After tearing his ACL in November 2024 during his rookie season, Wiley has progressed significantly in his recovery; he overcame stiffness and swelling issues through offseason work including OTAs, route running, weightlifting, and Pilates. He reported getting over the mental hurdle of the injury by the time training camp began, moving from thinking through every movement to executing instinctively.
