Positive signalRole

Downs' full-time No. 1 role makes his 8.05 ADP a round too cheap.

Running as the Colts' top wide receiver with Alec Pierce on PUP (ankle surgery) and Michael Pittman Jr. gone. Has always been a target magnet from the slot with a full-time role and clear No. 1 runway.
