From the video

So to be clear with everyone, just to be transparent, I usually take a Mecha Ibuka here. Achuka is the rod receiver I have at the top of that tier right behind Devont Smith. So I I have IA personally ranked over Z Flowers, Jaylen Wadd, T. Higgins.

Hardman is speaker's top-ranked WR at this tier, ahead of Smith and Waddle.

Speaker's preferred pick at this draft position; ranked as the top rod receiver ahead of DeVonta Smith. Also prefers Mecole Hardman over Jaylen Waddle, but team is drafting together so Waddle was selected instead. Hardman represents the speaker's personal ranking preference at this tier.
