78:34All that Case Keenum has got is knowing the offense, getting the ball out quickly.
78:39The Bears offense is going to be get the ball to Luther Burden and guys who do have to catch.
78:45It's going to be Khalif Raymond. It's going to be Khalif Raymond day.
78:49My stat for this game is that the Eagles, last year they ranked 30th in average third down distance.
78:54Like worst. 7.5 yards for every third down on average.
78:57This year it's 7.9 yards. So they're going in the wrong direction.
79:01It's getting further and further away, that first down marker.
79:04I love that this is what ended the tush push is that Eagles can't even get to third and one.
79:10Right? That's the problem. I think they need to get their run game rolling.
79:14They're 25th in yards before contact per rush this year.
79:17Their offensive line has some injuries. They lost Stalin, their brilliant offensive line coach.
79:21So I do think, you know, as much as it was exciting comeback last week, that was against a pretty bad Titans team, I think.
79:29And we need to see the Eagles offense kick things up into gear again, I think still.
79:34So I'm going to be watching that against this Bears team that has given up a ton of points.
79:39So Saquon, it looks like he's going to play.
79:42He had a stinger, left the game, came back, then he got an MRI.
79:46We didn't hear anything yesterday. Sirianni was cagey earlier on Thursday and then later on Thursday, Saquon said the MRI went well.
79:53He practiced or he suited up for practice and he expects to play Monday.
79:57I think this is Saquon's best chance to have 100 rushing yards for like a month.
80:02Great. So I would play Saquon. Also, he's a buy low.
80:05I think Saquon will be fine. Yeah. I hope he wears the cowboy collar, which apparently everyone's like, you can't move in that thing.
80:12Like there's no way a running back should have that.
80:15But I thought that was cool to see him look like Mike Allstott for a second out there.
80:21All right. Ringer 107. Today's Ringer 107 is brought to you by FanDuel.
80:24Craig, you want to tell the people our picks?
80:27Yes. After some careful deliberation, we have landed on, we decided to make five picks this week, not four.
80:33Because we forgot to do one last week. We tied.
80:36When did we need five? We were giving them a handicap.
80:39It was, we made, did we only get four picks in?
80:42Maybe. But the line was Ringer Fantasy Show giving one.
80:45That's right. We were favored by one. So we just gave the point.
80:49And we went three and one. Did anyone else, did anyone win four picks last week?
80:54I don't think so. So we, even with one less pick, we still tied with the most.
80:59We covered the spread. Okay. This week we're going with Cincinnati minus three and a half against the Steelers.
81:05I feel good about that. We're going with the Jags minus two and a half versus the Patriots.
81:10Very nervous about the Patriots. We're taking Seattle minus seven and a half versus the Commanders.
81:15We're taking the Chiefs minus 10 and a half versus Miami.
81:18I feel like they can win by 30. And then the T's, the T's I concocted.
81:23I cooked up, pitched it to you guys. You were in the Raiders in New Orleans.
81:28The Raiders are right now three point underdogs. We're going to give them nine points.
81:32Now they're going to be nine point underdogs. All I got to do is keep it within nine points.
81:38And then we're going to take the total down to 37 and a half and take the over.
81:43So it'll be Raiders plus nine and over 37 and a half.
81:47You guys overruled me. I wanted to take the Ringer fantasy show will submit over four and a half picks this week.
81:53I don't know about that. You guys didn't like that.
81:56I kind of blame Heifetz because it has to be submitted by 11 Eastern.
82:00So like you're 8 a.m. Pacific on a Sunday morning.
82:03Come on. That it was all of our faults, but it was mostly my fault.
82:08Also, I was camping. So I didn't even have my phone in range of anything.
82:12So because DK was literally unreachable, it was my fault.
82:15I woke up at probably around eight o'clock and I remember frantically slacking Michael to be like, hey, can we have this game?
82:22And he ghosted me. I mean, it's all right.
82:25Mikey, yeah, no, he's, you know, it's all right.
82:27Everyone's just upset with us. You know, it's OK.
82:30He could have said, sorry, man. Missed the cutoff.
82:33Nothing. He left me on red. Mikey Meeple, you know, he's with Sal.
82:37You know, he's going to be Sal's guy. He's, you know, they're ringing it to Sal.
82:41Today's Ringer 107 was brought to you by FanDuel Odds, subject to change.
