The choice they made with Eli Stowers, I thought was really interesting... Stowers is not a complete tight end right now where that room feels thin.

Stowers is a talented pass-catcher, but the TE room lacks depth.

The Eagles drafted Eli Stowers in the second round for his pass-catching skill set, which the team views as harder to find than the traditional 'Y' tight end. However, Stowers is not currently a complete tight end, leaving the position group feeling thin if the team intends to run 12-personnel packages.
