From the episode
he had a 22% target rate, five catches and 93 yards per game...he's still over the year average over two yards per route run, even coming, like even battling through, you know, PCL injury...I really do think this is a situation where...I think he's just undervalued right now.
STACKED’s take
Elite route-win rate and target share; undervalued post-injury sleeper.
Pearsall is a post-hype sleeper with high upside and ceiling; he was injured last year (PCL knee injury in week four) but showed elite route-win rate (third among 50+ route runners behind only Devante Adams and Mike Evans) and 22% target rate over the first three games. He averaged over two yards per route run even battling through the PCL injury. The source notes he's undervalued, with Matt Harmon comparing him to Adam Thielen (white receivers with great hands). With Mike Evans on the roster, Kyle Shanahan can get creative with Pearsall's usage, and his ADOT was tremendously down the field at Florida. The 49ers ranked seventh in fantasy environment rankings, creating high-scoring game potential.
