Travis Etchen, he was someone on my fade list when it was round three, four turn. I got him in early round five a couple times. So, if I only have one running back in the first three rounds at the round four, five term, I would be targeting Travis Etchen, David Montgomery, DeAndre Swift, those are the three dudes who I'd be willing to get away from the wide receivers for.

Ian Hartitz had Travis Etienne on his fade list in rounds 3-4 but acquired him in early round 5 multiple times in drafts; he is now a primary target in rounds 4-5 for second RB if only one RB is taken in the first three rounds, alongside David Montgomery and DeAndre Swift. Hartitz is willing to pivot away from WR for Etienne in that range.
