Downs is absolutely loved at WR42 ADP. He's already established himself as an elite target earner with a 25% targets-per-route-run rate through his first three seasons. With Michael Pittman Jr. gone (taking 111 targets) and Alec Pierce remaining injured, Downs has a real opportunity to become the focal point of the Colts' passing game. Shane Steichen has already said the Colts will explore using Downs outside, giving him a real path to staying on the field in two-receiver sets for the first time. Downs doesn't need to become a different player; he only needs the role to catch up to his skill.
