From the episode

Vlad McConkie's 25th in your rankings, but he's 45th in the platforms rankings you're using. It's OK if you take him 32nd.

Positive signalValue

McConkey is a value target if your personal rankings differ from the platform.

Ladd McConkey is highlighted as a value target; if he is ranked 25th by analysts but 45th on a platform's draft board, taking him at 32nd is a smart value play rather than a reach.
