I have James Cook in this tier as a huge target... I have him ranked nine spot is higher than Consensus. We are two spots higher than the 10.6 Consensus ADP. and I want to be drafting a lot of James Cook this year... there is a secret trap door of upside this year if he can catch passes... they of course bring over Pete Carmichael who comes from the Shawn Payeyton tree... now that Joe Brady is the head coach... we could see more pass attempts... he was the play caller for 2019 LSU... someone who's more offensive minded, might want to play more uptempo, might want to pass the ball more.

RB9 ranked 2 spots above ADP; upside if receiving role expands.
Ranked 9th overall, two spots higher than his 10.6 consensus ADP, and identified as a huge target for drafting. Ron Stewart emphasizes wanting to draft a lot of James Cook this year. There is a 'secret trap door of upside' if he can catch passes; with Pete Carmichael (from Sean Payton's tree) as offensive coordinator and Joe Brady replacing Sean McDermott as head coach, the Bills could see more pass attempts and uptempo play, potentially getting Cook more receptions. This upside is contingent on Cook's receiving role developing.
