From the episode

Jaden Higgins is going to play in two and three receiver sets. And I think he's the most mispriced receiver. Maybe in all football right now, he should be going like, I think three rounds earlier.

Higgins is a massive value who should be drafted three rounds earlier.

Jaden Higgins is the most mispriced receiver in football, currently being drafted three rounds too late. He is a big, rangy receiver who wins at the catch point and has been a superstar in camp. With the Texans expected to improve their offensive line and push the ball downfield, Higgins is poised to play in two and three-receiver sets, avoiding the rotation issues seen with other depth receivers.
