Brooks ran on only 19% of snaps in Week 1 compared to Chuba Hubbard's 71%, despite having one snappy 48-yard reception. He's dealt with two ACL blowouts in his career and is at best a slow-developing option who might help later in the season, making him a risky backup to the more reliable Hubbard.
