At 37 years old, ran the second most routes among all tight ends last year but still wasn't someone you wanted in fantasy. Only Tony Gonzalez has ever had more than 530 receiving yards at 37 or older, and even 530+ yards may not be enough to be a starting fantasy option. Has upside only if there's an injury to Rice, Walker, or Worthy, but while those guys stay healthy, it's very unlikely you'd want to start Kelce in fantasy. The source is willing to bet against a 37-year-old tight end despite the risk of being wrong.
