Jones says Pickens needs more targets; usage declining vs. 2025 pace

Jerry Jones stated Pickens 'needs the ball coming his way more,' highlighting underutilization through eight games with 62 targets (averaging 7.75 per game). In Week 8 against Arizona, Pickens received only four targets; Week 7 against Philadelphia brought six targets. Current pace projects to 83 catches, 1,132 yards, and 8.5 touchdowns, down from 2025's 93 receptions, 1,429 yards, and nine scores.
