Cousins held out Saturday for fighting; returns Monday as Raiders' starting QB.

The 15th-year QB, who will turn 38 later this month, was held out of practice Saturday after violating team rules by fighting with Maxx Crosby on Friday during a contentious team period in which Crosby hit Cousins' throwing arm twice; Kubiak said Cousins will participate again on Monday. Michael Mayer noted that Cousins 'stood up to arguably the Raiders' most imposing player,' saying 'That's our starting quarterback right now, and you want him to defend your team. You want him to have some edge to him, which he does.'