82:45The only thing I want to hit you guys with before we left is we asked about job titles.
82:51Matt Ryan, director of football. OK, then we got the guy who was president.
82:55President Matt Ryan was our president of football. And then someone sent us a guy who was president of ice cream.
83:01Roger Sherman, our former colleague. Roger Sherman texted me about job titles.
83:05Oh, yeah. And what's up, Raj? He'll find the funniest shit in the world.
83:09I'm going to send this to you guys. It's here.
83:12This right here. You can look at it. So he's so Stanford has an some anonymous donor at Stanford endowed.
83:18Like, you know, like you can have an endowed chair, like you're the professor, blah, blah, blah.
83:23Donor name is Matt. OK. Some anonymous donor endowed the offensive coordinator position at Stanford and they named it in honor of Andrew Luck.
83:30So the Stanford offensive coordinator job is called the Andrew Luck director of offense.
83:35What? That is the name of the offensive coordinator at Stanford.
83:38He endowed. So their salary is paid by the endowment.
83:41Is that what I think? But Andrew Luck did do it.
83:44Some other Stanford alum did it and then named it for Andrew Luck.
83:48What? So it's the Andrew Luck director of offense is the literal title.
83:52But then years later, Stanford hired Andrew Luck to be the general manager.
83:56So that if you go to this thing I sent you, Roger sent me, and Stanford's football coaching page now looks like this.
84:03And it's Andrew Luck general manager. And then underneath it, it says Terry Heffernan, Andrew Luck director of offense.
84:08Andrew Luck is hilarious. Their page. People that don't know the story are like this Andrew Luck guy.
84:14He's a megalomaniac. This guy's a diva. It's insane.
84:16He's like trying to name everything like someone else I know.
84:20Oh, my. The Andrew Luck Kennedy Center. I thought it was going to be like director of luck or something, which I would have loved.
84:27Oh, my God. I just. It's so funny. Okay.
84:30Thank you, DK. Thank you, Craig. Thank you, Nikhil.
84:32Thank you, Austin. Thank you, Cam. Emails trivia questions for trivia.
84:36Thank you, Lord. Lord. Lord, 80s month. We've got one week left.
84:39I'm concocting the playlist. DK, I believe you're up.
84:42Yo. I got a good one today, you guys.
84:45Okay. One of my favorite 80s bands of all time, Foreigner.
84:48Oh, I love Foreigner. The song. The song. Well, you can choose from a number of songs.
84:53They got Cold as Ice. They got. Oh, I want to know what love is.
84:57I'm going with Jukebox Hero. Jukebox Hero. Jukebox Hero.
85:00Stars in his eyes. Man, that is an 80s ass song.
85:03It's an epic ass song. I love that 80s song.
85:06I mean, I'm sure they do this now still, but like they tell you a story.
85:11Sure. It's like you're going on an actual journey with these people.
85:15Anyways, it's Jukebox Hero. Great song. Foreigner has some massive, massive hits.
85:18You guys. Even just Jukebox. It's like Jukebox just being in the title.
85:22Yeah, right? What is the story in that song?
85:25I feel like I just kind of. It's telling the story of this guy, the Jukebox Hero.
85:30I don't know. I don't know the exact plot yet, but it just takes you along his hero's journey.
85:36It was the song that was inspired by an actual fan who stood waiting outside an arena for about five hours in the rain.
85:43Impressed by his dedication, Mick Jones decided to take him in and give him a glimpse of what happens backstage at a concert.
85:50Wow. He's got stars in his eyes. You want to know my favorite Foreigner song, DK?
85:54Hmm. Feels Like the First Time. Oh, yeah. Oh, wow.
85:57Wow. They have more songs than I realized. Feels Like the First Time.
86:01Wow. Feels Like the First Time. They've got, they have a lot of good hits.
86:06Dude. Yeah, Cold as Ice is great. Cold as Ice is great.
86:09Banger. You're as cold as ice. They're really dramatic.
86:12I love it. Ice. Yeah. That one, I always feel like early in my life.
86:16They're queen adjacent. In my head, I, yes, I was going to say, I always thought there was a Freddie Mercury song.
86:23Yeah. Yeah, I get that. Because he kind of sounds just like him in the beginning.
86:28Yeah. Foreigner. They're British. They're a British American band, I should say.
86:31Okay. America's team. They're performing in Brazil this week.
86:34It's not technically a home game for them, Cotton.
