we didn't bring him up but Romo Dunay's foot is a serious concern...he he's the most talented player on the roster...We know Rome came out and was candid about his new normal...A lot of guys deal with this new normal in the NFL and they make it work. I think Rome is the most talented player on that offense.

Most talented Bears player; 'new normal' health comparable to elite peers.
Odunze is the most talented player on the Bears roster. Matt Harmon's quote (cited by the judge) argues that Odunze's 'new normal' health status is comparable to other elite players who adjusted successfully (Malik Nabers, Keenan Allen, Julio Jones). The judge sides with Odunze as the first choice over Loveland and Burden, noting that earlier in summer when ADPs were lower, Odunze made more sense, and now Loveland's ADP has risen above both. Rome Odunze's serious foot injury is a concern that clears the path for Luther Burden to lead the Bears offense in 2026, but Odunze's talent and historical comparables suggest he can work through his new normal.
