From the video

This is the guy that is a complete and utter wild card. It is very unlikely that Malik Neighbors finishes where we are ranking him. If he somehow works himself up to being 100% health early in the season, this dude should be an A tier level player. But if the significant injury that he suffered last year lingers until week six, week seven, week eight, then maybe he should be a fourthround pick.

Extreme variance wild card; A-tier if healthy early, fourth-round value if injury lingers
Nabers is a complete and utter wild card with extreme variance. If he works himself up to 100% health early in the season, he should be an A-tier level player. But if the significant injury he suffered last year lingers until week six, seven, or eight, he should be a fourth-round pick. He has the upside to greatly exceed his current cost and the downside to be a horrendous selection; it comes down to willingness to take the chance with his rehab.
