From the video

he did have his ACL and LCL uh reconstructed and repaired for a quarterback, it's not a huge deal... last year so much Mahomes fantasy value came as a runner, I don't think we're getting that back much, if at all, this year... I'm treating him almost like a a a true pure pocket passer and and nothing more than that this year
STACKED’s take

ACL/LCL repair; early-season return likely but rushing upside eliminated.
Mahomes had ACL and LCL reconstruction and repair; for a quarterback this is not considered a major issue for return-to-play timeline. Ron Stewart expects him to have a decent chance to start early in the season, likely week two or three if not week one. However, his fantasy value will be significantly reduced this season due to the injury limiting his rushing ability. Last year much of Mahomes' fantasy value came as a runner, but Stewart expects little to no rushing production this year, treating him as a pure pocket passer only. This represents a material downgrade from his historical draft cost and production profile.
