Ranked #11 overall in McCaffrey's top 100 fantasy football players. Cook had about as good of a year as he could possibly have in fantasy football last year with 17 PPR points per game. The concern is that he is not a huge part of his team's passing offense, with a target share of 8%, 8%, 9%, and 6% in his career. For him to really take that next step as an elite fantasy football running back, he would need a target share a little bit north of that, which McCaffrey does not think will happen.
