Tee Higgins is a value pick at his current ADP of late third to early fourth round. His fantasy production is highly dependent on Joe Burrow's health; in games without Burrow over the last three years, he averaged 11.5 points per game (WR28), but with Burrow, he averaged 15.5 points per game (WR13). He shares a similar profile to George Pickens as a WR2 in a concentrated offense with high passing upside, but Higgins is preferred at his current price point.
