Hurts has upside but the source won't play him heavily in Eagles-Titans.

Hurts is certainly capable of dropping a 30-burger, but the source is not going to get to a ton of Hurts in this spot; when stacking the Eagles, the preference is to pair Hurts with Devontae Smith and Dontavian Wicks rather than relying heavily on Hurts himself.
