Colts' unexpected offensive surge last year positions Taylor for potential breakout.

Taylor is cited as part of the Colts' receiving group in the context of the Colts' unexpected offensive jump last year (described as 'one of the top 10 offenses of the 21st century' that 'nobody saw coming'); the source argues that coaching and quarterback changes can unlock massive offensive improvements, suggesting Taylor could benefit from similar offensive momentum.
