Kirk Cousins is expected to be the Week 1 starter for the Las Vegas Raiders against the Miami Dolphins, with NFL insider Adam Schefter stating on The Pat McAfee Show: "I still think it's gonna be Kirk. I'd be surprised if it was anyone other than Kirk at this point in time. I think that's the way it's been trending all along." Cousins has the experience and had head coach Klint Kubiak's backing ahead of training camp.
