Downs has already shown he can produce with volume, averaging 13.1 fantasy points per game in 2024 while ranking 20th among qualifying receivers in PFF receiving grade last season. He now has a legitimate path to leading the Colts in targets after leading the team in target rate last year. Linkletter is not overly concerned about his camp injuries and believes if his route participation finally matches his efficiency, he could dramatically outperform his ADP.
