Shaheed a better talent than Raiders' receiving group.

The source notes that Rashid Shaheed is a better receiving option than what the Raiders have at wide receiver, positioning him as a stronger talent than the Raiders' current receiving group; this comparison suggests Shaheed's role and production potential with the Saints is more favorable than the Raiders' receiving situation.
