Swift's strong Bears year makes him the best RB value in round four after Williams.

Swift is coming off a very good year in the Bears offense. In the context of fourth-round running back options, Matt Harmon identifies Swift as the guy he feels best about after Javante Williams, suggesting he's a better fourth-round pick than some other running backs in the round. Harmon notes that receivers are much more palatable fourth-round picks than most of these running backs, but Swift is the exception.
