Extension does not change his ranking, but could be a tiebreaker over Tee Higgins
Zay Flowers received a massive $140 million contract extension from the Baltimore Ravens, but the source notes this does not change his talent profile or the team's offensive structure, and therefore does not warrant significant changes to his fantasy rankings. If using the extension as a tiebreaker, he could be drafted over Tee Higgins in the third round.
