The next six games, seven games, here's the Patriots schedule. They're playing Buffalo, the Raiders, the Jets, the Bears, the Dolphins, the Packers, and then the Lions. That is an easy schedule in terms of pass defense.

Drake Maye's easier schedule ahead, but source prefers Geno Smith or Deshaun Watson
Despite an upcoming easier schedule (Bills, Raiders, Jets, Bears, Dolphins, Packers, Lions), the source remains skeptical Drake Maye will improve significantly, noting he hasn't played well since week 17 of last season. The source would start Geno Smith over Drake Maye for the next two weeks and would consider starting Deshaun Watson (averaging 18 points per game) over him.
