From the episode
the fourth and one touchdown is leaking out wide open down the right sideline. That fourth and three, he's running a big boy in breaker route with Denzel Burke on him. And Jared gets all the way back to it on the backside. Like that is a big time play from those two guys.

Laporta's two fourth-down TDs, especially the fourth-and-three conversion, were pivotal in Lions' comeback.
Laporta had a pivotal game with two fourth-down touchdown plays: a fourth-and-one score where he ran an out-and-up route with nobody in his vicinity, and a fourth-and-three conversion where he ran a big boy in-breaker route against Denzel Burke and Jared Goff found him on the backside; the source emphasizes the fourth-and-three play as the biggest moment of the game, as missing it would have left the Lions down 7-0 and handed the ball back to Arizona.
