Monken's Ravens tenure shows he can evolve elite QB play.

Lamar Jackson's evolution under Todd Monken's Ravens offense demonstrates Monken's quarterback-development ability. Matt Harmon notes that while Jackson deserves credit for the Ravens' third-ranked EPA per play and fourth-ranked success rate since Monken's 2023 arrival, 'there's no doubt that Monken helped evolve the MVP quarterback's game.'
