Video: The 14 Players I'm Betting My Entire Fantasy Season Against
Josh Allen is a second round pick. the 10th pick of the second round. You simply can't take a quarterback this early... Would you rather have Nico Collins and Dak Prescott or Josh Allen and Courtland Sutton... Would you rather have Brock Bowers and Bicks in rounds two and rounds nine or Josh Allen and Travis Kelce?... I feel great about him at 30 second overall, but he never gets there.

Massive opportunity cost at round 2 ADP; only acceptable at pick 30+.

Josh Allen is the 10th pick of the second round on all platforms; the speaker argues you simply can't take a quarterback this early. In 2v2 value exercises, pairing Nico Collins and Dak Prescott (rounds 2 and 7) or Brock Bowers and a round-9 pick against Josh Allen and Travis Kelce shows the massive opportunity cost of drafting him in round 2—you're forgoing a one-position player like Brock Bowers or a potential WR1/RB1 at the end of round 2. The gap widens in full PPR formats. Speaker feels great about him at pick 30 overall (late round 2), but he never reaches that value in real drafts.
