Kyler hasn't gotten the ball to tight ends, et cetera, et cetera. Hawkinson took less money after an injury. That's always a bad sign, but he wants free agency.

TJ Hockenson is undrafted, which is understandable given his age and injury history, but he is in a contract year and represents a potential breakout candidate. He took less money after an ACL injury, which is typically a negative sign, but he now has a good quarterback in Kyler Murray after JJ McCarthy's tenure. Hockenson would be the single least surprising tight end to finish top 10 among all players outside the top 16, and it's notable that he is completely unrostered despite this upside.
