Baker is interesting in a revenge spot against the Browns. The Browns allowed the second-most fantasy points per drop back to quarterbacks in Week 1 (though this may be more a Jaguars thing). The Buccaneers as a team are one of the best buy-low offenses after Week 1 due to a minus-three turnover margin; aside from turnovers, the offense was pretty exciting. As massive favorites against the Browns, the Buccaneers should run more plays than they did in Week 1 when they finished bottom-six in total plays run.
