Taylor's elite rushing role and pass-catching make him a safe first-round floor play.

Taylor is defended against bust concerns despite two consecutive seasons of ~370 touches. The source notes he is the second-best pure runner in the NFL (behind Derrick Henry), a prolific pass catcher (better than Henry), will lead in goal-to-go opportunities, and is only 27 with a couple good years left. Last year he led the NFL in carries and touchdowns, was second in carries inside the five, and had career highs in receiving categories (all top-10 at position). He is considered one of the safer second-half first-round picks despite wear-and-tear concerns.
