Garrett Wilson, the wide receiver 17 in my rankings. He has hit a 30% target share of two in two of his last three seasons. He had a 34% target share in five games last year...He led the league in first read target share. He had a 29.4% 4% target share that was be behind only JSN and Puka Nakua...the Jets were 29th in completions, 32nd in passing yards and 32nd in passing touchdowns. This year, Mike Clay has them projected to be eighth in completions, 21st in passing yards, 22nd in passing touchdowns.

WR17 with elite target share poised for QB play upgrade

Wilson ranked as wide receiver 17 with a 30%+ target share in two of his last three seasons and 34% target share in five games last year (19+ PPR points per game in that sample). He led the league in first-read target share at 29.4%, behind only JSN and Puka Nakua. Despite 2.1 yards per route with poor QB play (Jets 29th in completions, 32nd in passing yards and TDs last year), the Jets project to 8th in completions, 21st in passing yards, 22nd in passing TDs this year—a significant leap from league average to low-20s range. This QB play improvement should unlock Wilson's elite target share into consistent production.
