High-value back who outperformed his ADP last season

James Cook is a prime-time running back on a top-10 projected offense, currently drafted within the top 18 overall picks. He significantly outperformed his ADP last year, finishing as the RB6 after being drafted as the RB14 (33rd overall) due to market uncertainty surrounding his August holdout.
